My family rented the cottage for a week in August. It was perfect for a family of four. We have two young boys who loved the bunk beds. There was a little playground nearby. Caitlin was super nice and helpful! The cottage is well stocked with everything you need for a vacation and Caitlin is very responsive to any questions. We really appreciated her hospitality and would recommend to others!

Comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 tween/teenage children. Great location - quiet, only 10 minute bike ride from town, next to park and wonderful for stargazing. Caitlin is a fabulous host quickly responding to all our inquiries and providing suggestions for a myriad of things to do and places to see. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a very nice time staying at this property. Was perfect for our family of four. Property was clean, air conditioned and had a nice deck for eating. It also borders a playground/park which was great for our kids. Caitlin was very responsive and was willing to do a Sun-Sun rental which made it easier to get a ferry reservation. Short wish list includes: a cutting board and lobster pot ;) Overall fab stay and I would recommend!!

We had the best family vacation ever. Weather was perfect and the cottage was perfect. Everything was exactly as described. Caitlyn was extremely responsive to the couple of questions we had early on in our stay. Highly recommend for any small family.

This was our second trip to Nantucket and so we decided to stay at a place that was centrally located so that we could check out the whole island. When my partner first sent me the listing I thought it was too small and I wasnt sold on the projection television. Upon arrival I instantly loved it. It was such a cozy home with a lovely yard and the outside shower was the best! There was a small trail through the bushes and come to find out its an awesome park. That was a great surprise, especially for my 9 year old son. The inside of the home was clean and had everything we could have needed. The sofa was huge and accommodated all three of us comfortably. The AC units cooled the entire house. The location was great- a few minutes to the town Stop & Shop/ gas station/ liquor store. AMAZING sound system. Oh, and I am now thinking of getting a projector for my home! The owner, Caitlyn, was very welcoming and responsive. We happened to be the fortunate vacationers who were stranded on Nantucket during the latest storm and Caitlyn was able to accomodate us and we are very thankful for that. We would definitely recommend this home.

Our family loved staying at this Nobska Way home in Nantucket. The home was comfortable and clean with a great quiet location at the end of a one way street near a park and near bike paths.
