This rental is beyond amazing. Location is perfect!

My wife and I love to look for shark teeth while at the beach and had always heard Topsail Beach was a good spot. Found this great little unit and was not disappointed. Ocean front balcony was a great place for that morning cup of coffee. Would love to visit again.

Falling asleep to the waves and waking to a walk on the beach. finding and renting this unit could not have been easier. I will definitely use VRBO again.

Thanks you so much for letting us stay in your rental. It was very clean. Had everything we could need. The condo was so close to the beach. We loved we could see the and hear the ocean from porch. It was very convenient to the beach. It would be helpful to have information about the where items are(in the condo), how to use TV, a guide to local places to eat and or things to do. We would love to stay there again!

This property is PERFECT! Proximity to everything is A+, Size, cleanliness, beach access, etc. The condo is set up perfectly, everything worked perfectly, very comfortable. The beach access was awesome, the stairs to the sand were so convenient, even during peak season, weekend days the beach was not uncomfortably crowded. The view is amazing, unobstructed Eastern view of the Sunrise and evening Moon. I want to keep this as my little secret to return to but MUST share it's awesomeness! Thanks for amazing owners, we WILL be back, often!

We loved the location and litterly 45 steps to the beach. It was such a relaxing stay and we appreciate the fast communication to the owner. This truly felt like we were home and my boys loved how close we were to the beach. Everything was perfect! We hope to come back in the near future.

Perfect location. The beach was not crowded, enjoyed our stay at this little treasure. Easy to walk to the beach and my husband enjoyed surf fishing. Wish we had our own washer and dryer in the condo, but there are facilities for that purpose.

Very nice location and relaxing

This cute condo far exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful beach getaway! It has plenty of space and had thoughtful touches throughout including crayons and coloring books for kids, seasonings for cooking, a bulletin board with things to do, etc. The beach was right outside our windows and we loved waking up to the beautiful view. One thing to note is that the stairs to access the beach can sometimes get hit by waves at the bottom during high tide, but we just waited for low tides to access or were careful with our steps at other times. Overall, I’d highly recommend this rental for its convenience, view, cleanliness, and cute details.

This was a lovely beachfront rental. Joe was very responsive anytime I had a question. The rental really does have what you need, including beach chairs, and the rooms were a nice size for 4 people. The ocean is right there to enjoy every day and the dolphins swam by each morning. The whole complex was clean and quiet. I recommend bringing a bathmat or towel to use for the bathroom floor - you bring your own towels and sheets but one for the bathroom floor is easy to forget. I hope we can come stay again sometime!

My mother, brother, daughter and myself spent a long weekend regrouping, recovering, relaxing and enjoying time together after two years of caring for my dad as he battled 3 rounds of head and neck cancer. He lost his battle but was healed in heaven on Easter Sunday. As a family we needed some time away and Mother’s was the perfect excuse! This beach house was perfect for us. It was so well furnished and supplied, the beach access was absolutely amazing and the location could not have been better. This little rental is truly a diamond in the rough. We will definitely be interested in coming back again.

This property it right in front of the ocean which makes it the perfect place to relax. This was our second visit, just my husband and me. It isn’t big but it has everything you need for a small number of people. Great place to be by yourself in the middle of a pandemic, patio is perfectly set up to enjoy to scenery. The master bedroom sliding glass door faces the sea so you can watch the sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of the bed.

Super clean, the best was The Beach View from the apartment!!

We were able to book this property on short notice for a weekend getaway and loved the looks of the views on the profile. Upon arrival, we found the condo to be fairly clean. There are some old fans in the walls that have a significant amount of dust on them that could probably be addressed. The condo appears to have been remodeled recently and the upgrades look nice. The view from the balcony was great, in that you can sit and look at the ocean all day. However, the backside of the condo complex on the beach has no beachfront to speak of. The beach has been completely washed away and the steps down to the beach are roped off because they go into the ocean. Luckily it was cold and rainy, so we didn't need beach access, but it would have been good to have that info in the profile. I only found out we had booked the property. All in all, a nice getaway on short notice, that gave us something different to look at besides our four walls.

We had a great stay at this ocean front condo. Literally right next to the ocean. It was clean, well appointed and we enjoyed the beachy decor.
