My granddaughter and I had a great time. Beautiful scenery, great location, saw a coyote, rabbits, birds and a black bear walked right past our room. We really had a great time but accommodation could use some TLC. Not complaining just true. Patio door hard to open, vent a hood didn’t work or large microwave, vent in bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while and it did not help my OCD any that one patio curtain faced one way and other was turned the other way (personal issue) I would return. Thank you.

The property manager was very quick at responding and getting back even before we booked the place. We got to see two black bears come right out the side by the balcony, very cool! The condo is very peaceful from watching the sunrise to it set. If you’re not wanting to go down the mountain in the rain there’s hot tubs easily available and a lot to do. Great stay!!

The property was well maintained and the view was great. Before booking this property, I read the reviews as I always do. A few people pointed out issues and the property manager was quick to answer and address their concerns. That's great! However, the issues listed have not been addressed. First, a major concern, the sliding door that allows access to the balcony does not work properly. It is nearly impossible to close and latch. Second, the toilet paper holder. Yes, something that simple. Pieces of it were missing so they just left the toilet paper roll stuck on the remaining parts. Come on! The missing piece is available at Wal-Mart for $2.34. They have complete hangers as low as $7.32. Surely for what you charge, you can afford at least $3 to fix an issue. I won't even make a big deal about the shower head that came over on the Mayflower. I have stayed in a few condos and know most of the common rules. I have NEVER been asked to wash, dry and put away dishes. Usually, the condo rules ask to have the dishes placed in the dishwasher and start it before leaving. This ensures this dishes have been cleaned and properly sanitized. We did wash, dry and put all used dishes back in the cabinet clean. How do we know that the previous guest did the same? We washed everything before we used it. How does your staff know we properly cleaned the dishes? Do they open the cabinet and say...yeah, they look clean? Do they do the same with the linens? We were satisfied with our accommodations and enjoyed our stay but there are definitely concerns that need to be addressed. Do any of the owners ever stay in these units? Would these issues be acceptable in their own homes? Show some pride in the properties you manage and address the issues that have been brought to your attention multiple times.

Clean and comfortable condo with a beautiful view. I watched the sunrise over the mountains every morning while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. The only negative about this condo is that it is on the second floor of a 3 story building. The upstairs neighbors during our visit moved the furniture a lot. A minor issue that did not detract from the overall experience. I would stay here again.

It was a cute little getaway place to stay for a few days. Had a beautiful view.

This was the most beautiful view of the mountain. It snowed and its was so peaceful. Will definately book again!!

It was one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever had in gatlinburg And will plan to stay again in the same unit

It was great, just had trouble opening and closing the back door to the back porch.

The condo was clean and cozy and the view spectacular. It started snowing as soon as we arrived which was awesome. The drive up to the top of the mountain was harrowing for this flat lander, but once we became used to it it was less intimidating. Make sure you bring all your needed supplies with you.

The tub had large black spot which made me question cleanliness of place right away. there were no tissues, no hand soap in kitchen, no drinking water or filter, weird noises came from microwave area at night, and a few of the dishes were dusty. No bath mat and super skimpy towel. Couch and bed were not too comfortable. But… The view is incredible and location is incredible. If you are trying to get great view for low price and don’t care about much else it’s a great choice.

Location, as far as distance from downtown Gatlinburg, is great however, the winding roads up the mountain were scary at first. Make sure you have a decent vehicle with good transmission and good brakes. Also to note if you visit during a winter storm I don't see a way getting to/from the condo. After multiple trips up/down the mountain we finally calmed down and were able to zoom around those curves no problem. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Place was clean. Very pretty view. Small space but perfect size for my husband and I with our two toddlers. Smart TV with different options/apps to watch different things. Only dislike was that I could hear every step the people upstairs made and my youngest child did not sleep much due to this.

It was a very nice place, great drive up the mountain to get to the spot. Very nice neighborhood and really nice view. Would definitely book again.

Easy place to spend time in the Smokies

We had a great stay at chalet village and the unit is perfect for a couple or small family visiting Smokey Mountain!. Itt was a great location for all the activities we wanted to do, The condo was very clean and comfortable.

After a long day of travel it was terrific to drive up to an attractive condo community and a clean and beautifully decorated chalet stocked with everything you would need for a short or long term visit. Jennifer was extremely accommodating. Loved the area and the VRBO rental. Look forward to a return visit.

Everything was beautiful and very well put together, easy to check in and simple to check out! Love it and would go again!

First off the drive up scary as heck. To have to leave to go into town and drive that road was not fun glad we survived. View from place was okay but could be better. Bed in wall not huge for 2 adults. Shower had no water hardly or pressure. Very loud people above partying every night we were there. Overall good stay but saw nicer on way and did not like drive up at all

It was a beautiful place to stay! My favorite part was sitting out on the balcony drinking my morning coffee and/or enjoying an afternoon reading session.

Will stay sometime in the future

The view was amazing! Far enough away from the hustle and Bustle of the strip but close enough to access both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in minutes. The owner was very kind and easy to get a hold of if needed. We will be back.

Wife and I had a 4-day/3-night stay. The chalet is perfect for a couple and we enjoyed our stay. We saw a bear the second morning walking right in front of our patio. The room is comfy and has all the conveniences of home. We would recommend this and would like to return on a stay here again soon.

This was our first cabin up in Ski Mountain area quiet and relaxing.

The property is breathtaking, and the condo is perfect for a small family.

We really enjoyed out time at this property. The walls could use a new paint job and the carpet could be replaced, but overall we were pleased with the property. As with all condos/apartments, when there is someone staying on the floor above you, you hear everything they do. The drive up is beautiful, though long and windy. We also saw 3 bears while driving up over the course of 2 days.

When we got there the TV screen flashed and went out but she got maintenance to come and set up a smaller tv to get us by while they went and got a new one. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of arriving would be the trip up the mountain is pretty scary when it’s dark and you don’t know where you are going! She gave great directions though so we were able to find the condo with no problem!
