I am so pleased I chose this property to stay at with family over Thanksgiving break. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed looking at the water out the front doors, walking our dog in the neighborhood (everyone is so friendly around there) and spending some much needed time together as a family. The house was clean, which is #1 with me, and well stocked. I cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for 6 there with ease. You are close to all the attractions, but nestled away on a very quiet street. We come to Pensacola often due to having a son in college there, and I would not hesitate to book this home again. It is also pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well!

Absolutely beautiful home; equipped with practically everything we could ever need as a family for a beach trip. Great communication and great experience! Will certainly be back!

The host sent a message saying we could check in early. The house was extremely clean and I was truly amazed at all the "extra" items provided. From items in the fridge to foil and baggies. We had enough toliet paper, detergent and trash bags to cover our entire time there. To top it off, she had multiple games, movies and beach supplies to keep us entertained. I am truly in love with all the extra ammendities. The location was perfect to watch the downtown fireworks and the sunset over the bridge. It is right next to everything but still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. She greeted me as we were leaving and immediately called me to let me know we had left behind my child's glasses so we were able to turn around without getting too far away. If she ever has open dates when staying there, it will definitely be my 1st choice.

The Bay beach was only 1 block away and we took lots of walks around the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and kind. It was quiet and serine and the porch was open and airy. We rented this house while waiting to close on a house nearby. House is as advertised and cozy but not fancy. We’ve honestly never stayed in a property this well stocked and the property manager was very responsive. Very quiet area and walking distance to bay and beach. Comfortable beds and nice porch with sunset views.

Our new favorite
We LOVED our stay!!! Not far from the beach! But we loved the small little beach on the bay side that is super close to the house!! The house was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed! The only thing I wish it had was curtains on the main door in the house. But that isn't enough to keep us from going back! We will definitely be back next summer!!

We enjoyed ourselves the house was well stocked on all items needed Towels toys games you name it...It’s even coffee MOMS NEED COFFEE🤣. We were very close to the “baby beach” which was amazing as well my children themselves. Thanks for the hospitality we’ll definitely be back

We stayed at this adorable beach house for 4 days with another family. The house was exactly as described & a nice size. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We were amazed at how stocked the house was! Every closet was full of everything you could need for the beach!! Beach chairs, towels, inflatables, even lots of beach hats. Communication was easy as well. The house is not exactly "close" to the best beach locations, but we drove about 7 mins to a great spot. House is close to restaurants. Overall, great experience!!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood right off the beach.
Everything was in the house you could really need. Andrea was Super nice and was very responsive to all our needs. The only issue was the trash can was full and we could not throw our trash. Andrea was great and came to take the bags once but still stacked up a bit. Other than that minor issue, the stay was perfect and our family had an amazing time in this beautiful house. We would love to come back soon!

It was okay, but need a better master bed, don't need roaches.
The bed in master was uncomfortable, shower was to small. They need to keep it sprayed there were roaches in kitchen.

We really liked the house and found that it suited our needs perfectly! We especially enjoyed both beaches being so close to the house that we could walk to both. We will definitely plan another trip there!

Could not have asked for better!
This home was centrally located, stocked, and clean. The porch was my go to morning coffee spot and under the house was the perfect place to hang out in the shade after coming off the beach. Our stay here was just easy...exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful!!
This was a beautiful place and so many great things can be said about it! It was very clean and spacious, so many things were provided for us so we were able to pack kind of light. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, toiletries were given, lots of condiments in the fridge. This helped so much! Andrea was so kind and welcoming, she showed us around the house and let us know if we had any questions, do not hesitate to ask. This house was close enough to the beach, just a short walk away and many great restaurants just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Convenient Location
We enjoyed the Donlan's home during our recent visit to Pensacola Beach. While it was to cold to enjoy the traditional activities enjoyed at a beach destination, we were still able to choose other activities such as a Hockey Game. a visit to Ft Pickens and the Naval Museum.
The home was well maintained, and offered everything you need!
We look forward to going back again when it's a little warmer~

My Island Hideaway
What a fantastic beach house! Pack light because the Donlan House has nearly everything you will need for your stay. Once you step inside you will see what I mean with the house stocked with linens, towels, soap, cooking utilities, cleaning supplies and condiments. There is even a chest full of up-to-date DVD movies! Did I mention that the house is spotless and immaculate in its step up.
We spent most of the month of February 2018 here, mainly to escape the brutal Midwestern winters and we were not disappointed. Sunshine, blue skies and white sandy beaches will grow on you. Sitting on the deck watching the bay in the evening is mesmerizing as well.
Make sure that you say hello to Andrea, the property manager. She is one in a million as well and will make certain that you have a wonderful stay here at Pensacola Beach. Can't wait to return again.

Perfect little getaway...
Upon arrival, it was very clear that the house is well-equipped for a beach vacation. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, there were plenty of fresh towels for the beach, and everything was very clean. I would definitely come back to stay again.

Everything we needed, and more!
This was one of my family's favorite places we've ever stayed. The house had everything we needed, and more. I really didn't need to pack a thing. Andrea was only a text away, but we didn't need a thing :)
Everyone had plenty of space and we were super comfy. The huge amount of towels was definitely a plus. Like I said, I didn't need to bring a thing, not even a towel!
We will definitely return to this beach house. My kids are already begging me to go back, and its only been a day!
The amazing sunset views were a PLUS : )

Beautifully located and setup with all amenities,
We recently stayed at Donlan's beach house to visit family for Thanksgiving. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at Donlan's beach house and we had a great time with family.
We weren't sure what to expect so we brought everything including the KitchenAid mixer, pots and pans, spatulas Etc.
As it turns out; everything I just listed and so much more were already available at the house. We were very impressed with how clean everything was and how conveniently located Donlan's beach house was. We will certainly be staying there again.

Perfect place
Very lovely home and great location. The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The property manager (Andrea) was wonderful....the best I've ever had the pleasure to meet! Don't hesitate to rent this property.
