Our reunion couldn’t have been better and staying at Silver Sands definitely helped make it so. The house exceeded our expectations. Four women each having their own bathroom, comfortable sleeping accommodations and so many lovely gathering area in the home and outdoors where we could visit each other. Each room was inviting and so comfy. There were plenty of eating areas too again both indoors and outdoors. This was our first time staying at Silver Sands and hopefully not our last. Only 4 of us could reunite and maybe 6 next time. Love, love, love this beach rental. You will too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk and Silver Sands! The house was bright and cheerful with all the amenities to make it feel like home. We enjoyed eating on the back patio, the use of the grill, and late night S'mores. The front porch is a great place to curl up with a book and a cup of coffee. We really liked the proximity to the beach!

Our vacation rental experience was great with a few minor issues with the house we rented. Check in and out process was easy. Resort property and amenities were wonderful. Only issues we had at our house Silver Sands is that the front gate latch was broken which was a problem because we had our 2 year old that loved to play in the front yard. The grill was also broken so meals we planned didn’t turn out because the grill wasn’t working. Overall still very happy with our week at Beachwalk.

We had a glorious week with our immediate family and grandchildren. It was a perfect vacation! Our cottage was centrally located with a short walk to the beautiful beach, another short walk to the pool and the amenities changed almost daily! We would love to continue a family tradition with a summer getaway. This cottage was perfect and met all of our needs. For the most part the cottage was clean with the exception of big stains on several of the carpets and the decorative placemats had food encrusted in them.

Spacious house with bedroom/bathroom on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs each with new bathrooms. We used the grill on the back porch and ate outside. We used the wagon and walked to the beach. We had trouble figuring out how to lock the front door, Dustin came and showed us how to lift the handle while locking, he also fixed the garbage disposal by pressing the reset button. Very nice front porch and had S'mores in the fire pit out front. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood listening to the choir of women singing in the house across the street! Had a little trouble getting the code for the side door but finally got it 20 minutes after our early checkin time. Very responsive to our call for service (garbage disposal and front door lock).

Had a great week stay at Silver Sands. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked & organized. Very comfortable house to be in. We traveled with 5 adults & 2 children and never felt on top of each other. The only complaint we have is regarding the downstairs king size bed... it appears it has a queen size foam topper & queen size mattress protector. Every night the sheets popped off the top corners of the bed and rolled up under the smaller mattress foam topper so it felt like a queen size area to sleep on which was a bit frustrating. Other than than everything was great and we would definitely stay again!

The location is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. It was a very quiet street with lovely houses with white picket fences. My only suggestion to the owner of the house we stayed in is that the living room sofas/chair are very stained and in need of a very good cleaning (or perhaps it's time to replace them). We covered the sofas with bed sheets. The refrigerator door did not close properly, and one of the kitchen chairs was broken. The beds were comfortable; the showers worked well, and the a/c and heating functioned properly.

great little house- just enough room for 2 families.I've stayed at many places in Beachwalk and always have a great time.A few minor complaints: the kitchen was understocked with limited pans, bowls, server ware. We also had very little paper towels & toilet paper and the TVs in the bedrooms did not work at all- besides that I would definitely rent again and just bring more of more own things and contact the owner/management co. about the TV.

The house and location are perfect! It says it sleeps 10 but the 10th bed is hard to find in the pics online. The twin in the bunk room has a trundle. We were so pleased. Lots of room to sit outside and inside. Beautiful private beach. Kayaks and paddle boards and a pool. Well decorated and maintained. One of the best stocked houses we've seen. Definitely recommend and definitely hope to be back!

We had a great week at Silver Sands and would like to return. Home was very comfortable and well equipped. Strong wifi and satellite TV in living room. We particularly liked the location close to Lake Michigan and back alley leading to the tennis court. The decor was updated with a beach feel to it.

We loved the house and our vacation. We had a great time. Our only complaint is that we had a hard time keeping the house cool. We would try to turn the temp down for awhile to cool the house and it would pop back up. I assume the owners have control of that. Also, the people at the pool could be a little friendlier about the bracelets.

Silver Sands was a wonderful fit for our family vacation, with plenty of room to spread out for our group of 5. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, starting our day there with coffee, eating dinner around the table, and finishing the day on the comfy couches, listening to the crickets. The location is perfect...close enough to walk to Lake Michigan, but set back from the street so there's no traffic noise. (We enjoyed hearing the train in the distance!)We always go some place new for vacation each year, but we're already talking about wanting to come back to Silver Sands!

We stayed two nights at Silversands and LOVED it. It was even cuter in person than in pictures and was just steps from the beach. Also close to many restaurants and fun things to do. I don’t have a single complaint about anything and I CAN’T WAIT to go back!!

The inside of the house was awesome! Well stocked, spacious and clean! The outside needed a little TLC with the upkeep and weeds and spray for pests. The location of the house was great with closeness to the beach! We walked there 2-3 x's a day! I would come back!

We have been coming to the area for years and this was our favorite rental yet. There was plenty of room to entertain guests for meals and visiting, but still cozy for the family. After almost 2 long years a part because of COVID, Silver Sand was the perfect location to reconnect and spend quality time with family. There was ample amounts of space for our large group dinners and hanging out. But the highlight of our stay was finishing out a day at the beach around the outdoor fire pit, roasting marshmallows.
