Cette maison de 5 chambres / 4 salles de bains a subi d'importantes rénovations et est maintenant prête pour vos vacances! Nous avons enlevé les murs pour ouvrir l'espace entre la cuisine et la grande pièce, et installé tous les nouveaux planchers de tuiles, comptoirs en quartz, dosseret de carreaux, ainsi que de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et laveuse / sécheuse. Il y a aussi une piscine et un bain à remous qui ont été récemment installés. Toujours au début de 2019, une rénovation complète de la salle de bain principale ainsi que de nouveaux lavabos / comptoirs / éclairage pour chacune des 3 autres salles de bains seront terminés.

La disposition de la maison est propice aux grandes réunions de famille - il y a un grand espace central et ouvert avec une grande pièce et une cuisine combinées. À partir de cette zone centrale, les cinq chambres sont situées séparément hors de cette zone ouverte - pensez-y comme un hub et un rayon.
De plus, nous avons quatre vélos (2 adultes et 2 enfants) à votre disposition et une voiturette de golf pour quatre personnes pour vous rendre à la plage en 3 minutes environ, ainsi que dans toute la plantation jusqu'aux restaurants et autres activités.
Pendant que nous sommes dans la plantation d'Amelia Island, nous ne faisons pas partie du complexe Omni et de son programme de location, mais il existe encore de nombreuses possibilités pour vous de tirer parti des installations. The location and layout of the house was great. The neighborhood was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our walks, bike riding, and bubbles the golf cart. Karl was a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful time. The property is very pretty and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is a real pleasure to walk in, with its canopy roads. We had a large group, and particularly enjoyed dining in the back yard and using the spa and pool. Our host, Karl, was extremely helpful at all stages. On the whole, the experience delivered more than we expected.

The home was perfect for two families (4 adults, 5 kids). The pool was a great gathering point after a day of adventures. The property was clean, modern and well functioning appliances as well as very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our only regret was that we didn't get the "lay of the land" sooner to find our way to resort amenities and beach access points sooner.

Our family has had a difficult year, and had been looking forward eagerly, to a week away together. Everything about this week was extraordinary! Karl was the perfect host - excellent communication all around. The home is lovely in every way. We had a multigenerational group - ranging in age from 15 months to retired, and this home fit our needs to a tee. There was plenty of room, and the layout is so smartly done. There was space for everyone to have privacy when needed, and a beautiful gathering spot for being together when that was needed. The pictures in the listing most definitely portray an accurate image of the house. It’s beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are generously and thoughtfully stocked. Seriously - you will have everything you need for a great stay! Having the use of the golf cart and bikes was great! The pool area couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was so wonderful to have the option of being able to relax by the pool during a very hot week, and to have a choice other than the hot beach for those who are more sensitive to the effects of the heat. All in all, I would highly recommend the “Bubbles” Beach House. We can’t wait to return next summer!

Our girls and their families joined us for a week at this wonderful home. The accommodations were perfect for us. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed the back yard and pool. The trees and privacy were perfect. Bubbles was a big hit and took us to the beach several times.

We just had the best week and I am so happy we chose this place. After 2 years of rough health, we wanted to treat the whole family with a beach vacation. My sister-in-law is in a wheelchair, so we needed a wheelchair accessible house. This house met all our needs and more. The house is all 1 level and she was able to move around easily. The bathrooms were perfect. The pool was amazing! I can not say enough good things about it. Thank you so much!

We had a great time at Karl’s home on Amelia Island. The location is perfect. The house has a great layout and was clean and well stocked. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were amazing. And we enjoyed exploring the resort on the golf cart. We explored the historic downtown and many of the exceptional restaurants. We also loved the meal we got from the Outer Banks Shrimp Boil—we picked up our shrimp boil in a big pot and cooked it at the house. We can’t wait to return!

We just returned from a week of family relaxation and immense fun. The house fit our extended family perfectly. The house was super well equipped and highly appointed, but equally important, it radiated a casualness and old fashioned comfort. Our family is comprised of foodies, who relished in the functionality of the kitchen. We took great pleasure in the pool and hot tub environment. The golf cart was our passport to discovering all that makes the resort so special. We were so impressed with the natural beauty of the beaches, salt water marshes and the everlasting landscape canopies, created by the Live Oaks arching over the resort's road network. The owner was super attentive and informative, making sure all went well during our stay. We could not have been more pleased!

We were a family, ages 7 ages to 40 to over 65 and everyone loved the house and location. Everything is well maintained, kitchen well equipped, great outdoor grill and big dining table, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes of all sizes,coolers. The golf cart and bikes made easy access to the beach, and it's in a very safe and quiet community. Karl was always responsive and available to answer our many questions. Beds are very comfortable and pool area sunny and lovely. House definitely exceeded our expectations. And there was plenty of room for all.

Karl is an excellent host who was extremely easy to work with and very communicative. The house was exactly as pictured and we loved using the pool and hot tub. Having a golf cart provided was extremely convenient for the quick 3-4 ride to the beach access. The house is laid out well and worked great for our two families. I would stay here again.

Wonderful property and location. Karl is a kind and responsive property manager. We had the pool and hot tub heated in the winter. In retrospect, I would have not paid extra to heat the pool, because apparently the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time, which we weren't aware of until we reached the house. More transparency about this would have been appreciated. Additionally, we could never get the blower/bubbles to work in the hot tub and we followed Karl's instructions and let him know it wasn't working. We left a couple of items at the house by accident, and they were able to mail it back to us, which was greatly appreciated. Will stay here again if we vacation here again.

We loved our Holiday week with family in this lovely home! It would have been perfect if only the weather had cooperated. We had hoped to use the pool and hot tub, but it was too cold to swim, and the hot tub was experiencing some glitches. Our host was lovely and accessible and did his best to make up for this unfortunate weather disappointment however. This is a warm, cosy, comfortable and family friendly home, and we would definitely choose it again, even with the without use of the lovely pool and hot tub!

I live on Amelia Island and looked long and hard to find accomodations for 7 ( 75 year old) girlfriends to gather once again, after 11 years, to celebrate our 52nd high school reunion. Karl's home was better that any condo I found and the location was perfect. Though we only used the pool once, we used every inch of the great living space inside and bedroom/bath set up worked out nicely with only two having to share a bed. The extra room off of the master was too small to consider as a bedroom with no designated bathroom. The large family room was great for gathering, games at the card table, a lot of time spend around the kitchen island and outside table for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Comfortable to stay home for dinner, cooking or take out, after full days of touring and lunches in Fernandina during the day. Kitchen was well equipped, though I did substitute glassware for the plastic. Having use of the golf cart plus my own made it easy for all us to get around Amelia Island Plantation together. We had great 4 nights of laughing, reminiscing and making new memories!

We stayed here for my son’s wedding at Amelia. There were 6 of us and the house was just perfect for us. There were two king beds which is unusual and the bathrooms are very nice. The weather was great so the pool was a real plus! Use of the golf cart came in handy with one car and the location was central to everything.

Amazing Updated House in Beautiful Omni Plantation
This is the best property we have ever stayed at on Amelia Island and one of our favorite vacation houses. The house is beautifully updated and so clean. The spacious spa-like master bathroom has great water pressure in the shower. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. We did not use the room off the master with pull-out couch to sleep, but it was a lovely place to sit and read a book or have a glass of wine after the kids went to sleep. The main family room is spacious with great views of the pool outside. I appreciated the safety lock the owner has at the top of the door to get out to the pool. The pool area was so private and our family had the best time in the afternoons enjoying the pool and enjoying the hot tub in the evenings. We paid to have the pool heated and I so appreciated that the pool was already heated upon our arrival. The use of bubbles the golf cart made our vacation. It is a quick golf cart ride to the beach, mini golf, Walkers Landing, Drummond Park, and anything else within the gorgeous Omni property. The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. I also appreciated his suggestion to watch the sunset at Walker's Landing- stunning! We already booked for next year and are looking forward to making more family memories at this property.

Beautiful updated hoke close to beach.
The property is beautiful. It was just me and my husband but it can definitely accommodate a larger family or multiple families. The master bathroom is gorgeous and the pool and spa area are too. The backyard feels very secluded because of all of the trees. Beach is a short golf cart ride, which is included with rent. The owner is very responsive and will go out of his way to help with anything you need.

We loved the house and Amelia Island Plantation. The house is beautiful and communication with owners was great. We loved how quiet the neighborhood is and definitely enjoyed Bubbles (the golf cart) and the bikes. We rented a few extra bikes that were delivered to the house. We really enjoyed all the bike trails inside the plantation. Thank you for the great stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend and I hope we can visit again.

This is a beautiful home which was just perfect for 4 couples so that each could have a bedroom and en-suite bath. It is nicely decorated, and the outdoor space is a lovely private oasis.

Mr. Bubbles was a hit! Very nice touch
The property was very nice and accommodating. Mr. Bubbles came in handy for getting around the plantation. Our only suggestion for improvement is to include some glass stemware instead of plasticware only.. A nice wine poured in a plastic wine glass is just not the same. We really enjoyed the home and hope to visit again at some point.
