Only negative was the occasional odor we assume came from the holding tanks.

Houseboat exceeded our expectations. Was very comfortable, well appointed and clean. If you are scuba diving, it is a 5 minute walk to Rainbow Reef’s boats. Also, quick drive to restaurants, grocery store etc. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the fishing and dive boats cruise by. Would definitely stay again!

the accommodations were just what we needed. On the water, spacious, near everything and it served us well for the 5 days. it rained for 4 days of the trip (to be expected living in the water) and the days we didn't go out, we all felt right at home.

Michelle was amazing! Stayed in touch, gave great suggestions and was very responsive! Accommodations were nice and convenient to activities and restaurants. Will definitely recommend and return!

This lovely houseboat was very clean and a great place to relax. It is not in walking distance to any store or restaurants but driving is easy!

We Love this place and will stay here again. Super quite, couldn’t even feel any motion being on the water in a house boat Loved watching the boats go by. AC was amazing, super clean, beds were so comfortable!!! Owner was super responsive. So close to everything!!

The interior was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Its was fun to be on the canal. Super good air conditioner. The houseboat was well stocked with household and outdoor needs. The patio was lovely.

This houseboat was everything I thought it would be and more. We loved chilling on the upper deck. Just down the canal is where scuba, fishing, and excursion boats depart from so it was fun to watch the boat traffic. We used the kayaks provided and went up and down the canals near by. The decor was exactly as pictured and I loved it. The boat is fully furnished so we did not have to bring anything extra. The bed in the back was extremely comfortable.
It is very close to John Pennecamp State Park and to boat excursions. There is a lot of great dining near by. Marie was helpful in choosing a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. I can’t wait to return!

The location was awesome also! Anything you needed or wanted to do was within a mile basically and everywhere was super casual so pack light!!!
Marie is great and super accommodating, you’ll love her!!!

What is better than kayaking to the Atlantic in the morning and finishing the day with cocktails and an ocean breeze. This rental met our 4 vacation C's. It was Clean, Conveniently located, Comfortable and with Clear Communication from Marie. We will rent there again.

We stayed on the houseboat for 3 nights and it was such a fun experience! Our favorite part was to enjoy both morning coffee and happy hour on the upper deck. It was neat to watch other boats go by and look for marine life.
It was the perfect size for two couples. Parking was close so it made loading and unloading all of our bags easy enough.
We would recommend the houseboat to anyone looking for a little different experience while traveling in the Keys!

Had an odor each time you walked in from the outside. Is docked well and very roomy, but needs a deep cleaning and updating. Boyfriend had to take a cold shower because he could never get the hot water to work. The photos showed 4 beds. Because there was no king bed, we were expecting 2 queens. When I asked where the sheets were for the 2nd bed , she said I only paid for one bed. Never ever have we stayed in the Keys and were told we were supposed to pay for the 2nd bed. The trip was ruined.

Wonderfully relaxing stay. Lots of boats going by creating a soft wake that makes you feel like you are moving on the water. Boat was great with everything we needed. The host was exceptional, Always available with lots of helpful information and suggestions. The only downside was the close proximity of the rental suites. Not much privacy when you’re on the decks.
