Absolutely loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only recommendation I would have is that the property manager provide a larger water heater. We had to take many showers that ended with cold water. 🥶

We had 4 couples stay here the week after the hurricane. The host Maureen was great, she checked out the place for us before made the trip and was very informative about the damage of the area. The house in a great location and very clean. We look forward to going back next year.

My mother, her four sisters ages 67 to 80, a niece and myself (both 53) had a marvelous time. The property is beautiful. The view was beautiful. We absolutely recommend this property! And are looking forward to staying there again.

We had a wonderful week at Garden City Beach with family! The house was exactly as listed, plenty of space and perfect location to the beach. The kids especially loved the pool that was never crowded. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time, easy access to the beach

The family loved the house and the pool. Short drive to Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island. Maureen was quick to respond to the one question that I had. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The property was everything it was listed to be. The home was clean, well stocked, roomy, and in a great location. Maureen was easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. We had plenty of space for us to spread out, comfortable beds, and had nice outdoor spaces to enjoy. The home was everything we hoped it would be.

This house location is excellent. There is a pool shared by only 4 villas. Beach access across the street, pier,restaurants, putt putt and water park all nearby. House is in excellent condition and very clean. I noticed that the pool water was tested every day and pool was cleaned regularly. I highly recommend this property. .

My family and I stayed here and it was wonderful! My parents joined us, so only 6 of us total for the week. The location was great and loved having the pool on days we had had enough of the salt and sand! Would recommend for sure!! Thanks again!

We had an amazing week at this house. Everything was great - from the house and furnishings, to the pool, to the location, to the beach…. We can’t say enough good about how much fun we had this week! So many memories made.

This was a great stay! Property owner, Maureen was absolutely great. Very responsive to needs, polite, accommodating & made sure our stay was good. Our son graduated from CCU so we traveled from VA with our family. It suit our family well, quiet place to enjoy our stay and enjoy celebrating our son’s accomplishments. I was able to focus on that & not worry! Will stay here again. Thank you!

This property was all we could ask for for our family vacation. The home was clean, comfortable and big enough for our family of 10. Great view of the ocean and a pool to boot! Highly recommend!

We had four guys stay here for a golf trip and had a really great time. Great, quiet, location and easy to get around. Very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again. Having to pay extra for towels and sheets was kind of a bummer coming from Nebraska and not being able to really bring our own. It would have also been nice to have a few more basics provided like paper towels, facial tissues, etc. Very bare bones as far as those types of things. Overall very easy to communicate with Maureen and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was nice, very clean, good view of ocean, and beds slept comfortably. There was 4 men staying with me for a golf tournament and they ask me to book it again for next year.

The unit was exactly as described, and was in a great location. would rent it again.

Owner was very easy to work with and very helpful, the place was extremely clean. Everyone of my groomsmen were extremely happy with how everything turned out.

We rented this home for the 4th of July week with four adults & six kids aged 10-19. Our first time there & we loved every minute! House is very nice with comfortable beds, has everything you need and it really is in a perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach & everything else is a short golf cart ride or drive away. Having the pool was amazing & it was never crowded. We were surprised at how many people set off fireworks every night, beautiful but loud at times until 11 at night. Not a big deal for us but could be for others. Hope to be back someday & would definitely stay here again!

Had a group of 12 (adults and teens) and there was plenty of space. Great shared pool and easy walk across the street to the beach. Would love a return visit.

The property was exactly as described, very clean and neat. It was a great set up for us with one bedroom down and three up. We had 4 couples. The furnishings were definitely a step above what you typically find in a rental beach house. The porch was a great spot for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Of course the best part was a two minute walk to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

I had not gotten any response to emails to owner prior to check in time for access code to the house. I found a phone number on the site after check in time and was able to call the owner and get the code after guests had arrived and were stuck outside. It was very stressful. I also asked for the full email with info at that time but it was never sent. We never got the gate code for the pool.. we actually jumped over the fence first day and then did not use pool any longer. Communication was difficult. There were people that stopped by the pool area that is right on the street because they wanted to talk to my kids and the owner said the gate from the street got damaged. I have no way to know and these people were not my guests but I did pay for the gate lock since we were unfortunately the group they stopped to talk to. It was on the other side of the property by the street. Of course the house was left in great condition and is a nice house. Overall though with the stress of check in and yeh pool code never provided even though it should have been it was a negative experience from our perspective.

House was perfect for 7 adults, 2 preschoolers and 3 babies. Easy access to beach. Plenty of room inside and outside of the house to play and enjoy the area. We would definitely stay again. Easy communication with owners.

House was just as portrayed online and we enjoyed it though there was a broken rocker on the upstairs balcony. Access to the beach is great.

This house was very convenient to everything we needed. The property manager was super helpful in assisting me with the house. My only draw back was the cleanliness. The refrigerator and most of the kitchen tools were not clean. There were items left in the refrigerator. In our Covid world I would have wiped down anyway, but I was not looking to do a full kitchen clean. But we would definitely do it again.

What an awesome place.!!Everything was as described. The house is in a great location to the beach. We had an easy time getting our whole crew over to the beach each day (which included a 20 month old and a 4 year old.) The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed for our visit. Our property manager was great to work with. We hope to return again next year.

Check in was a breeze. Property exactly as described. Terrific location only steps from the beach. Property very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kids were happy and we were happy. The balcony outside the master was wonderful for sitting and enjoying the ocean views. Kitchen was terrific for preparing meals, living room was spacious and comfortable, even the linens were amazing. We look forward to returning many times in the future.
