Cruz Views est un complexe de 10 unités niché dans une colline tropicale à 160 pieds au-dessus de la ville de Cruz Bay. Les unités sont construites en style maison de ville en groupes de trois et sont toutes orientées vers le sud-ouest pour capturer beaucoup de soleil et des vues pittoresques sur les mers turquoise le jour, des couchers de soleil mémorables à la fin des jours et les lumières scintillantes des îles lointaines la nuit.
Cruz Views Unit # 5 - Tranquility est un condo avec une chambre, une salle de bain et un loft. Il s'agit d'une unité de coin la plus proche de l'allée, ce qui le rend pratique pour rentrer à la maison après une journée à la plage! Le complexe est à environ un demi-mile à l'extérieur de Cruz Bay, et la promenade en ville est tout en bas de la colline. La marche depuis la ville est assez raide, donc pour ceux qui recherchent un bon entraînement, cela vous permet de rester en forme, mais pour ceux qui ne veulent pas relever le défi, nous recommandons un taxi pour remonter la colline. Les taxis se trouvent juste en ville et vous pouvez profiter d'un voyage relaxant en remontant la colline. Ou si vous louez une jeep pour votre séjour, un parking est disponible sur place pour les clients séjournant dans l'établissement.
La chambre a un lit queen et a / c. Pour accéder au grenier, il s'agit d'un accès à l'échelle du navire (échelle fixée au mur). La chambre en mezzanine a 2 lits jumeaux et a également la climatisation. Le niveau de vie principal se situe à environ 3-4 marches en bas de l'entrée et cette pièce comprend le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger. Il y a une terrasse située à côté du salon qui est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir, se détendre et regarder les couchers de soleil.

Overall loved the location, condo, and pool. There was an issue with the cleaning process which left us checking in late while the housekeeper was still working to clean the unit. Otherwise the property manager told us the key was to be left under the mat for us. While checking out I attempted to contact the property manager using both phone numbers and couldn’t get in contact with anyone so I ended up leaving the key as it was to be left for us. Overall it’s a great place but I really struggle to pay a cleaning fee when the housekeeper wasn’t booked and a secondary housekeeper came to clean the until during the time of my check in.

Everything was wonderful concerning the accommodations themselves. The kitchen has all you need, and the master bedroom has a very comfy bed! My kids loved the ladder to the loft, and the air conditioners both in the bedroom and loft worked great to keep those areas cool. To keep the rest of the place cool, we closed the windows and pulled the drapes when we left for the day. The view from the balcony is outstanding, but not of Cruz Bay-- more of the bay where the car ferry comes in. Still gorgeous since it is way up on the hill, and St. Thomas and other small islands are visible. Also, so much nature to view right from the balcony: bananaquits, pearl eyed thrashers and bullfinch (birds) visit, small reptiles and iguanas are down in the grass and bushes below, and very few insects at all. Oh, and the cat that comes to visit is very cute, but is the look-don't-touch type. Tip: If you aren't renting a jeep, that hill to and from town is NO JOKE. If you are in shape and take it on foot, wear some good footwear with gripping soles (not flip-flops or sandals). It is STEEP! It showed me just how cardiovascularly unfit I really am! If you are not in superior shape, you will have trouble and be sore. And at night, there are no lights on the steepest part of the hill in addition to very little room to walk and no sidewalks most of the way up and down on the very narrow roads. On the other hand, a taxi is easy to catch in town or call from your condo, and it was around $6 per person one way(there were 3-4 of us at a time).

The whole stay was great - Cruz View #5 was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. The location was easy to get to town (I know many people commented on the hill- we rented a jeep and drove back and forth without issues - and on one occasion we had a taxi drop us off and it had no trouble doing so). The air conditioner worked great to keep the place cool at night (we were out during the day time), and the bed was comfy. We didn’t use the twin beds upstairs - I think that the ladder to access that space might be challenging for young kids (under 9-10ish) or older adults - but we didn’t need to use that room. We had to contact the property manager once about a minor issue with the smart TV and they addressed it immediately.
The whole experience was wonderful and we’d stay there again.

Stayed here (2 couples + 1 friend) for a wedding. This was a great stay for us who are all ages 25-30. The location was close to town but there was a huge very steep hill to come back to the villa. When we got lucky getting a taxi up it was cheap and fast, when we couldn’t get a taxi because we stayed out too late we were stuck walking and it was a very very very steep hill. Highly suggest this location for active people. The villa was clean and a perfect size for us.

Well maintained property. The hill to it walking is definitely a challenge. We did get a lot of exercise though which was great! It could use ac through out instead of just in bedrooms. We did however enjoy our stay! Property managers were top notch!

It was supplied with everything you would need for a vacation in the Islands including beach chairs, cooler and towels.
Management was very responsive and attentive. We had a issue setting up streaming on the TV, someone came over within 5 minutes to handle. Although it is close to town it is not a pleasant walk, there is a steep hill and a portion of the road is busy with traffic

Loved this villa. Comfortable, clean and close enough to town so we didn't have to rent a car. Pool is right there to use at any time. Highly recommended.
