Notre CONDO COMPLÈTEMENT RÉODISÉ au Banyan Maui est situé de manière unique au dernier étage du bâtiment G très prisé qui bénéficie du meilleur emplacement au Banyan. Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de Kamaole II Beach and Park, mais assez loin de la route principale pour atténuer le bruit routier. Notre unité est également unique dans la mesure où elle offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la montagne Haleakala depuis la chambre à coucher, tout en surplombant la piscine, nos jardins tropicaux verdoyants et verdoyants et la nouvelle pièce d'eau de Banyan. Notre condo est à quelques minutes à pied de restaurants, magasins, centres d'activités et des plages supplémentaires. Notre emplacement privilégié nous rend vraiment unique.

Le studio lock-off (le cas échéant) a été réaménagé et comprend un nouveau lit Cal King, un fauteuil-lit, une petite kitchenette et une salle de bains moderne récemment rénovée. Il a aussi son propre lanai, AC, ventilateur et télévision. Vous avez hâte de se réveiller chaque matin pour une vue spectaculaire. (Les 6 dernières images sont du studio.)
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes avec deux sièges supplémentaires près du comptoir.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with beach essentials (umbrella, towels, chairs, snorkels, beach racket ball etc), kitchen is spotless; washer is a bit tricky at first to figure out if it is running or not but you’ll get it quickly. King size bed is comfortable. There is a welcoming basket with different types of snacks, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, popcorns, etc. and also a nice bath soap which we liked. The terrace view is beautiful with pool, palm trees and ocean, and the sunrise over the mountains is the best. Barb’s instruction for checkin has all the details you need. The beach across street (Kamaole II) is very convenient as it is only several minutes walking from the building in which the apartment is located , there no need to drive and find a parking spot if you simply want to relax on a nice beach. We truely enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and just loved this place. It's super convenient to the beach and lots within walking distance. The balcony has great views and was a great space to hang out. Laundry in unit was great for doing a quick load after a day at the beach. Nothing but good things to say about this unit and the management. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui Banyan rental. Everything was as described. Very clean and conveniently located. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Lovely views of both the mountains and the ocean, and also the pool. I only have one negative thing to say, and it's only that the adjoining studio room next to ours (which would be great if it were being occupied by someone in your own party) has very thin walls separating the 2 rooms. You can hear everything in that room as if it's in your own room, whether it be conversations, or the TV, etc. We had to be very quiet while in the living area of the condo,or else we would get a knock on the connecting door complaining of us talking too loud. We weren't in the room during the bulk of the day, so it was only an issue in the mornings and evenings. Other than that, I have never stayed at a vrbo before where they provided as many trash bags, laundry soap pellets, fabric softener sheets, dish washing pellets, or toilet paper, than this condo. They are very generous, and Barb was a pleasure to work with!

Perfect place to stay in Kihei with ocean and sunset views from the deck and tons of amenities. Walkable to tons of shops, restaurants, and some of the best beaches in Maui. We had everything we needed and more and really enjoyed our stay :) .

This condo was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind after celebrating my partners college graduation. The location was perfect; plenty of amazing local restaurants and stunning beaches within walking distance (or a 5-15 min drive). The condo itself was extremely clean, check-in and check-out were easy, the appliances worked well and were convenient, and the condo itself was beautiful (especially the view!) Barb was great with communication. We were luckily able to speak with her in person just as we had arrived. The gift basket she put together was much appreciated after our long travel from Buffalo, NY. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy and explore Kihei and the surrounding areas!

The first part of our vacation went fairly well. Small problem with ice maker in fridge but our host fixed it right away. The unit was beautiful and had lots of beach toys and chairs. Unfortunately the fire in Lahaina happened and our flight was cancelled and we had to scramble to find 2 more nights of accommodation. Our host helped letting us stay one more night and luckily we found another unit in the building for the last night. I would recommend this unit as it had a great view of the pool and ocean.

This property was very well maintained. Very clean and organized. The property manager Barb communicated very well. Great location to walk to beaches and restaurants. The unit had views of the ocean and was completely self contained with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and large lanai with a table and chairs. Also, on the lanai there were boogie boards, beach chairs and other beach toys.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was as advertised. Barb did a great job communicating about our stay and what was expected when we leave. The available beach towels for our use was nice. The condo was in a great spot and had a good view of the ocean. Neat and clean, Barb was great to communicate with and gave directions that were easy to follow . We had the best unit according to the others that traveled with us. The welcome basket was a nice touch!

Gorgeous views, very convenient location away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was large and very well-equipped. Beautiful,updated interior. Plentiful beach equipment. Especially appreciated were the coolers, blue ice, washer and dryer, and chaise lounges in the garden.

It was the perfect spot as a homebase to go to the beach and explore the island. We used the sofa bed and everything else the place had to offer.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Loved being in Kihei, within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Great views from the lanai and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely consider this unit and the Maui Banyan Resort for our next trip!

My partner and I stayed in Barb’s apartment for a few days in March. The location is fantastic and the apartment has both an ocean and a Mountain View. We really appreciate the welcome basket and the additional building amenities and the beach gears that we can use. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here!. It was beautiful, modern and clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the pull out sofa bed was comfortable for our teen daughter. Barb was very responsive to any questions we had and the welcome basket and Christmas decor she arranged was a lovely treat after our long journey from Canada a few days before the holidays. We enjoyed being just steps away from the Kam 2 beach where our family had fun boggie boarding on the waves, and Wailea beaches were only 10-15 minute drive away. It was great having lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance or a short drive away.
Perfect location to do a variety of day trips, including the marina (if going on a snorkeling trip to Molokini crater) and our day trip along the Road to Hana.
We loved seeing the morning sunrise and evening sunsets from the lanai too!
Looking forward to returning!

This condo could not be better - nice view of ocean and pool area, close access to Kam beaches with just enough distance to be quiet, well furnished apartment, and a good value. Kitchen was well equipped and there were ample beach supplies. We were close to shops and restaurants, central toKihei without being in the middle of busy-ness. Severe storms limited what we could do but we had a wonderful spot to ride them.out.

The condo was really cute and perfect for our family vacation. We arrived late and the pull out couch was ready for the kids. It was like Christmas morning when they saw the basket of goodies. Thank you so much for welcome basket.
We enjoyed the location of the property. It is close to restaurants and a cozy beach across the street. The property has everything…beach towels (which I am thankful for since we forgot ours), chairs, and boogie boards. We absolutely loved the patio and enjoyed dining out there. Would recommend this property to whomever is looking and stay here again.

This unit is in one of the better locations in the Banyan. We have stayed at a number of units in the complex and like the location of this unit. Barb the property manager is totally on it, you need anything she is so quick to respond. Plus it was so nice and thoughtful that she left a welcome basket. The unit itself is not as fancy as SOME of the other banyan units but it is clean, has all the extras you need and the location is great (There is a large range in updates throughout the units in the development). Beach chairs galore, boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys and so much more. The patio is one of the larger style patios (not small like some that are in the H building). Located steps to a gorgeous beach great for kids, snorkeling and swimming, restaurants and walking distance to Wailea. We rent a car but walk most places in the area it is very walkable. We will be staying again and enjoyed our time! Thank you Barb :)

We had a lovely experience during our stay. We were very comfortable and it’s in a great location right across from Kam 2 beach. We enjoyed the view from the lanai each morning and the jacuzzi in the pool area at night. Although we dined out during our short stay, if we had been there longer we would have taken advantage of the many bbq grills available in the pool area.
We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and a well stocked welcome basket. Communication with Barb was easy and always met with a quick response.
We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

We loved this property the first time we stayed and we’re so happy it was available when I was planning a trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and our anniversary. Barb is a great property manager and makes sure everything is taken care of for your stay. The location is perfect and so close to so many fun local spots in Kihei. The condo is clean and well taken care of. Staying here is relaxing and wonderful. We hope to come back soon for a third stay.

Enjoyed our stay in Kihei at this great condo. Barb was quick to respond to any questions. There was issues with the washer before we got there but that caused no issue with our trip. Barb offered to help with our laundry if needed and while we were very appreciative of her offer, we never had to reach out to her. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone headed that way!

Being so close to our favourite beach for swimming and snorkelling was perfect. The condo has everything you’d need so that you can travel with carry on luggage only.
We also enjoyed the convenience of being near places like Maui Thai Bistro, Moons natural foods and all of the other shopping nearby.
The pool and the grounds are impeccable and my kids loved getting off the beach in the late afternoon to have a swim.

We enjoyed our stay at The Banyan. Everything was as described, clean with all the amenities listed. The beach chairs, towels, and other gear are so helpful, especially with the beach being right across the street. Will definitely stay again.

We chose the Maui Banyan for our honeymoon in Maui and it was such a great decision! Barb was incredible right from the start and even left us a bottle of prosecco to help us celebrate! You can't beat the location, the amenities, or the comfort! Thank you Barb for an amazing week!
