Our family traveled from Houston, Seattle and Chicago to visit family in SLC. This was the perfect place for us all to gather. The house is beautiful and has just about anything you need. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking including spices. Things like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc were also provided. There were lots of games and toys and other fun things to do. We had a few issues but they were all fixed rather quickly. I would definitely recommend this house.

I was very surprised at the size of the rooms, because in the pictures make them look longer, specially that little guest house. It was a lot more cramped than I expected. I was surprised to see such a little oven in such a big house. That made it hard to do a lot of cooking for 18 people. A lot of things had been damaged from previous tenants and it got to the point where we just left a day early. Every time we turn around something had been exposed that had been covered up. The yard was gorgeous, but next to a very noisy road. The gated community is appealing to us, but the gate never was used. The TVs were old, the games were very old. Even my teenage boys turned away from them. All the entertainment advertised was a let down. The little tiny cove with toys was a wonderful thing. We should have been more seating in the kitchen itself. Would I rent this place again for the price that we paid? Probably not .It was a big let down. The beds were not as comfortable. We all had a hard time sleeping. The master bedroom size was amazing. The kitchen was stocked very nicely. Just overall the price was way too high for what we paid.

Our family spent its 8th consecutive winter ski gathering in Salt Lake City. Chateau Woodlands was a great spot for our group of peeps. We loved the open floor plan and the ability for everyone to hang together. The house was very clean, high end, and well equipped. The only possible criticism is that the 3 upstairs bedrooms, including the 8 person bunk area, only has one shower. There is a 2nd bathroom with a tub, but shower space was a bit of bottleneck. (the property description did mention the tub upstairs, but it wasn't until we arrived that we realized the shower logistics). All in all, it was perfect for our group. Everyone will fondly recall our ski vacation in Salt Lake.And thank you to Utah's Best. They were very helpful and responsive.

Plenty of activities to keep the kids the busy, during their down time, and they all enjoyed their stay a lot.Unit was clean and had plenty of room for all. As Advertised! Perfect and Luxurious, No Surprises
Sometimes the pictures lie; not here. This home is a truly high end, perfectly appointed property inside and out. The water pressure was outstanding, all the beds were super comfortable (likely 800+ count sheets and comforters), newer well kept appliances including super washer + dryer...just oustanding all the way around...

Nice large family house
We came to Utah for our son’s wedding. House was open and comfortable. Loved the back yard. The guest house was an added bonus, with a game room downstairs. We were all very comfortable. The upstairs of the main house has two bathrooms to three bedrooms. Only one shower. The second master bedroom upstairs has a bathtub. Would have been ideal to have two shower areas upstairs, but we made it work. Overall it was a very comfortable stay for all of us.

Beautiful property on a stream with shaded trees, a trampoline to entertain the children, game rooms that the teenagers really enjoy, beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Great location. We were in the mountains in minutes. The air conditioning was down for 13 hours, but they fixed it, and we were back to enjoying our stay.

The property is great for large groups. It had everything we required and more. The only dissatisfaction was that the cleaners were still tidying up after the last renter when we arrived and this was about 45mins AFTER check in. I wish this was communicated with us before we arrived.

This property was absolutely stunning for our large family. The house was immaculate and loaded with games, ping pong, disk golf, air hockey, wii/Xbox, trampoline, and a hot tub. Plenty of entertainment for all ages! We loved this home and will definitely be our family reunion home when we all get together in Utah!
