Niché dans une rue calme mais à distance de marche des principales attractions (quartier des musées, Rembrandtplein, place du Dam). Découvrez quelques-uns des meilleurs magasins, cafés agréables et quartiers branchés de la ville juste au coin de la rue Utrechtsestraat, une rue animée qui existe depuis 1658.
La description
L'appartement est situé au 1er étage (équivalent au 2ème étage aux États-Unis) d'un immeuble du 19ème siècle, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de monter trop d'escaliers. Il y a deux chambres spacieuses de chaque côté de l'appartement. Une chambre a un lit queen size et s'ouvre sur un beau balcon donnant sur de charmantes maisons historiques d'Amsterdam. L'autre pièce donne sur une rue très calme avec des bâtiments typiques du 17ème siècle. Cette chambre est plus grande et comprend un lit queen-size flambant neuf (déc. 2018), une cuisine toute neuve entièrement équipée, une table à manger avec 4 chaises et une télévision connectée. Les deux chambres ont des portes et offrent beaucoup d'intimité. Salle de bain privée (avec double vasque et baignoire), toilettes séparées et petite buanderie avec lave-linge.
Nous proposons des procédures flexibles d’enregistrement / de départ, une expérience client de bout en bout, une assistance locale et en ligne, de sorte que vous ne vous sentiez jamais comme un touriste.

Staying in Tjerk and Esther’s flat was a great experience. The place is in a very quiet area, yet only a short walk to all the action. The flat was extremely clean, beds comfortable, and new bathroom was lovely. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Would 10/10 stay here again

We had an amazing 3 days in Tjerk & Esther’s apartment in Amsterdam. Great location with fabulous neighbourhood restaurants and bars. Tram no 4 stop is a 3 min walk bringing you to Dam Square or central station. Supermarket is just around the corner. Apartment is spotlessly clean with very comfortable double bedroom and additional single/double day bed in living area. Handy guidebook with sight seeing and restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay again when back in Amsterdam - thanks for having us!

We and our two older teenage kids stayed here for a few days before Thanksgiving. Check-in was a breeze, as was accessing the apartment in general. Our host was very flexible about accommodating a change in our check in timing. The apartment has a lovely quiet back bedroom, with a pull out bed for two in the living area. Separate rooms for the toilet and shower/sink are very convenient for larger groups. The kitchen has everything you might need, though we ate out for most meals. All was very clean and ready for us. We met our host who was delightful. But what really distinguishes this apartment is its fabulous location. It is nestled in a charming neighborhood in the heart of the historic canal district. Though it is located on a quiet and safe side street, a multitude of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are steps away. We chose to walk to most of our destinations, but public transport is very accessible as well. For this reason, you do not need, and I wouldn't bring a car. For a well-appointed apartment to immerse yourself in the charm of historic Amsterdam, look no further. As with all other apartments in historic Amsterdam, be aware that the stairs to this apartment are steep for those with mobility issues. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The lovely well appointed apartment is well located close to trams, restaurants and shops. It is quite large for an adult family of three. The apartment was clean except for the electric pot which needed cleaning. Esther is so nice and helpful and has a written summary of hints and suggestions. She was kind enough to call us a cab! Highly recommend this lovely apartment located in a wonderful part of Amsterdam.

But even if there was pots and pans there was no stove or oven and no way to do any home cooking

Location was fantastic, outside of the Amsterdam hustle and bustle. Also, perfect walking distance to everything. The hosts provided us with recommendations for local restaurants, as well as biking/beach day trips. Would’ve stayed another night at the end of our trip for sure if we could have.

The apartment was very well located to many of the museums , walkable. As well great restaurants within minutes which we took advantage of. The tram was at the end of the street which allowed us to get to the central railway station for day trips to other cities.

Our party of two couples had a GREAT stay at this beautiful apartment. It was centrally located to all of the main attractions of Amsterdam yet far enough away to feel homey and safe. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom while the other couple slept in the pull out (IKEA style) bed in the living room. The unit was furnished with a nice array of dishes and kitchenware so that we could enjoy our meals at the dining room table, overlooking apartment row. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide coffee provisions, at least the first day. But in the absence of that, we did get the best coffee and croissants they recommended in their guide book. The name escapes me but trust me when I say, it was the best I ever had! Communication and the check in process with our hosts was also perfect. Overall we loved our stay and accommodations in Amsterdam and plan to return soon!

Firstly the location in Amsterdam was fantastic, central to most things but just slightly out of the touristy part that can be a bit… well… scummy at times.
The apartment itself was clean, large and functional, however it would be good if it were a bit clearer on the listing that it only has a small kitchenette, and not a full kitchen as could be interpreted from the photos. This is due to short term lease rules in the city, which is fine, but we think this should be made clear in case you thought you would be able to cook each night to perhaps save money etc.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay here

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Lovely newly remodeled bathroom with separate toilet. Nice size separate bedroom and gathering room with additional bed.
The location was ideal. Just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, canals, grocery stores etc. The host is friendly, onsite and was available to help with our needs.

This is a great apartment close to many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and tram. You can get to anywhere quickly and easily. The apartment itself is clean and located on a very quiet street. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Amsterdam!😁❤️

This was a wonderful accommodation for three senior women family members to enjoy while visiting Amsterdam together! The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, and very quiet. We loved the location in the canal district, perfect for exploring the city & many of delightful stores & restaurants a brief walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic neighborhood & especially appreciated Hugo’s tour of the apartment & his showing us how everything worked when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Excellent location, it was close to walk to transit, museums and shopping. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night! I would only suggest a lighter weight blanket, or top sheet for the beds as the ones provided were too warm for the weather we had while there.

This cute, clean, adorable apartment was soooo quiet and chill, and located in the most amazing neighborhood with canals, restaurants, and stores all around. We could walk or tram everywhere. Highly recommend for singles, couples, or a family or group of 3.

Came in frazzled… after three weeks on the road with clutter everywhere, two tween kids, my husband working remotely on a phone call, me driving through Amsterdam for the first time- So picture insanity like a movie… but sweet Esther greeted us at the door, and relaxed us. She brought us up in pairs, her wonderful young daughter making us feel immediately like home in a chaotic moment. (They were making pizza together.) Such an easy and fun place to stay. Expect to eat out every day because there are such great restaurants on the same street. Beds are soft and clean, balcony is like a Dutch storybook. Only 20 min walk to museums. And less to all the great restaurants and sights. No parking. Couldn’t stream on TV but who goes to Amsterdam to watch TV anyway. New shower/ bathroom renovation. Great WiFi for work/ streaming. The best *ever* hospitality from owners and feel like friends after departure. Will return!

Communication before and during the stay was fantastic. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Location near restaurants, markets and public transportation is excellent. The convertible sofa in the living room was big enough for our 6’ tall son. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was friendly and walked us through the house. Great location that was close to the tram and local food/shops. Clean space and it was very convenient to have a washer in the unit but you need to hang dry. Newly renovated bathroom was nice.

This was our first time in Amsterdam and the apartment was perfect for our visit. It was clean, comfortable and private in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were numerous good dining options nearby and most attractions were within walking distance. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.
