This property was absolutely wonderful! The actual condo is incredibly spacious, even more space than initially expected. The main living room is perfect with comfy couches, high ceilings, large sliding-glass doorway leading out to a porch with an EPIC view of Snug Harbor, a marina, and some of the casinos- a whole serene side of Atlantic City I didn't even know existed. Full size kitchen and dining area, two large bedrooms above that, and the master bedroom above that with a HUGE walk-in closet, glass shower stall AND jacuzzi bathtub. I think it was a grand total of 3 small balconies on either side of the building in addition to the main porch, great air condition throughout the unit PLUS ceiling fans in each bedroom plus the main living room... Neighborhood was wonderful, respectful neighbors, plenty of parking all around. Great communication with the property owner. Just couldn't be any happier with my stay!

More than enough room inside and out for celebrating. Used the kitchen to cook ribeyes, refrigerator and freezer are large enough for all of our beverages and food. House was clean and spacious inside, comfortably slept 8 fil grown men, probably could have got 10 without inconveniencing anyone. Back deck was a great hangout spot on the water, room fór all of us. You could wal to the boardwalk or Borgata, but I wouldn't at night, we just Ubered. Great place for the weekend.

This location was perfect for my brother and his buddies. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Three floors and each floor has a balcony view which allows us to see night lights from different angles. It was better than what I expected.

Lovely place with a great view on the water
The property was in a terrific location. The rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The porch, dock and view off the back of the house were terrific. Sunsets and fishing was amazing.
The owner (mike) was very interactive and helpful. I would recommend anyone to rent from him and this location.
We had a wonderful time here and in AC.

Girls weekend
Mike was great communicating with us regarding check in before our stay and anything else we needed. The house was clean and in a private location away from busy AC. We had a great time hanging out at the bay!

The condo was perfect! Everyone fit well and had a great time. The views are amazing and the access to the dock was incredible. Mike was very good about giving us all the information we needed! Definitely recommend for groups of friends or family!

Great Location
We had a great time at the condo! The condo look exactly how the pictures look. Mike was very friendly and helpful. He let us Check-in early too which was awesome. The boat dock was great! We went fishing every morning and night. The beach ride was only 5 minutes away. Great neighbors!

I spent the weekend here with my girlfriends for my best friends bachelorette party and I can't say enough how amazing this place is. It's even better than the pictures! From the cleanliness, to the convenience of the location. It was a 7 minute uber ride to the boardwalk & all casinos. There's a gorgeous view of the water and the casinos in the background. The house is spacious and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The owner Mike is GREAT! From the day I booked this place up until I left he was very attentive and answered all emails very quickly. He truly wants you to enjoy your stay and makes sure you do so. I give this place more stars than the website will allow me to! Thank you Mike for providing such a great place to stay

Great Place!
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and had an awesome time. The condo had more than enough space for all of us and had a great view. The owner, Mike, was quick to respond with any questions we had which made for a smooth and relaxing stay. Short drive to boardwalk/casinos. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is truly as good as it sounds!! The owner mike is fabulous and easy to reach. The location is perfect and the house itself was beautiful. The casinos and bars were a five minute uber ride away and having a private dock was very a nice luxury.

Perfect Getaway
This was the perfect place to stay for our girl's weekend getaway. The place was an amazing size accomodating a large group of us! Sitting out on the deck at sunset is just what you need to end a perfect day at the beach! Thank you Mike for being so responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Incredible, incredible property!! More beautiful than in the pictures. Stayed here with a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and could not have picked a better place. Easy access to bars and resorts, right next to water, and gorgeous rooms. Would LOVE to return in the future!

Was a beautiful property with a beautiful location and views.
I had high expectations based on previous reviews but unfortunate circumstances hampered our girls weekend. When we arrived, the AC was not working yet and we found several rips in each screen door. We called the landlord and he stated that the previous occupants had destroyed the home. Thankfully the AC was fixed within an hour of our arrival. Unfortunately, ripped screen doors and broken AC were not the only two things left in disarray. We found glitter in several sets of bed sheets, body prints on the mirror in the master bathroom, broken door handles and knobs on the dresser, and trash behind the couch and on the deck. The kitchen floor was also dirty and all guests kept their shoes on throughout our stay. The owner was apologetic and stated he would investigate the issue with cleaning services and also issued a refund. The owner was understanding and easy to work with. It had the potential to be a really great property but was hindered by a lot of uncomfortable issues.

Awesome house and stay!
Rented this house for 2 of my friends' bachelor party. The house had plenty of space for the 11 of us and was well equipped. There is an awesome view of the bay and casinos (Harrah's Borgata, etc) from the 3 balconies on the backside of the house. Mike (the owner) was extremely quick to respond to any and all of my inquiries before getting to the house and all the while we were there. All casinos, attractions, and beaches were easily accessed from this location with a short Uber ride. I would definitely recommend staying at Mike's place and will be back if ever I head to AC with this size group again.
