no soundproofing , could hear each other talk when in bedrooms

The location is beautiful, right on a small private beach next to a bay for snorkeling. My husband and 3 young children loved the free kayaks and went for a paddle. The accommodation is really unique on stilts with lots of space and a very modern kitchen, it had a lovely beach feel with simple decor. We liked the pedestrian path from the resort where you could walk to Robbie's and back and of course my children loved the pool.

Office staff was exceptional. Great communications and helpful once at the property.

Stayed for 11 days at Topsider for a combination of work and vacation. I could not have been happier with the choice! Facilities were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was great. Very friendly staff! The other guest were very welcoming and friendly. Loved hanging out at the dock for "golden hour" as well as throughout my stay to watch the wildlife including several manatee! I will definitely be back!

We loved Topsider. It was just what our family needed for relaxation with a home like feel. Kitchen was complete with everything we needed, beds were super comfy, and I loved the balcony to sip my coffee in the quiet of paradise. It was nice to have our pick from private beach or Swimming pool. Nice to have private laundry facilities.
