Profitez de votre propre sommet d'été privé dans les Berkshires - Maison climatisée de deux étages entièrement rénovée sur un cadre boisé privé spacieux à quelques pas des sentiers de randonnée / vélo, en face de Jiminy Peak. Courte distance en voiture de Williamstown, Tanglewood, Stephentown, New Lebanon et Lenox. Nouvelle chambre principale / salle de bain, chambre privée rénovée au deuxième étage avec lit queen et chambre sur mesure avec quatre lits superposés pour quatre personnes de plus .... Deux bains entièrement rénovés avec douches dans les deux. Peut facilement accueillir 8-10. Cuisine rénovée, tous les appareils dont vous avez besoin, tout nouveau vestiaire / buanderie et grande terrasse aérée parfaite pour regarder le soleil se coucher sur les Berkshires. La maison est en parfait état, le cadre est à ne pas manquer. Photos supplémentaires disponibles sur demande. Animaux - chiens sur demande (se renseigner), mais désolé pas de chats! (note - bain à remous (par photos) ne fait pas partie de la location - désolé!).

A Great Autumn Stay
Our second stay was longer and even better than the first! We loved having the house as a base for exploring the Berkshires in all their fall glory....highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the local sights and returning to a cozy, comfortable hideaway in the woods :)

Beautiful setting in the mountains
The property is high on a hill. It’s quiet and great for star gazing..The house is well equipped, has all the conveniences needed that made our stay easy. While the house seems remote, it is actually an easy drive to the local towns. We love it there.

We absolutely loved our stay and the location of the house, it's just far enough away from it all yet close enough to access everything we wanted to do. Also hosted mom's 89th family birthday celebration at the house, a beautiful afternoon on the deck was had by all. Sleeping accommodations are great, especially the super comfy king bed in master suite, and two grown-up girls loved being kids again in the upper bunks :). A few gloomy weather days were manageable with a cozy fire going, there's just no substitute for a real fieldstone fireplace! Owners Ned and Dorsey were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had via phone or text. Would recommend a not-too-low vehicle to access the uphill dirt road, but it was relatively smooth compared to some of the local paved roads, yikes. Favorite activities were hiking to the "Snow Hole" off Route 2, biking the Ashiwillticook Rail Trail, day trip to Manchester, Vermont, and especially the family time there with our favorite people. We definitely recommend "Winterberry Hill" as a relaxing getaway for couples or families and hope to return next year!
