Horrible experience!Rude staff!They put us in a room where the toilet was broken and the air conditioning didn’t work and told me off when we complained.

the location was a bust
the location made it seem like it was in OC not WEST oc, it’s a hotel next to a parking lot. it was nothing like the photos showed. the room was same, the photo that showed the pool was a lie. That’s mostly what drew me in , and it’s this tiny little circle pool next to parked cars... for the money I spent I could have literally went to bayside oc ! I would not recommend it. the staff weren’t that professional or friendly

Location was acceptable.
Didn't have any toilet paper in the bathroom. The ac was about 6 inches from the bed. No place to sit other than on the bed. Breakfast was a pre packaged muffin and coffee.

Room was ok, partly renovated (except bathtub/shower), no fridge, but ice machine in public area. Quiet location.
We stood 2 nights but there was no room service and no fresh towels

The bed was comfortable.
No iron in the room . No extra towels in the room, No extra toilet paper. The room phone did not work. The curtains should have been doubled.

The pool was smaller than most but it was perfect for us. It had a kiddy pool area for our 2 year old to splash around in and the hot tub was a big bonus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable to sleep in. Friendly staff and we could fit a lot in the mini fridge.
The AC was right next to the bed and it kept me up some nights because it was loud when It kicked on but if I kept it on constant fan then it was fine. I found it odd that there was no outside drainage line for the AC units so the floor outside the room was always wet.

Gave me my room key, just to find out there was someone in there.brooms were extremely small. No fridge or microwave.

You didn’t feel like you had any privacy. Especially when I checked in the lady at the desk said that nobody was allowed in the rooms so if we needed anything we had to go to the front desk… but the second night one of the workers just walked right into my room.

Simple but modern bedroom design. No carpet. Clean bathroom. Clean white towels and all white comfy bed. The price is very reasonable.
Unfortunately we stayed only one night.
