A beautiful home with a wonderful view, we had all our children, their spouses and our grandchildren together for Thanksgiving. The home is huge and comfortable. If you’re looking for home near many activities in North Ga this is a great spot. We were very happy with our stay.

We decided to rent this property to stay with our wedding for a long weekend. It was absolutely perfect for us. The house has a ton of amenities and is well laid out for several adult couples to stay. Great Lake access plenty of parking. The host was very responsive and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

This house was everything I had expected and more. The location was amazing, right on the water and in a very nice neighborhood with nice new roads making it very accessible. Once inside I was very impressed with how large each living space was. Having the bedrooms split amongst the floors made for a very pleasant experience having 6 adults in the house and everyone having plenty of personal space. Also the two huge living areas plus an entirely separate game room with a pool table and ping pong table (each in great condition and fully functional). There was never a shortage of space to enjoy. Even 3 levels of deck overlooking the shaded back area leading out to the dock.
All in all this house is a one that I will definitely book again!

We had a friends reunion with a group of 8 guys and wanted a place both away from it all but also comfortable and with enough activities to keep us busy.
This property did not disappoint! We had more than enough beds and bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a highly functional kitchen, a private lakeside dock to hang out on, and we loved the game room with pool, ping pong, and even a gym. We were also a short drive away to breweries and restaurants, a golf course, and boat rentals (highly recommend Paradise Rental Boats at Lake Lanier).
We had an amazing stay and Sherri was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process of reserving, checking in, etc..

The lakehouse was very spacious and nicely equipped. There were rooms and more rooms for everyone to have their "space". Our family spent much time on the 4 porches, just taking in the sounds of nature. I would definitely come back again.

The property is exactly as represented on VRBO. Communication with the agent was most excellent. Location on Lake Lanier: perfect for us. Large cove off the high traffic portion of the lake. We were able to kayak (steep hill down to the water - carrying the kayaks down and up require a bit of athleticism) without any worries from powerboat wakes. Sun deck was very nice - for us, weather during out stay was fantastic! Kitchen stocked with all the required tools to allow us to cook means. Gas grill in great condition. We made good use of the ping pong and pool tables ... We hiked nearby trails ... all in all a great stay in a great VRBO home. Highly recommended!

Lovely home on beautiful property. So many amenities. Lots of room for a big family. Kids loved the pool table & ping pong. Adults loved the many porches & sweeping windows as well as the well stocked kitchen.

The home was great set up for large parties and the loction convenient to both the lake, the North GA mountains, and Alpharetta. Home had many things stocked to meet a renter's needs. Would rent again!

This house was an excellent vacation for my friends and my family. Several of us have children now and the layout was good for families. There were enough floors and spaces that allowed for groups to be louder without disturbing early sleepers. The place was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. We stayed in winter so didn't get to enjoy the lake but sat on upper dock for a bit and it was nice foggy morning.

This house was fantastic. We had 11 people, all situated comfortably. Spending Thanksgiving with my family in this house was the best! Everyone had a great time and loved the house.

I reserved the home for a large group of wedding friends and family. The home is amazing and has every amenity. Plenty of rooms and beds with pool table etc. The home would be the perfect place for a family reunion etc. If you are planning a wedding at any of the wineries, etc in Dahlonega and need a large home for the bridal party - this is it!!

The house was even larger than we expected and we really liked that there were large areas on each of the 3 main floors for gathering and hanging out. The dock was so cool and amazing for stargazing at night!

We were a group of colleagues and friends who have been unable to collaborate and hang since before Covid. This home was a perfect setting, and Lake Lanier was so beautiful and quiet mid-week. The home (and kitchen!!) are well equipped with quality furnishings and materials. It was a delight to cook, watch movies, relax on the porches, and access our rented pontoon boat on the dock. Sherri was super helpful lining up the boat rental and wake surfing lessons. We could not have had better days on the lake!!

I was lucky to find this beautiful home last minute, and I’m so glad I did. The house was perfect for my group (all my grand babies) ages 9 to 22. We have been doing this Lake Lanier vacation since my son moved to GA (20 years) we’ve stayed in many lake houses over the years and this one is certainly at the top of the list. Beautiful home with everything you need at your fingertips. The dock was very nice and we spent a lot of time down there. My son brought his boat and we rented jet skies, this was a perfect visit with my family and this beautiful home made us very comfortable. We will surely be returning. Thank you Sherry for making this rental very smooth from beginning to end.

Great home for 18 family members we haven't seen for a year. Everyone had a great time and relaxed. We rented a boat and tube that the kids loved. All in all this was a great experience.

One of the best lake properties I've ever stayed in. The house is very modern; doesn't smell old or moldy. Very spacious. The fourth (bottom) level is any kid/adult dream setting with a pool table and full gym workout area. The view of the lake was beautiful, calm, and peaceful. If you decide to rent this house, pls make sure you take advantage of the huge covered back patio on the main level - perfect for any type of weather- day or night. Overall the house was fantastic and the host made the booking, check-in and out process a breeze. My only word of caution would be to make sure you have no more than 7 cars in the driveway PERIOD - emergency vehicle access reason. We had 9 cars in the driveway at one pt. The host were gracious with her text reminder and we moved the 2 cars immediately. The additional parking is a hike up the hill, but not bad, plus your car is still secured and safe behind the gate. I will be renting this unit again in the near future. THANKS AGAIN for the hospitality.

The facilities provided were great .. But the parking path was very steep. I would recommend to make it little bit rough so that tires will not slip and can climb easily.
Faclities provided inside the house was great . I would recommend Liquid soap solution instead of solid soap to avoid this covid crisis. The deck was great and cocking deck also was great , spent nice time . Only negative one I would say was grill was not working as expected., fire was uneven and not blue and have to be so careful to see that the meat did not get blackend out.. I would rent this property again ,, if the steep slope is corrected with little bit roughness.

We rented this huge house for a long weekend and it suited all of our needs. Probably the best thing about the place was the space. We had 16 people cruising around the house because the weather was chilly and we never wanted for space. There are two lower level areas that accommodated teens and littles alike while the adults had quality time on the upper floor. It was great all around! The only surprise was the pitch of the driveway. Wow! Extremely steep!! Great thigh workout to go on a walk in the neighborhood! But I highly recommend this home for its comfort, space, and location right on the lake. One child got a cold and CVS was only 10 min away. Tons of convenience, but also quiet seclusion. Perfect for our family reunion!
