Ce magnifique condo au 1er étage (mis à jour en mars 2019) dispose de 2 chambres, toutes deux avec lits queen, salon / salle à manger (canapé-lit queen). Laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée. Porche fermé donnant sur cour. L'extérieur a des barbecues à gaz, 2 douches extérieures, des tables et des chaises. 1 place de stationnement à l'avant et 1 permis de stationnement seront fournis. À quelques maisons de la belle plage, à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, pubs et arrêt Jolly Trolley. Super endroit pour s'évader! En juillet et août, doit être une location à la semaine (samedi-samedi). Ouvert toute l'année !! Hiver, printemps et automne disponibles pour les locations à la semaine ou au long week-end. Complexe sans fumée et unité sans animaux! Les propriétaires sont des agents immobiliers agréés dans l'État du Delaware.

From start to finish, this was the IDEAL getaway for a single parent and her two young children! Kathy was hospitable, always quick to respond, and the property was beyond adorable and well appointed! I was able to pack lightly - the property offered a beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys for the kids. The house is clean, adorably decorated, and has everything you could hope to need during your stay. The community area for the condo complex is warm and inviting, with picnic benches, a hammock, grills, and 2 incredibly nice outdoor showers. All within a couple minute walk to the beach? Yes, please! Kathy - thank you for providing such a cute place for my kids and I to make such special memories on our vacation! We hope to be back soon.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with paper products and cooking and cleaning supplies as well as a beach cart and chairs to borrow. The location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and even secured 2 pack n plays to borrow for our stay!

Can’t beat the location of this cute little apartment! You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the front door, depending on how much gear you’re carrying. Everything was clean and just as stated in the description. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness, however, due to some dampness and musty conditions inside the apartment. While we were staying there, we didn’t notice it a whole lot, other than what we could smell on our towels or just feel in the air. But, when we got home, everything had a strong musty smell to it. However it certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying there again! Just something to note in case you have any allergies or health conditions impacted by dampness. The courtyard area was fantastic! A great place to drink your morning coffee or tea and hang out with your group or meet the neighbors. You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I came to Dewey for the first time. We weren’t sure where to stay but we’re very pleased with our choice. Kathy kept us informed and answered my questions immediately. I think her unit is in the perfect location and we would definitely stay there again if we come back!

This was a cute place that was super convenient to the beach! It would have been better to know you need to bring your own 3 sets of queen sheets ( which luckily I had), towels and paper products more ahead of time but the washer/dryer was a big help. Parking is a little tight but the street parking permit helped with that. Kathy responded quickly to my texts and was helpful. We had a great time!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean and well stocked! Kathy was easy to communicate with and even left us a gift basket full of snacks and toys for the kids. So thoughtful! She had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach cart for our use. There is a shared outdoor common area that was so nice with picnic tables, lots of seating, grills, and a hammock. The location to the beach can't be beat, and everything in Dewey was very walkable, even with kids. The Jolly Trolley stops one block from the house, making for a quick, fun trip to Rehoboth Boardwalk. We will definitely return next summer!

My husband and I decided to take our 3 kids (all under 5 years old) to Dewey for the first time. Kathy’s place was perfect for us. It was super clean and stocked with games for the kids, beach toys, chairs and even a beach cart. The bedrooms were spacious enough for us to fit a pack and play in the room. The location was perfect (beach block) and we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kathy even left a very generous bucket of goodies for the kids.

Spent Memorial Day weekend here and had the best time. The location was perfect and the space was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and beach supplies were provided. Hosts were responsive and kind. Would be lucky to stay here again!

Wonderful girls trip with family. This condo is perfectly located to the heart of Dewey Beach. Walking distance to everything including our favorite beach bar. Condo is very cute with a beach theme throughout. Hosts were great to work with. Hope to stay again someday!

We were here two years ago as well. The place has been updated, but still has its original coziness. The owners are lovely people, and make everything easy. They even left a substantial gift basket!

Great little get away !
My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay and you can't beat the location. All you really need to bring is your food, sheets, towels and clothing as everything else is provided! Great enclosed porch. Loved that it is a bit secluded, too.

Kathy is a fantastic host. She is warm and caring. The amenities that are supplied from a beach cart to bicycles are above and beyond what most hosts provide. She cares as well! there is a text that she sent before we git there asking us to let her know we made it safe to Dewey Beach. The condo is less than a block away from the beach and it’s perfect for a family getaway I highly recommend renting from her

Perfect condo for our family
This condo was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids ages 12, 10 and 8.
Location was maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach with lifeguards on duty during the day. The condo has a beach cart with an umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and beach toys. We brought our own cart, but it was nice to see one provided too!
The property is so cute too! There is plenty of seating outside as well as clean outdoor showers and grills.
Communication with the owner was a breeze and they even left a bucket with toys and snacks!
We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

Nice little place for an easy beach stay
This was our first time staying in Dewey Beach and the spot made it easy--fast to walk to and from the beach and a handful of restaurants. Was great to have parking and the outside amenities--the outdoor shower and picnic area made it easier to handle having one bathroom for 4-5 people. Generally the area was more family friendly than we expected having heard Dewey was a party town, but there were some nights where neighboring parties were loud. Would definitely consider staying again!

Beach trip
We had such a wonderful stay! Perfect location- so close to the beach. The owner was so accommodating and even had a welcome bucket for the kids! We had a little bit of rain one morning but it was just fine because they had games for my kids to play with (4&2) and even some crafts! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay :) we will be back! Also they had a beach umbrella, sand toys and a cart to carry it all on the beach which was so helpful!

Nice property very close to the beach. My wife and I enjoyed the unit and it’s quiet location. Close to restaurants and off street parking was a plus. A five minute walk to the beach and we had great weather as well.
