A perfect place for a family with children! Randy's place gave us everything we needed from cookware to towels to location to the pool and the beach. Randy was also incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on where to eat, what to do in the area and was just a really nice person to stop and chat with for a bit while on our way home from the pool. Thank you!

We had a great time at the Carriage house - you can comfortably sleep 3-4 (we brought a blow up for our 3 year old and it worked great).
There was a full kitchen with bar stools so that worked great for quick meals, and you cannot beat the location.. it's very close to camp watercolor and a few minute bike ride from the beach.
Only downside was no laundry, but for a quick trip away, that was totally do-able!
Would 100% stay again, and Randy is the best!!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend get away and it was perfect. Beautiful carriage house with everything we needed. Everything in water color is close so we just rode the bike to the pools and seaside. We Uber’d to dinner and back. The owner was very kind and responsive when we did have a question as well. We would love to stay there again. Perfect for couples or a small family.

We had the best week at Randy's carriage house! He and his wife were excellent hosts -- super quick to communicate and very helpful when we needed it. The home is very clean -- definitely the cleanest rental we have stayed in years. The location cannot be beat, especially if you have kids who want to visit Camp Watercolor. We cannot wait to come back!

Everything was exactly as described and the owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! They live in the main house on property and are very accommodating while still giving you your space. We love the Watercolor area and this was the perfect size for 2 moms and 2 teenage girls.

Although small, this carriage house is very practical and lovely. One of my sons stayed with me and his junior class friends while my husband took my older son and his senior class friends to a different location. The owners are on site in the main house and are kind, friendly and respectful of privacy. I humbly suggest you stay in this sweet carriage house if you have one or two very small kids or one older child.

This amazing carriage house was everything that we could have wanted or needed for our beach vacation!! It was in lovely Watercolor and close to everything. We rode our bikes everywhere and it was so relaxing! Randy and Diana were extremely nice and so accommodating. We would totally recommend this place to anyone!!

We had the best time on our vacation to Watercolor. The carriage house was the perfect amount of space for our family with young children. It was clean, comfortable, accommodating and just wonderful. Randy is a great host and gave me all the best tips about staying in Watercolor. Highly recommend the carriage house! We enjoyed riding bikes that were provided too.

Great Carriage House! Great location
My family and I had a great trip to WaterColor and enjoyed staying in the carriage house. The property owners were great and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Being steps away from Camp Watercolor was a huge perk for our little girl and us. My wife and I were very comfortable with plenty of living space and the sleeper sofa is nice for small children. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away to the beach.

Wonderful!
The carriage house was indeed “charming”! It was a perfect location for the wedding festivities we attended at the Watercolor properties throughout our stay. The hosts, Randy and Diana, were lovely. We appreciated their recommendations. We particularly enjoyed riding the bikes throughout the Watercolor community. This was our first time to rent through VRBO. Checking in and out was very easy. I highly recommend the hosts and the property, we will be back!

Non smoking property but smells like smoke
We are avid non smokers. We often rent from VRBO and we always select non smoking properties. Not only do we have to wash everything we had inside this carriage house, we are having to throw away an expensive foam mattress topper due to the smell. We have been accused by the homeowner of being the guilty party. Even though I spoke to Randy hours ago and he said he believed that it was not us, the $500 damage that VRBO is making against my credit card has not been canceled. I spoke to a representative from VRBO who informed me that the charge has not been canceled. I have copied the accusatory email and pasted it here as well as all of my other social media sites: Message from the host
Beach Blessing is a no smoking property. Unfortunately the guest had been smoking in the carriage house and “all” bedding has been taking to cleaners to get rid of the smoke smell. Waiting for total cost from cleaners and will refund the difference

10/10 Rental Property and Rental Host
I stayed for a few days with my two daughters. The carriage house was perfect for the three of us. The location is great — super quick bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor Pool House. Not only was the rental property great, but the rental hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back! A huge thanks to Randy for making our stay so accommodating and enjoyable.
