This is a very nice house in a great neighborhood that is close to everything, Ralph's, Costco, Walmart etc. The house does have 5 bedrooms however it's important to know that only two of the bedrooms have private baths and only two have closets. Three of the bedrooms had to either share a hall closet or back bedroom closet. Kitchen and backyard are great, we enjoyed our time outside. The refrigerator in the kitchen, although small for a house that size is not a big deal as there is another larger frig in the garage. Communication with Avant was very prompt and quick to respond, when we initially arrived, we noticed that the pack n play was not complete so we notified Avant and they actually had someone deliver one about 8:30 that evening which is what they said they would do. We had already purchased another one as we weren't sure one would actually arrive. So far everything is great.
After checking out I received notification that I was being charged $900 ($150 x 6 days) for heating the pool. In the truths section of the agreement, it states that the spa and pool cannot be heated from May to Oct and then below states that the pool is available for an additonal fee and needs to be requested 48 hrs before your stay. I didn't think it would cost an extra $150 per day just to heat the pool in November and nowhere is it stated that the cost would be $150 per day either. According to Avant, text warnings were sent but I never got them so obviously I'm disappointed.

Overall, the property was what we wanted when we booked. It was spacious and had a pool. Unfortunately, my biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the property upon our arrival. I reached out to the AvantStay team and they did apologize. We realized that the pool wasn't clean (algae and poor circulation). We were advised that a pool guy would be coming out the next day. So essentially, we didn't have full use of the pool for a period of time. The first pool guy that came out only changed the pool filter (which was clogged and dirty). We asked if he would treat the pool and stated he'd put some chlorine in it and left. A short time later, another pool guy arrived and actually used a scraper to clean the pool and further treat the water with chemicals. After a few hours, the pool was available (2pm Saturday). To me, these issues are easily avoidable and should have been performed before we arrived. Other comments to share would be the improve the wifi, make the AC controls easier to use, fix the tears in the couch, provide instructions on how to use all TV devices and please upgrade your refrigerator to fit the home. The fridge that is there fits a small apartment, not a 4 bedroom home. I suspect my feedback may not sound positive but paying for "cleaning services" when your guests are cleaning and offering a pool that was unavailable with 100+ degree weather is not ideal. While I'm not asking for a full refund, I would hope that whoever reads this considers these factors to help us to revisit this property again in the future.

Well stocked, great for families
Charming, spacious, wonderfully kept property with an especially well stocked kitchen, and quite a few surprise amenities (appreciated the surprise pack n play in a hall closet and lots of pool toys for baby + adults)! Close to supply shopping (costco, walmart) and great local restaurants. Easy check-in and lovely welcome gifts on arrival. Great stay!

Loved this property. Great location and loved all the space and privacy in offered. Kids loved spending the day in the pool and backyard. We'll definitely be back!

I agree with the main points of other reviews, such that the house is an excellent layout inside and outside, it is equipped very well in terms of furnishings/appliances/utensils, and AvantStay responds to any problems quickly and their staff is very professional.
I do have two major issues with the house given the large expense (nightly rental plus the numerous fees).
(1) The WiFi is horrible. Given that the cell service is bad (at least Verizon is – don’t know about other carriers), good WiFi is a necessity for a lengthy stay. Plus, the instructions from AvantStay may have helped somewhat with laptops, but not with other devices. Given the fact that reliable WiFi is provided pretty much everywhere these days, an expensive rental house in a good area should do so without question. By the way, we were able to get reliable WiFi by using an unsecured one from someone in the neighborhood – so it is possible to have good WiFi in that area.
(2) The controls for the pool and hot tub are ridiculously inadequate. To alternate between running the hot tub and the pool (in terms of circulation and heat) the user is required to set and reset two controllers both inside the house and outside on the side of the house. The instructions are not adequate in that they do not indicate that it is necessary to not only make any changes to settings (to alternate between the pool and the hot tub, and to turn on the heat) it is necessary to check both controllers regularly as the hot tub does not continue operation for an extended period. It may be that I am misstating exactly how the two controllers operate in tandem, but that is just an example of the complexity of the setup and the lack of detailed explanation and instructions.
For the cost of the house, and the importance of WiFi and pool/hot tub for a larger group/family such as the house is built to accommodate, these last two points should be addressed regardless of who has to make that investment.

The property was great for our family, however the houses are really close together which was hard to tell by the pictures. We received a test message at almost midnight our first night in the house asking us about screaming coming from our rental, however, this was a party next door to where we were staying. I was not happy with this text message at this hour of the evening. One of the toilets was broken when we arrived and was fixed the next morning. The light in the master bathroom was broken and it and was never addressed so we had to use the bathroom with the door open at night. Besides these issues the house was nice. It would have been good to have extra blankets, sheets and pillows as there were none. The kitchen supplies were good with almost everything I have in my own kitchen. I would suggest a few larger skillets but otherwise it had what we needed.

The following is meant more as constructive feedback rather than complaint. The posting for the house was professionally done, so it was hard to not like what you saw in the pictures. How many the house sleeps was misleading as the fact that 4/14 spaces were on couches and airbeds which wasn't clear unless you look deeper into the details. The airbed was actually a tri-fold mattress that was room enough for one additional, so the sleep count wasn't fully accounted for. The toilet in the restroom near the garage door had issues flushing. The faucet in the hallway bathroom had a loose knob that would come off and leave the water running until you managed to get it on at the right angle and shut it off. The condition of the dining table was poor as water damage had removed the linoleum, exposing it and with blisters at parts. One of the umbrellas in the pool had a rusted pole that let rust dust off into the pool when moved for adjusting. I understand that corporate-managed locations have a bottom line to maximize, but taking care of these issues would be much for favorable to visitors.
I do like to leave on a positive note, so allow me to add that the people handling our visit and the service they provided were very strong. Whether by email or text, the communication was quick and clear. There was always a new person reaching out to make sure our concerns were addressed and they were all very polite and respectful of our visit. The whole neighborhood was jumping during the Independence Day weekend, with music and fireworks, and so we received some anonymous noise concern messages; however, after a quick explanation we were no longer troubled by it. We don't mind people having a good time, so even if a live band was next door it would have been fine by us, but you may come across some noise issues if you plan on a loud party. Thank you for the assitance and we look forward to another visit with Avantstay.

Fantastic yard and outdoor space
The outdoor space, pool, and yard were the highlight here. We had fun swimming and playing the different yard games available and used the patio seating all day long. Very relaxing stay. Communication with the property manager was great! There were a couple missing kitchen items which them promptly replaced when we informed them. Really great customer service! Overall it was a perfect place to get together with our family.

Covid 19 vacation in the desert
Air conditioning going on and off. It worked fine first Two days last 2 days rooms got warm at night. But overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely come again.

Great Spring Break 2018
We had a wonderful time at this vacation home, felt very spacious. Pool and jacuzzi were relaxing along with some fun games on the patio and in the yard. The rooms were all comfortable and relaxing. Big dinner table in the kitchen for family meals and stools at the island to converse while making meals. BBQ was a little tricky but nothing worth deducting from a 5 star. When I had a couple questions, AvantStay was able to assist.

WOW. Best VRBO rental yet.
Lovely private gated community. Home has gated front courtyard and parking for four vehicles. When opened front door, the spacious open floor plan gave a WOW. Plenty of seating inside and out. Home, Pool and landscaping are resort worthy. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Owners are responsive too. Would definitely stay here again. Best VRBO rental yet.

What a beautiful house! Grounds are amazing and so many fun things to do!
We had an awesome time celebrating 4 April birthdays. We didn’t even leave, there was so much to do! The only problem we had was the barbecue did not have an igniter. And the grease pan caught on fire, due to not being cleaned in a very long time. So our 3 guys put out the fire and cleaned the BBQ. Also in normal operation the knobs got scalding hot and needed an oven mitt to turn off the bbq.

Great location for peace, privacy and relaxation.
Location is amazing and Elizabeth is the best to work with. We had every single need taken care of. All you need to do is show up with the food you are going to cook and the cloths you are going to wear. Great yard and pool. After golf, we watched football from the pool. Does it get better? No need to even leave this paradise. Can't wait to go back again next year.

surpassed any and all expectations
While the pictures are beautiful and the management could not be better, I was in awe when I arrived with my friends to this desert oasis. This home is truly magnificent! The pool is incredible as are the homes interior. I would absolutely recommend staying at this beautiful establishment.

Beautiful House with lovely pool
My group of 5 families stayed at this property for a lacrosse tournament at the Polo Fields. While most of the other families were commuting from Palm Springs, we were able to walk to the tournament from this conveniently located house. There were 14 of us and it was a bit tight but everyone managed to have a wonderful time. The kids were in the pool or hot tub the entire time. The kitchen and grill were fantastic. I would highly recommend this rental if you want to stay near the Polo Grounds. The manager was very receptive to a few criticisms that I had of the home. As long as families don't mind using aerobeds to stick kids in their rooms, this is a fantastic, fantastic house. Thank you very much to Josh for helping to make our Palm Springs trip so wonderful.

First Class Experience
By far the best spot I've stayed in the valley over the past 5 years. The layout is perfect for a large group and the backyard was perfect for entertaining friends and family. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Plan to stay an extra day because you're not going to want to leave ;).
