Don’t hesitate to book Corral 306e in Breckenridge. It is a beautiful condo and easily spacious enough for my family of six adults and one toddler - there was even a security gate at the property for the master stairs. The property manager was very responsive to the very minor things I mentioned that needed addressing at the end of the stay (like a squeaky master bathroom door), AFTER THEY ASKED! What property manager does that? Excellent customer service!!! The beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was clean and as advertised. The view from the master of the mountain took my breath. Location was great as well! Overall, I give this property a 5-star review and we will book this condo when we make our next trip to Breckenridge!

We’ll keep this unit in mind for future visits and recommend it to others!! Location was great for our family. With 2 adults and 4 young kids, it was a good setup. As some have noted the bedrooms can be tight with luggage, but it was fine with plenty of room on the main level. A bit warm upstairs during our early July visit, so we used the fans. Loved the in unit washer & dryer. Note that the pools require you to bring your own towels, something we didn’t know.Very clean and prompt management communications. Loved it!!

Our group of friends and family stayed at this Cimarron property and loved it. The kitchen was well stocked for our week long trip which we appreciated. We loved that the set up had two floors with bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. The living space is actually more generous than photos indicate. Parking in the covered garage was great for winter. Check in and out was easy and convenient with door codes.

We stayed here for a long weekend with 6 people. We had plenty of space and it was very clean. Great location for a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift. Also right along the bus route if you decide to come back from the town. Pinnacle Lodging was also very proactive with communication as our trip was nearing and responsive whenever we had questions.

The property manager was very helpful! She messaged us days before the trip, day of and even during our stay to make sure we didn’t have any issues. The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, perfect location for walking to Main Street and the Gondola. We all loved the hot tubs and sauna. On our way home we were already planning our next trip to Breckenridge and we would absolutely stay in this condo again.

Cons: window shade in double queen BR broken (property management notified but no parts to fix it), wish there was a restroom downstairs or main level.

Well taken care of property, clean, kitchen well supplied. Master bedroom mattress needs to be changed. It d my lower back problems. Other double queen room had issues with blinds not able to raise due to needing repair. I notified Pinnacle as soon as we noticed it. Maintenance person could not fix it, and not his fault. Blinds had to flipped up onto two wood screws to hold blinds up. Electrical cover plate replaced due to being cracked in half. Replaced next day.

The condo is very clean and the downstairs was nice with plenty of room. It is well stocked with most of your normal amenities and close to town making it easy to get around. The complex was also quiet. We would stay here again.

Breckenridge condo
We have rented many places from VRBO all over North America, Europe and Caribbean (and I rarely leave a review). This place was spacious and well managed. It was probably the best equipped kitchen I have come across (plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans). Also, decent quality bath towels, appliances, fry pans etc. The supply of towels for both bathrooms and to go to the hot tub was plenty. My pet peeve with rental places is that some only supply one roll of toilet paper or no paper towels, dish soap etc.. which is such an inconvenience and cheap on the part of the owner. This place was well stocked with toilet paper, dish soap, dish washing machine soap, paper towels,laundry detergent and fire wood. The furniture is nice and so are the beds. Spacious place so it was nice to hang out after skiing with the family of five (3 adult kids). Smoke detector needed new battery and maintenance came within an hour to deal with it. The place has lots of hooks by the entrance which is great when skiing because you need to hang all your jackets and ski gear. Underground parking was a bonus since it snowed a lot. Location is nice because a short walk to Quicksilver chair, walk one block down to main street and the four o’clock ski out run ends a half a block from condo. Overall great place.

Best customer service of any rental, ever.
The condo was as expected. The downstairs is very large and roomy. Plenty of room even with the murphy bed down. We had 7 people total and never felt cramped. Upstairs is a little crowded. The bedrooms are just large enough to fit each of the beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the condo, both located upstairs (1 in the 2 bed bedroom, the other in the hall). The master does not have a pricate bath. The location is walking distance (even in the freezing cold) to all the shops and bars on Main St. and S. Park Ave.
We rented a car, and used that to drive to the gondola drop of for skiing each day. There is a bus stop directly across from the condo, which would be cheaper but less convenient.
The property management group thought of absolutely everything to make our stay wonderful. Truly the best customer service of any rental Ive ever been in.

Cimarron 301 in the heart of Breck!
Our family of four (2 teen girls) loved this condo for its close proximity to Main St shopping, restaurants and attractions! This third floor condo was clean and well equipped for a home away from home experience. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Kitchen and living area is roomy! We were busy from the time we arrived in Breck. We took advantage of kayaking on Lake Dillon at nearby Frisco Marina (8 miles north), biking from Vail Pass to Frisco (Charter Sports), spending a day at Copper Mountain (activities galore), listening to the Breck Reperatory Orchestra out on the lawn in the evening just off Main St, and playing tennis at the Breck Community Center. There’s still so much to do and explore....we’ll be back next year! Thank you Pinnacle Lodging for making it so easy to book our reservation with you!

Excellent property for a large family. Lots of sleeping room - roomy downstairs with great kitchen and everything you would ever need in cooking supplies. Thoroughly enjoyed this property. And - quick 4 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift (rental, lift tix are right there).
