The location was great to get into newark
Loads of noise from upstairs occupants,bins for all occupants in the garden,bedroom small one side of bed upto wall ,sofa small and uncomfortable

Our second time here. A no hassle stay with everything available one could need for a three days stay, or even longer.

The location was perfect for us.walking distant to the town and 5 minutes fro local shops.
Unfortunately the heating and hot water failed on two days but it was repaired quickly and we were provided with temporary heating. The sofa and the bed could be a little more comfortable

Easy walking access to centre .
If possible squeeze a bit more space from somewhere in bedroom . We pulled one side of bed from wall to get around.

Clean and fresh, modern.
WiFi was hit and miss affecting TV, bed was small, sink in bathroom was small, small couch was small and uncomfortable.
Fri night lots of banging from property next door til 1 in morning then shouting and yelling about 3am.

Very light and airy with a little court yard to sit out.

Kitchen was fully functional perfect for what we needed
The upstairs neighbouring flat/apartment was a little noisy but not excessively or ridiculously late.
The tv/internet was slow but we weren’t there to use that.

Modern look inside. Clean and tidy.
Bedroom was very cramped. There was a lot of loud movement noise from the apartment above.

The area is peaceful, close to Coop and a chippy. The apartment is quite cosy for a weekend away. We enjoyed walking around the area.
Everything was perfect, it's just that the bed was uncomfortable. I wouldn't mind returning on my next break, if they replace the bed; the base had some boards broken in.
