Decent breakfast

Creepy location, sketchy people hanging around, not what I have found at other Best Western motels through the years.

Some staff members were pushy about checking out I had ten minutes before checking out and they keep bothering us about checking out

Dead bugs on floor and floor not ver clean. The sheets on one bed really old stained or dirty

It said it was a hotel and it’s more of a motel

Decent breakfast for economy hotel

The room stunk so bad, the breakfast was horrible, was not worth the price I paid.

Our room had many things that needed to be repaired or improved. The bath tub faucet leaked, there was a huge area of bare wall exposed that needed paint, the bathroom door wouldn’t close because of the wood swelling on the door from humidity, the bathroom vent fan needed cleaned, and the hook on the wall in the bathroom needed screwed on tighter. Many people were smoking outside, so our room smelled of smoke because it came in though the AC unit brining in the smell from the outside air in. We appeared to be in a long-term resident area and their were various bikes and grills under the stairs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet. There was parking close to my room.

The breakfast was just okay. There wasn't a hair dryer in my room. I had to go to the front office to get one.

Our bed had hairs, pubic hairs, gross.

2 times police were addressing issues with people on property (2 police cars each time). Evening clerk (older man) said I should be glad police are on hotel property. I prefer hotel that attracts less police attention.)

Staff. Breakfast was disappointing ... but not unexpected. Other motels that I've stayed in are doing brown paper bags.

No scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, etc. And no liquid coffee creamers.

Scott was extremely nice and helpful at check in.

Customer Service Excellent. Bed was comfortable. Very peaceful sleep. New nice flooring.

The staff, room and cleanliness was all amazing. Great price too
