Notre villa a entièrement été rénovée en 2018.
Elle se situe à 100 mètres de la baie orientale (souvent appelée le 'Saint-Tropez des Caraibes', elle est aussi l'une des plus belle plage de Saint-Martin).
Elle fait partie des très rares villas qui sont à la fois non accolée et sans vis à vis (possibilité de faire du naturisme) tout en étant à 2 minutes à pied des commerces, restaurants et plage.
L'endroit est très calme
L'eau de la piscine privée varie entre 28 et 34 degrés toute l'année.
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.
De plus, vous pourrez pleinement profiter de la vaste terrasse en teck de 250 m². Vous apprécierez également la présence des cocotiers et fleurs de bougainvilliers qui donnent un réel charme typique et exotique!
Enfin, toute la décoration intérieure a été refaite avec beaucoup de raffinement...
La maison est entièrement sécurisée pour vous permettre de passer des vacances paisibles.
A proximité immédiate vous sont proposées de nombreuses activités : canoë kayak, plongée sous-marine, sortie bateau, pêche au gros, jet ski, kitesurf, planche à voile, promenades à cheval, randonnée, golf, accrobranche, tennis ... Et pour les noctambules, toutes sortes de discothèques, casinos, bars, etc...
Tout ici a été pensé pour le plaisir et la détente...alors....bonnes vacances !

The location is perfect to access the beach and restaurants. Denis and Philippe were very responsive and helpful. This was our second time staying at this property and we will be back!

We had a great time at this villa and have no complaints. The villa is spacious, clean, and located within walking distance of great restaurants. We had good communication with the property manager and had no problems checking in or out.

There were 4 of us, 2 couples, and the villa was perfect! The location was SO close to town and the beach, just a short walk. We had a fabulous time, loved the palm, pool, and Vic! It was our second time to Orient Bay as we enjoyed the area. Our third trip, we hope to stay at this villa!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very easy to walk to multiple restaurants and the downtown for groceries etc. We found the villa to be nice and clean overall. The amenities were good but usually better in this caliber of place. The appliances in the kitchen weren’t great, and the pillows and towels were lacking. There were no available pool towels (or beach towels). There was only hand soap in one bath and no shampoo etc at all. One day the water simply did not work and we were not able to shower or clean dishes/cook for half the day. When we reached out to Philippe we were told the water cistern didn’t have water and there was nothing he could do. The pool was great and outdoor shower was simple but functional. I wish there was an extra lock on the main slider to the pool as our toddler could easily open this door so we had to be extra diligent about keeping an eye on him with the pool outside, even when this door was shut fully. The beach nearby is fantastic. Beware of pickpocketing or leaving items on the beach as you swim as we had a rough experience with this. Restaurants nearby are lovely.
Overall a good experience and great place. these little touches would be helpful.

We have been coming to St Martin for 35 years and recently became interested in this Villa. It's proximity to Orient Beach is fabulous and you have a lot of room to spread out. Check in and check out were contactless which makes everything easier. Philippe was very responsive to our requests and quickly gave us rental car and airport transportation recommendations. Highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time, the villa was perfect and close (few minutes walk) to restaurants, stores, beach..ect. We really enjoyed the pool and lounging on the deck which is very spacious. We also love the resident cat which we named Penelope. Highly recommend this place.

The property exceeded my family’s expectations. Everyone loved the Villa. It was clean and spacious. We loved the pool, and resident cat. It is so closed to the beach and some great restaurants. We loved our time here. Phillipe (host) was very helpful.

This house was amazing, very private and serene. It’s just a 3 minute walk from the beach and on the way you walk past some of the best restaurants on the island. (Yellow Sub has the best drinks around!) We had everything we could’ve possibly needed and any time I had any questions Phillipe was very quick to respond. I’ve never had such a good renting experience, we will definitely be back!

On site manager checked us in and showed us around the home. Everything as it should be. Pool, A/C in bedrooms, King bed, general supplies like detergent for us. Pool was perfect. Walking distance to Orient beach (don't think you can get closer). Yellow Sub restaurant for meals, grocery store right there also. Highly recommend.

Great location
The house was great. Very clean and the pool was excellent. Nice patio furniture and table big enough for a very large family. Great location. We could walk to the beach and to the restaurants.

Nice Stay at Villa Suzanna
Very nice villa with a great secluded deck, perfect for sunbathing. The villa has great proximity to shops and the beach, but just far enough away to avoid the noise. The best beach in Orient Bay is a long walk or a short 5 min car ride via the beach road avoiding the main road. The property permits smoking, but no smoke odors were detectable. As non-smokers this was appreciated. Overall we had a great stay and when coming back to St. Martin Villa Suzanna will be at the top of our list.

Great location - Beautiful Villa
The location is absolutely amazing. The Villa is great for families. We enjoyed our stay.
The following improvements would make our experience even better:
-The property manager failed to communicate the correct address of the Villa, even though I asked him several times. He texted me only after we arrived to the island. Too bad my phone number has change along with the new SIM card.
The backyard door needs a screen. Seems like a little thing, but the mosquitoes, that got into the house, were fierce.

Great Stay in a great location
We have been spending the holidays in St. Martin for several years now but somehow, this was our first stay in Orient Bay. Villa Suzanna will definitely be on our list when we plan our next visit to St Martin. As the other reviews say, the home is well appointed and the owners (and their local team) are very responsive to any issues. The expansive deck and pool area made for more lazy "at home" days than we usually do. When you do want to venture out, you're a 5 minute walk to the town center and the beach. And of course you're very close to Grand Case, Pinel, and Anse Marcel.
All in all, a great stay and we look forward to returning!

Villa Suzanna, Orient Bay
We have stayed at Villa Suzanna 4 times over the past 3 years. The location is wonderful and easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery store and much more!! The villa has everything we need and the owner is very responsive and Philippe the property manager is always available to help with anything you need. Regardless of whether you are a family or staying with friends I am sure you will find it delightful!! We look forward to staying there again real soon!!!

Location, location, location
Great and very private villa. Walking distance to everything!
Loved our stay however a few things to note.
-bring your own beach towels (Philippe was kind enough to bring us 2 to use). I've never rented a villa that didn't have any so it was a surprise.
-the pool has stains around edges which was very creepy at first. Apparently the owners are aware of this and will be fixing it. They didn't come off with the average cleaners.
-future travelers may want to bring their own shopping bags with them since local stores don't provide them. We bought a few reusable bags but at first we had to scramble to find boxes to place groceries in.
-the owners did a great thing with having not only French TV but also American TV. Note--no Netflix which was disappointing and only one TV. None in the bedrooms.
-We were there 9 days and we are used to having someone come in 1-2 times to freshen up the place such as sandy floors etc. So we did sweepings of the floors.
Overall a very comfortable getaway!
Nice to see all the new restaurants open since the last time we were since there was still lots of construction taking place.

Great Place To Stay !
We had a great time the two weeks we stayed here. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Lots of privacy and a nice pool for cooling off after a day at the beach. We had a couple of issues while we were there but the owners were very quick to address them and had great and fast communication with us. I would highly recommend this property and we are very much looking forward to staying here again next year.

The property was wonderful and the property manager was in constant contact to make sure things were going well. A few issues along the way were quickly dealt with. I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

So much good to say about this property: clean, modern, just the right decor without being cluttered. Beautiful pictures in the listing were totally accurate to our experience. Local property manager was available as needed. Location is unbeatable. If you force me to say one negative thing it’s that the oven was impossible to figure out without a call to the property manger, but he solved that with a fast phone call. A wonderful experience all around.

Great Location in the Heart of Orient Village
Everything was great! The Location is at the heart of Orient Village and walking distance to the great restaraunts located here.
You can walk to the beach, or take a drive down a little bit further to the end of Orient bay.
The pool is private, and the neighborhood is quiet, and allows great relaxation time after a day on the beach

Location was perfect
We really enjoyed our stay, being close to the market and restaurant's all within a short walk. The beach was amazing and a short walk in flip flops and you're in the sand. The house was great for us, everything worked as advertised. The manager was responsive and able to resolve any issue we had quickly. The place was very clean and the parking was easily accessible.

The house was everything we expected, the pool and yard were great and the location to the beach was prefect. Our only comment is the house should have provided beach towels and hand wash towels, none were found.

Perfect Location
The house is perfectly located in the heart of Orient Bay. The outdoor area was our favorite part of the home - and where we spent most of our time at the house. The owners were responsive and helpful in advance of our stay, and Phillipe was very responsive and helpful throughout the week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Villa Suzanna
We have stayed in this villa 3 times and the last visit was December 2 to 14, 2019. The villa is fantastic and in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. The property Manager Philippe is wonderful and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay and help you with anything you need!!!

225 Susanne was lovely!
We arrived after dark so it was a bit hard to find the house! A suggestion , perhaps put the address on the fence down by the road , instead of up by the door ! Also because we got in late , it would of been nice to have some toilet paper there till we could get to the market ! We enjoyed the house very much , location is great , quick walk to the beach, as well as the wonderful restaurants and market near by !

Overall it is a great house and the location is fantastic. No one met us at the home so we had to call the property manager for the location of the keys to get into the home.

Great vacation villa!
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location was perfect, close to beach and Orient Village(which is full of excellent restaurants). Property was very clean and private even though it was so close to everything.

Little Slice of Paradise
We booked Villa Suzana for our honeymoon in St. Maarten and enjoyed every bit of our stay! The photos really don’t do the place justice but are still very accurate. Such a lovely home and close to plenty of shops/places to eat and the beach! We walked to a market for a few groceries to cook breakfast and walked to the beach each day we were there. The neighborhood is also incredibly safe and has a security office when you first drive in. Philippe was wonderful and even came to clean the pool when we asked! We would happily book and stay again.
A couple things to note if you haven’t traveled to the island before: this villa is on the French side so the primary currency is Euros. The market right around the corner does honor an even €=$ so that was really nice. Also pack outlet adapters for device charging! There is no dumpster at the house for trash when the garbage is full, but there is a “trash house” (as we called it) in walking distance of the villa to dump garbage.
We loved this place so much and can’t wait to return to the island!
