Location: fabulous - good eats, coffee, nice small grocery, excellent seafood very nearby. Easy trip to Key West. The photos are pretty accurate. House is pretty clean (but could use some deeper attention - eg, ceiling fans, oven, grill) + various ceiling lights need new bulbs. Love the spacious porch. The kitchen is better equipped than host indicated - with exception of one oven not working (there are two.) Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, laundry. We were disappointed to find 1 bedroom AC wasn’t working + stair railing was rickety; unnerving since those problems had been reported already by previous guests’ comments. The complex overall needs maintenance - this is definitely the best house there - we would still consider this house again - it’s quite a bargain for the price, location, size, pool, etc.

Great location. 20 miles from Key West. Short drive to Beach at Bahia Honda state park. House was great. Being able to park car under House was great. Had a blast. Thank you! Will be back!

I had the most wonderful few days here with my family! The screened porch was a great place for dinners, and the dock provided a lovely location to watch the sunset. The house was close to key west and beaches on Big Pine and the restaurants on Summerland were delicious! Can’t wait to come back

We enjoyed our time together in this house. We had everything we needed here including a place for our boat and an easy drive into Key West. The screened in porch was our favorite and the newer furniture is great. If you are going to cook, be sure to bring spices, salt & pepper, as there are none, but the kitchen is well supplied with pots & pans, dishes, and appliances.

The unit is falling apart. The AC in two of the bedrooms is non-existent. The refrigerator does not close properly so it is left open more than not. The Stove fan very hot and one of the ovens heated up but would not open and the other ran extremely hot. The faucets were falling apart in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was poorly stocked and only had 3 coffee cups for 6 people. The management did bring additional coffee cups but the were so small my granddaughter could use them for her tea parties. The porch was great but the chairs were uncomfortable and the main post holding up the back porch is crumbling. Railings were not safe on the stairway to the unit. They rocked back and forth and broken off at the top. Needs alot of work

Loved the screened in porch so we could enjoy ourselves any time of day. The decor matched the tropical location. The property set up worked well for us, the bedrooms on each side of the shared living space. I wouldn't change a thing.

This was the second year in a row that our group stayed at the property. The location is perfect! On the water and a 20 minute drive from Key West for a great price. The house is furnished with everything you need for your stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This property was a great location to many of the activities we wanted to do on Key West's main island (25-35 Min. Drive). Check-in and communication was very smooth and the house offered enough space for our family gathering of 5 Adults. The house definitely needs a few updates and kitchen supplies were scarce but we made do.

The house was perfect for our group and we had the best vacation

Wonderful spot - great for our large group of 15 people, we had a total of four bungalows - main house had a great kitchen and large screened porch. Waterfront was entertaining too as you could watch small snapper and a nurse shark from the sea wall.

Wonderful stay for our family of six for Thanksgiving. The location is beautiful, with water access for kayaking and swimming; was remarkably quiet, even though all of the surrounding houses were full as well. Easy 30 minute drive to Key West.

We had a fantastic experience, when we called with a problem concerning a missing screen on the porch, someone was there the next day to fix it. Voiced concerns to that gentleman about mold on AC units. (But it is Florida) We ended up leaving the AV units off due to that issue.

Had a great time in Cudjoe Key, house was awesome and property manager was great to work with! Highly recommend it!

Amazing views plenty of room and beautiful dock

We had an amazing time! Everything you need all in one spot. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking and fishing. We were able to do some snorkeling off the kayak about 5 mins from the house, saw a TON of lobsters and fish which was a cool experience. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the "beach" was not well maintained and it mostly used as a kayak slip so don't plan on laying out in the sand, it's full of seaweed. Also there are about 22 stairs to get to the front door so be prepared for that. I brought my 60 yr old dad who uses a walker/cane and didn't quite realize how far it was to the front door, he took it one step at a time and was able to make it up though! Also the house does not have central air but instead has a/c units throughout. When we first arrived it was pretty warm in the house and at night the unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. If you're looking to sleep in DO NOT sleep in the front bedroom as they do not have any window coverings to block the sun. Overall we enjoyed our stay though!

This was our first time in the Keys and I wanted a place that was on the water for fishing for my son but close to Key West. This was the perfect location!! The house was clean and beautiful! Great for family. You can enjoy sitting on the screened in porch looking at the water! The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Would enjoy staying here again! It also is a quick drive to Key West for whatever you want to do there but then you can come back up to Cudjoe and enjoy the quiet and time with your family!! There are great restaurants near where the house is, Mangrove Mama’s and Boondocks are two of the places we tried and they were great! I hope if I get the chance to go back I would get to stay here again!!

Nice sized bathrooms, good water pressure, internet. And the porch view and size great. Property manager was also great, answered all texts and calls and did her best to satisfy NOT so good: Things broken or poorly repaired in many places throughout, cheapening the look and the experience. Duct tape on screens, broken handle in shower. The porch: its a gem and should be the centerpiece but..., massive crumbling in a pillar, rotted wood in a trap door on ceiling, plastic chairs so cheap they flex like they are going to collapse, other badly broken chairs with sharp shards sticking up, really a shame. TV has no connections. Amazon and Prime only Decent little pool but surrounded by...stone rubble?? Really? Not even say decorative stones? Then there's the kitchen. Well sort of. No small fix here. Cheap old poorly aligned cabinets - mostly empty truly poorly equipped; fridge doors will NOT close unless you put both hands on both doors and at max settings takes two days to make ice, ice cream stayed mush and items in main fridge were never very cold. Stove top? We wouldn't touch it, old and scratched and not very appetizing to even look at. Built in microwave? Broken and covered up with masking tape, and the unit hangs lower on one side. Nice look that (a smaller stand alone was provided) Tile old, (very) old grout with decades of discoloration. Faucet is modern design but not functioning well and loose and wobbly. I'd say the kitchen is nearly a full zero, the rest OK and easily fixed and upgraded where needed. Would I stay there again? No. But if the kitchen isn't important to you, the place is OK, not expensive for the keys, and the location lives up to the billing. Despite our disappointment in some aspects of the property we did have a nice stay in the Keys so that's something to consider and as mentioned the manager was responsive to any needs.

This was the perfect location for a few friends and I to hide away at for a few days of fishing. Large space right on the water, not crowded by neighbors, and not far from Key West if you want to drive in for the crowds. We could not have enjoyed it more and would certainly stay here again.

Lovely location with a water view high above the palms. Spacious and great open floor plan. All the amenities. An enchanting mangrove walkway to a deck with chairs at the water’s edge. We would come back, and maybe we will! 😊🌴🙏🏼
