Great apartment in a great location. Close to beach, bars and restaurants.

Honest opinion, the owner was nice on the phone, he left keys in the box as stated for pick up and drop off. The main gate is locked you need key so it’s safe. It’s on a high level walk on stairs. The location was ideal close to beach, Calatrava, bus ride 1.50 € to centre take bus 32 and 19. The free parking right in front of building. Let’s pretend someone was actually living there minus clothes in closets, you have everything you need. The apartment itself clean spacious open living kitchen concept and everything modern. TV has YouTube Netflix WiFi throughout. Hardwood floors, bathroom has walk in shower and tub combo. Water pressure was fine. Nice size overall with one sink. Cute 1st patio style balcony by kitchen surrounded by many plants view of neighborhood buildings. Heating throughout. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, 2nd balcony exit, huge closet wall space. Bedroom 2 is a baby room setup. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed, 2nd balcony exit, huge closet wall organizers space etc. Beds very comfy. Blankets yes. *Only thing I would have asked the owner for was a second set of linens and pillow cases. *Noise? At times you hear the upstairs talking or tapping heals, or was it a dog I don’t know. But overall easy sleep. You are close to the restaurants and beach area so you might be out at night evening. Is the tap water drinkable, I don’t know I drink from bottles always. Sometimes the noise from upstairs but it’s not a big deal. It’s different than living in house. If you’re 6 ft or higher ... a basketball player or something you’d hit your head a few times going up and down the stairs to get to apartment, the ceilings are low. I snapped bck to reality a few times after some ouches!

First impressions of the apartment were great, lovely appearance, modern, spacious.

The hot tub doesn't work, you cannot use it, it leaks to the apartment downstairs. From other reviews it looks like this hasn't been working for 2-3 years. One of the rooms, a cleaning storing room smells, you need to keep this shut. The walls are thin, there is no double glazing so you will hear all noises and it is very noisy, no good if you are a light sleeper. Every night we could hear the neighbours talking and laughing, opening doors and moving chairs. You can hear dogs barking all night and it sounds like they are in the same building, but I don't think they are. None of the noise is the homeowners fault but unless you are a heavy sleeper you will need earplugs and noise isolating headphones to sleep.

Nice and friendly host explaining us the most important information about Valencia. The flat is big and located in a great area next to the beach. Everything you need you will find in the flat. There is a big parking space just next to the flat which is free. Ps. If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant, go to Viva Napoli which is close. Best pizza we had so far.

Only heating in the living room.
