Very comfortable, clean, and convenient location for the beach and food, and secure yard and porch for dogs.

This house was walkable to beach and restaurants but still a quiet retreat. Perfect. We hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay. Very well appointed kitchen and thoughtful in general as to what was available for the stay. Very comfortable and clean.Susan answered my call right away when I had issues with the internet. May have been me but I could not get connected. Check in was very easy but I blew checkout by totally misunderstanding my check out date. They graciously started cleaning the outside while we got our stuff out and did our exit straightening of the place. When we plan another get away to Dewey we will be back.

Second time my family has stayed at this home. We will definitely be back again. Excellent hosts.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and we still love the house and location. However, this time the house wasn’t as clean as it has been before, the floor was dirty and covered in sand. We asked several times about early check in and never got a response and then arrived in town at the regular check in time only to find the cleaning service still at the house and they stayed for over an hour keeping us from access to the house until almost 4:30 (hour and a half after check in time) which is very unfortunate when you can’t really go anywhere else. This happened last year too and it seems like some level communication or compensation would be warranted but nothing is ever done.

Wonderful property in key location. Steps from both the beach and nightlife live music. Very clean. Kitchen has all you need. Can’t be more pleased. Screened in porch is private and very accommodating for a relaxing evening. 5 Stars definitely. Perfect for a family week at the beach.

Very nice property in superb location beach block. Tucked away in a private setting and very well equipped. Gigantic outdoor shower, large enough for grandparents, dog and grandchild! Would recommend and stay again

The property had a cottage feel at the beach. You’re in the middle of Dewey but the property has a ‘hidden’ feel. This property also has a beautiful front porch to relax. Plenty of room for the four of us. We would highly recommend.

This house was perfect in every way for my family of 5 and our pup. Very clean, quiet. Even better in person. Nicely appointed kitchen, comfy beds, The outside amenities including the shower, grill, screened porch and nicely appointed well kept garden atmosphere. Can’t wait to return! Wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

The home was just as described. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location cannot be beat and despite being very close to everything was super quiet. The home was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. We will be back!

We loved our stay in this wonderful beach house, close to everything but tucked away in a serene setting. It is immaculately clean and has all the thoughtful amenities that you could think of needing. The screened-in porch and outdoor patio space are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Everything is well-maintained and tastefully decorated without overcluttering, like some rentals tend to do. We hope to be back soon!

My sisters and I brought our 88 year old mother for a weekend getaway. Everything about this place was perfect. Clean, updated, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice— it exceeded expectations. We especially enjoyed the screened porch. The location was great for us. Short walks to the beach, restaurants and shops— we parked our car on arrival and didn’t need it again until we left. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to anywhere in Dewey and just a few minutes drive into Rehoboth beach. Minutes walk to the beach! Very private home that can easily accommodate up to 6.

The cottage was PERFECT! Very clean and convenient to everything. We biked to Rehoboth and loved that we were steps from the beach and restaurants. Booking was easy and the hosts were great!

My friend and I enjoyed another wonderful visit to our favorite rental in Dewey Beach. Close to the beach and restaurants, it's the perfect spot for a quick getaway.

We have stayed here before and looked forward to returning. One big difference - there were no bed spreads. Fortunately we brought a few throws along with linens. Hopefully this was just an oversight. Otherwise blankets need to be added to the "bring your own" list, as bed spreads are shown in photos.

We enjoyed our long getaway for a few days. The property is located just a few steps from the beach, which is nice. The queen bed could use an upgrade as it is not very comfortable and the shower is teeny tiny. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I really appreciated how clean the property was, and easy to use. Appreciated how well stocked everything was and the modern decor!

We stayed here in the off season and were surprised how quiet it was considering it's proximity to the main road and businesses. Dewey Beer is about 50 steps from the front door and the beach is a short block away which is exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean on the inside but there was a lot of dog poop in the mulched areas of the outdoor space. The listing does say to bring linens but I'd say bring bedding. Just mattresses on the beds. No bedspreads or other blankets. Also, bring some tp and paper towels. Little to none provided. We always prepare for that so we were fine. Overall though, very clean, quieter than expected and amazing location just minutes away from the much busier Rehobeth area.

Great little spot to stay In Dewey, steps away from the beach. It was just my husband and I celebrating his birthday weekend during the off season. Perfect because they are pet friendly so our fur baby loved it as well and the beach! Lots of walks and good restaurants in Rehoboth but still make reservations if you can even in off season. Queen Bed was comfortable, no issues and enough room in the house for the 2 of us. One small narrow shower though. Overall it was lovely. Would stay again!

Close to everything we needed for an event in Rehoboth. Private and good spot for the dogs.

Everything about this property was wonderful it is clean it is in an unbeatable location the beach is right there the privacy makes it feel very secluded but it literally is in the perfect location the beds were extremely comfortable the house was extremely clean the decor was super cute absolutely would highly recommend
