We were all so excited with the house! It was spectacular! We saw manatee, sting rays, dolphins and numerous sea Life in the incredibly clear water. We really felt like we were in our private paradise!!

We've rented many beach houses over the years and Bay Breeze was by far the most perfect and beautiful. There were eight of us; four adults and four kids (ages 5, 7, 10 & 12). Located on it's own little beach, private pool, close to Rod & Reel Pier and a short walk or bike ride to the gorgeous Bean Point Beach. I had visions of enjoying a few meals out at some of the cute little cafes - but we didn't want to venture away from the house! We didn't go out one single time (except to the Donut Experiment a few mornings .... DON'T MISS THE DONUT EXPERIMENT!). Game room was a big plus during a few rainy days. Can't go wrong with Bay Breeze! So grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us

Perfect location right on the water and close to all shops.

Perfect location and home. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time. The house is extraordinary!

We stayed for a week at Bay Breeze. The house and location are beautiful. Upon arrival we didn’t have much hot water or water pressure. The house manager came immediately and said we needed to turn on all the faucets including the bathtub to get the hot water to the top floor. The hot water finally worked but had hardly any water pressure all week. The house had everything we we needed. The floors were a bit sandy when we arrived. We had a lovely week. The morning we were departing we got up at 5 am and went to shower and didn’t have a drop of water in the house. We had to leave by 7 am to get to the airport so we called the emergency number but never got a response. We had 6 adults that needed to shower that morning but had to leave with none of us able to. I had to brush my teeth in the laundry room because there was a tiny trickle before we left. Hours later I got an apology for the inconvenience. I think we should have received compensation not an I’m sorry.

The house was very pretty, the pool and hot tub were very nice, although you lose sun really early in the day. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We saw dolphins everyday, tons of shells all along the beach, and home is close to town.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The view is breathtaking. and we loved being right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Bay Breeze is truly an exceptional, one of a kind rental property. We travel often and this home ranks as the most beautiful, cleanest and quite honestly, the most perfect home ever . The views are breathtaking from the living area and upstairs bedrooms. It has a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable. The master bath has a large rain shower as well as a stand alone massive tub. The linens and towels were top notch. The decor in the home is absolutely beautiful while also complimenting the full bay views.The home is in an ideal location close to shops, restaurants and the like. The private beach worked perfectly for us and we awoke every morning to enjoy the sunrises and dolphin visits. It is clear the owners have put a tremendous amount of thought into every aspect of this home. They also called to check in upon our arrival and left two bottle of wine chilling in the wine fridge. We are grateful they shared their home and will most definitely be back!

From the moment you walk in, a super cool home elevator awaits you and your suitcases, unless you want to use the stairs. When u arrive on the second floor, wow!! The kitchen is “to live for” if you enjoy cooking, this kitchen will take you to a whole another level of enjoyment. It was state of the art. The gas oven (Wolfe) was awesome, the island in the kitchen was 5 1/2 feet wide and 11 ft long, what a great way work space for family dinners, and the seating area inside and out was extremely welcoming. Awesome subzero. When I was in the kitchen/great room, it gave you a feeling of being on a cruise, all you could see was the ocean and not the beach from that level, really amazing water views. The master bedroom on the third floor also had incredible views from the balcony of the bay, the sun rises in the morning were gorgeous, I never saw anything like it. The master bathroom was beautiful as well, Plenty of space. The other guestrooms were all very spacious and decorated nicely. My daughter stayed on the second floor, that also had a king size bed with a little family room next-door so she felt as though she had her own little apartment, she absolutely loved it there. The pool was awesome as well, cool lights at nite, hot tub heated up real fast, and the pool was a comfortable temperature. The house is on the Bayside, not the ocean side which we Enjoyed even more, the kayaking, the house comes with two, and we also rented a two-man kayak and a paddle board along with some bikes. Being on the Bayside allowed us to get a lot of use of the kayaks and the paddleboard’s. My wife and son actually went out for a sunrise on the kayak and the paddleboard, simply amazing, really an unbelievable memory. Having your own private little beach was also a wonderful addition, we put our chairs right on the water and put up an umbrella and just completely chilled. Our teens loved the snorkeling there as well. They also had a little game room right off the pool area with a ping-pong table and a foosball table which was great for evening tournaments, and the house also has plenty of pool toys to keep younger kids entertained. We did rent a golf cart, which I highly recommend, lots of fun. Owners called, Really nice, they really put a lot of effort in making this an amazing vacation home. Sonos music system throughout the house. 5 stars, def will be back! North shore cafe 4 coffee.

Was wonderful. Every detail thought out. Views and home cannot be beat. Oceanfront location and pool were hit with all. Everything u need for a great stay is here: kayak, floats, chair, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, etc. Beautifully decorated Up to date home and very clean. We would love to come back!

This was our family’s first trip to Anna Maria and we will certainly return. The house is absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for a family of 4 to stretch out. Positives: views from the back of the house, top notch kitchen, pool/hot tub, private beach, access to restaurants and shops, the owners (called to ensure everything was perfect), the property managers (quickly resolved a minor issue), and the location. Opportunity to make it even better: trim the bushes along the fence at the back of the property so you can sit by the pool and see the ocean.

This property was possibly the best location on the island, excellent home, amazing beach and clear beautiful water. We highly the recommend the property and the owners went above and beyond to provide us with a vacation to remember.

We stayed from April 20-27. What a vacation and what a house. We cannot say enough good things about it. The kitchen is a cooks dream. From the sub zero fridge to the 8 burner,dual oven stove and all the utensils and cookware we didn't need to go out to eat. The bedrooms are styled very nice and each have their own bathroom with shower. The beds were very comfy and the view from the 3rd floor balcony from either of the top 2 bedrooms was to die for. The pool and spa were a huge hit with my kids and the easy beach access was awesome. The check in and check out process was super easy. I want to thank Josh from Sato Real Estate for going above and beyond as he helped us with a cell phone issue after my son damaged his and we needed a replacement sent. Josh hand delivered the phone as soon as it was delivered. Overall this house is sparkling clean with an incredible view that has thought of everything you need to have an awesome vacation.

Best house we’ve ever stayed in. Modern, clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need, even fishing rods, kayaks, beach chairs etc. The position right on the beach was amazing and with all the huge windows felt like being on a ship! The little pier on the beach 1 minute to the left was great for fishing, casual dining, meeting people and of course watching pelicans and dolphins. Very considerate owners too. Can’t wait to come back.

The owners thought of everything! From kayaks to beach umbrellas to we’ll-outfitted kitchen. We loved it. Beautifully decorated. The elevator was a plus for my mom who’s recently had a knee replacement. Three levels of exterior space made it easy for several generations to be together in one home. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family totally enjoyed the property and the island. Couldn’t have been better.
