Beautiful house, very comfortable with everything you would need! Very good, centrally located to many of the things we wanted to see. Easy check in and out process. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

We grew up camping on the cape in North Truro so we really enjoyed being in a different area of the Cape. The house was in a great neighborhood, had all the amenities we needed and a quick drive to lots of shops, restaurants and Stop n Shop. The AC worked great as we were there during a heat wave. We enjoyed the great room so all the family could be together. I did not have much communication with the owners (I had no reason to contact them) but they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house and this area of the Cape!

I stayed here with my 19 yo daughter and 17 yo son. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Each of us got our own bedroom and having two bathrooms was nice. The bathroom downstairs where my kids slept had two sinks which was perfect for them. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and it was well equipped. The spacious living room was nice although we didn't spend much time there. It wasn't perfect though. The upstairs master bedroom had several issues. It was warmer than the rest of the house. The chains for both the ceiling fan light and fan speed were not present so when the fan was turned on via the wall switch, the light came on making it unusable for sleeping. I temporarily solved that problem by removing the light fixture and removing the one bulb that was working (out of three). The bed was positioned in front of the window making it impossible to sit in bed and read since there is no headboard. I would have fallen back into the window. I temporarily solved that by moving the bed 90 degrees to a wall. However, I slept in the master bedroom only on the first of three nights because there was a constant 24/7 high-pitched hum coming from the next room (attic I'm guessing) that I could not deal with. Also, the pillows on the master bedroom bed were lumpy and in horrible shape. Fortunately, there was another bed in the upstairs living area that was comfortable, cool, quiet, and easy sit in and read. I was much happier once I moved to that bed. My daughter complained that the downstairs shower was small and had such are large seat in it that she couldn't stand back far enough to get out of the shower head spray to lather up. She had to turn the water off temporarily to do that. The shower head couldn't be turned far enough to one side to keep the water running and not be sprayed. In spite of these issues, we did like this house and its location. The house is in good shape, was nicely decorated, and comfortable to be in. There were plenty of towels, linens, cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware. Beach towels were provided, too. It was nice to be able to do our laundry at the house.

Perfect Cape vacation.

This was our first vacation on the Cape. We had family from Boston joining us from New York. Mashpee was a great location, not too far out, but still Cape Cod. The house was exactly as described, slept all six of us very comfortably. The AC was fabulous, we used it a lot as we had many 90+ degree days. We loved the pool table and got a lot of use out of it in the evenings. We grilled on the gas grill, but never got the chance to use the fire pit (it was hot and we were busy playing pool!) We rented kayaks for the week from RideAway, they were delivered right to the house, then we left them at the waterfront (right down the street) and went kayaking almost every day, it was a nice calm waterway. We also hiked and jogged at the Mashpee River Woodlands, which was right down the street (in the other direction from the water). The house was close to shopping and two great ice cream shops! Within 30 minutes of the house we went to South Cape Beach, Loop Beach, Sandwich Glass Museum, Ashumet Holly Wildlife Sanctuary, Hyannis, Cape Cod Railway, and mini golf. It was a fun week and the house was a great place to go back to and relax at the end of the day.

Very clean, great space! A/C was amazing during a very hot week. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Well stocked with dishes, pot, pans and even Tupperware to bring to the beach. Communication was excellent when we had a few questions. Thanks Mike!

This home fit our family of 5 perfectly. It’s very spacious with several spots indoor and outdoor to gather with family. The kitchen is well appointed and the living/family room is great for lounging after a busy day touring the Cape. It’s location was a great base for visiting Falmouth and other mid Cape sites. Would highly recommend

The house has all updated kitchen appliances you need, a nest thermostat, and the washer and dryer were very useful during our stay. The downstairs bathroom was accessible. It had a walk in shower with a seat, which was just what we needed for my grandma. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but also close to Mashpee Commons. I would definitely stay again!

The cape cod railway and heritage museum and gardens and lots of other things are all within 30 mins. The description and pictures didn't really do the house justice! We stayed for a week and found the house to be fully equipped and capable of handling even a sudden request to make cookies for a wedding reception (other than the mixer). My son enjoyed the loft as his video game area. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

Great communication with the owner for check in. Great open space/floor plan for entertaining the family. It was a perfect vacation rental. Quiet neighborhood near some nice walking trails. Not too far from the beach and mashpee commons.

Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood in the South Cape area just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was even nicer than the pictures showed!

Our group was 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had plenty of space for everyone to eat together, and hang out. The teenagers enjoyed playing pool in the basement. We had some questions for the owners and they responded very quickly!! We headed to Falmouth a few days and it was only about a 15 - 20 min drive depending on traffic.

This house was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. A spacious, open, clean house set up perfectly for a weekend hangout. Nice backyard space and grill on back patio.

The owners proactively got in touch with us before we checked in and gave us all the info needed. They also responded promptly to all our queries. The house is just as advertised - new and well maintained and everything in perfect working condition. Great house for a family with kids with multiple bedrooms. The pool table in the basement was a big hit with our kids. The location is quiet and private. We will definitely go back!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this stay. Mike the owner is amazing and his family home is phenomenal. He made everything as easy as it could get and the home was PERFECT. It is basically brand new, super clean, full of amenities, perfect location and we had zero issues the entire week. The house comes with everything you will need and more. I literally can’t say enough good things, I can’t wait to stay there again. Stop looking around and book this home!!!!

My wife and I wanted our daughter, husband, and children to visit where my wife lived for several years as a child and to see where her grandparents are buried. Also took in a Red Sox game and became a typical tourist. This the first house we have rented and found the process simple and just what we were looking for. We had limited contact with the owner - he has a notebook prepared to explain most things and what is expected of renters. We will definetly use this method again.
