Everything was great! Incredible view! Clean, comfortable house in a good location. Had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

The sand dunes are rather thick and so “water front” isn’t exactly possible but the bridges were easy to access. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. The owners are helpful and the house was full of items to use incase you forgot something. In some cases alittle full with not much space to put your own items but we made it work. We were thankful to find vinegar and baking soda to use when we encountered jellyfish in the ocean. The elevator was handy to load and unload items to the house. It was nice to have biggie boards and beach chairs available to use. Overall great stay and felt homey and comfortable with kids and not afraid to mess something up.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from an extremely large back deck. The house is decorated so nicely yet comfortable. There was plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out and come together as a group. There were so many things provided for us that we usually have to go to the store to purchase. They have a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, etc.)The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are a great size and nothing ever felt cramped. There were plenty of beach and bath towels. The beach chairs that were provided were great. There were toys for children if you needed them. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had by text. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to again soon!

Loved the location of this house - gated community which was quiet/chill and the beach was fairly quiet/chill for a spring break week. Ample room for our family to spread out. We had a lovely time enjoying Bolivar :)

The elevator was a HUGE asset as we unloaded heavy ice chests and other essentials; made it really EASY to move in for a beautiful weekend with family. We rented a golf cart that was both delivered and picked up with no issues. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Beautiful deck!

I booked Ted’s beach house to celebrate my son’s high school graduation, as well as some family birthdays. Even though there are only three bedrooms, this is a very large house and would easily accommodate many more than we had in our group - myself, my husband, daughter, son, my parents, and our two small dogs. The house itself is beautiful, with comfortable, high-end furnishings and appears to have been professionally decorated. It was very clean and well-stocked, almost like staying at a friend’s house as opposed to a rental. We planned to prepare all of our meals there and brought our groceries with us, but there was no pantry space. This presented a minor issue, but the house is so large, so we stored them elsewhere. Since my parents have had some health issues, the owner allowed us to use his lift. This was a true lifesaver. Another lifesaver was the golf cart rental that allowed my parents (and us) to enjoy the beach as the wooden crossovers are about 75 yards from the house and are quite steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this rental again in the future!

Ted was a great host. Only issue was that the grill was not clean or really usable. The house was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a great long weekend.

With all the changes Covid-19 brought into our lives, this getaway weekend was exactly what we all needed. The home is lovely, decorated to the max and oh so comfortable. The sound of the gulf and view from the deck was mesmerizing. Thank you, Ted for sharing your beautiful home and all that you do to ensure your guests enjoy their stay.

If you are looking for a less crowded part of the beach, this is a great option! Located in a gated community which is currently only partly developed & far from car access to the beach. We easily took all of our gear down to the sand by wagon using the boardwalk/foot bridge, bu many residents had golf carts. The house must be used regularly by the owners as it was well-appointed with a full pantry, cleaning supplies, beach gear, etc. Definitely more of the everyday things you might need than most rentals provide. Big house with many living areas, beds were comfortable, the views were great. This appeared to be one of the only homes in the neighborhood that survived the hurricanes over the last few years - the rest were mostly new construction. It could use a little TLC and maybe a deep cleaning in the nooks and crannies, but we would definitely go back and recommend the property to others.

Great home with all the amenities. Great view of beach and easy access to miles of beach. Great game room with 70+ inch tv for gaming or movies at night. Owner was responsive to our needs and delivered on everything. Only thing that needs upgrade was the BBQ. I made it work, but could use a new one or new burner parts. Still rate this a 5 star based on home and owner response. I would recommend if your looking for a quite place to Spend time with family or friends. Cheers!

Very nice, clean house in a prime location

We had a great family vacation at this property. The gated subdivision was very nice and had great proximity to the beach. The only downside to the house was no access to an elevator system. This would have been very helpful for my parents.
