This was a perfect place to stay while on vacation. Short walk to the beach. Condo was the perfect size for the five of us. It was stocked with just about everything you would need and was very clean and comfortable. We hated to leave.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Both times the property has been very clean and the owner has always been very quick to respond to any questions. We love this area as it is peaceful and relaxing. The view of the harbor is amazing and it is just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely return again and my goal is to stay in this condo for a third time. Definitely 5 stars!

The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our location and love Dolphin Point. There was a layer of thick dust on all the baseboards, frames, corners of carpet, and decor. The master bed was old and uncomfortable. A good deep cleaning would really help. And a new coat of paint would too.

A corner unit which was nice. Parking right outside the back door and the bay was maybe 60 feet from the back door. The condo was clean, spacious enough for the 5 of us and very comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the beach and minutes away from everything else. If we go back to Destin, will definitely look to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Thank you for giving us the opportunity. The owner even called and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We had very comfortable accommodations. It was just a short walk to the beach and we had a nice view water / boat slips behind us. Would do it again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Thank you for giving us the opportunity. The owner even called and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We had very comfortable accommodations. Girls Trip
This location was ideal for our girls trip. There were three of us so we each enjoyed having our own bed. My only complaint was some issues with cleanliness. There was trash on the floor of a bedroom and crumbs/trash on the floor beneath the cabinets in the kitchen. The shared hall bathroom cabinets and blinds in the living room were also extremely dusty. I cleaned the dust off the cabinets in the bathroom. Overall, the three of us really enjoyed our time. There’s plenty of parking and we loved having access to the pool and a short walk to the beach.

Very nice, clean, and updated apartment! He was an awesome host. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The walk to the beach was five minutes easily, if you are not slow. Was definitely worth the trip. If we ever come back to Destin we will be looking to book the same condo again!

Great spot. Walk right out the back door to the bay where you can fish and enjoy the sunset, fireworks on Thursday nights. Pool is just right around the building. Beach is just a short walk down the street. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. Beds were super comfortable. Will return!

We enjoyed our stay in the unit. The water taxis were convenient and kept us close to things without fighting traffic. The home was equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. I found the griddle to be most helpful. My family was happy to have plenty of towels and linens, as hotels limit these items. The shower in the master got rave reviews and the home is decorated nicely.

The condo with access to private beach also to pool and pier.The location was perfect for everything you wanted to do in the city. I would definitely rent again I am thinking about making it a yearly weekend getaway.

My family and I were thoroughly satisfied; the property was clean and quiet, the beds were so comfortable, being able to use the washer and dryer was a plus for us and the kids loved the warm pool. Everything we wanted to do was close to were we were staying and the beach was within walking distance, everyone was so friendly on the property, our only regret was that we wished we had stayed an extra day! The owner responded to questions promptly!!

Peaceful and Convenient
We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Isle! The location was excellent, close to everything including the water taxi. The condo was well stocked and clean with a parking spot only steps from the unit. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and bay with easy access to restaurants, shopping and more. Highly recommended!
