the convenience of being close to restaurant beach pool. great view

we stayed in 173 and i believe you should let people know on weeekends thee are bands playing right beside the cottage. outside lights should be put up along the walkway to beach as it was so dark my husband feel into the ocean. the sea grass should be raked up as there was s smell and everyone had to walk around. I posted a picture for you to see.

We loved the cottage, the location, and the amenities, everything. The resort is nice and well kept up. We will come back.

Although we knew before booking the cottage that it would be an extra expense, I highly suggest making at least basic cable, and WIFI available with the cost of the rentals as it is readily available to purchase during your stay. Everywhere has these amenities included in the rental fees.

The check in process was very smooth...location was nice.

Have to pay for internet...which then didn't work. No tv service, unless you bring your own devices. No hot water. Only one burner on the gas stove worked. Not worth the price.

We lived in tiny cottage. This is nice space for 4 people. Cute and cozy

Bad internet connection, small beds, they are not for big and tall guys, in the bathroom was hair in a shower and in the sink, when we are moved in it wasn’t filling that’s the cottage clean and fresh.

Oceans 305 food was AMAZING, property was exceptionally clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful.
