The apartment is light, spacious, and well appointed, with an amazing bed and full kitchen. Our host, Amir, was extremely helpful and solicitous, ready to answer all questions and offer suggestions. The location is in easy walking distance to so many sites, including the old city, Mamilla, the Shuk and the Israel Museum. Don’t pass up on this wonderful VRBO!!

We have visited Israel too many times to count, and have stayed in hotels and rented apartments. Hands down, this was the best apartment. It is every bit as excellent as the pictures portray.
Amir is a wonderful host. Everything worked like clockwork.

If you're looking for a great apartment in a great location, this is it. Apartment was clean, modern, and perfect location - close to Old City, Great Synagogue, hotels, Ben Yehuda St., Mamilla, and more. Amir was a great host, responsive and went above and beyond. At one point I lost my phone and he helped find me a temporary phone to use on my trip.

We had an excellent experience and would stay here again. For a family, this a perfect alternative to expensive, small hotel rooms. It is exactly as pictured. It is bright and sunny with 2 balconies. The location is perfect- easy walk to Jaffa gate, near a supermarket and many restaurants. The owner is fabulous and made sure we were happy.

The property was exactly as described, clean and extremely well maintained. And the location was perfect.
The property owner was a complete gentleman. He came over to the apartment to meet us after we arrived and regularly checked in. When we mentioned the coffee maker had a small leak, he replaced it immediately. He also stopped by before Shabbat with wine and chocolate and even helped us carry our luggage to the car when we checked out. He also made us feel like family. He even checked in while we were driving around the country. A true gem of a person. We highly recommend this owner and his property.

We loved Amir’s apartment and had the best time in Jerusalem touring the Old City, and several other incredible sights. We were able to easily park at Amir’s apartment and walk to the Old City. It’s beautifully renovated inside, the neighborhood is safe and gorgeous, and our host Amir was incredibly gracious. He met us at the apartment and gave us great travel tips, we even went out for a beer and had the best time! Run, don’t walk to this place. We can’t wait to come back! Best trip ever!

We had a great experience at Amir's apartment. The location could not be better for walking to the old city, into town, and all around Jerusalem. The apartment is very clean and warm (unusual for Jerusalem in the winter!) and had everything we needed, from washer and dryer to shampoo and soap. Amir was very flexible and met us at the apartment upon our arrival in Jerusalem at 12:30 even though check in was really at 4. And he brought us a bottle of wine as a gift. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Jerusalem!

Highly recommend staying in this apartment hosted by Amir. The location is the best. Easy walking distance to Mamilla, Jaffa Gate, and the Old City. The apartment is spacious with comfortable living space. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. And our host was very helpful, with the apartment, and any recommendations for Jerusalem. I highly recommend staying with Amir in this apartment on your next trip to Israel.

Amir's apartment on Keren Hayesod couldn't be better located; all the major tourist sites are within a few minutes walking distance -- the Old City, Machane Yehuda, Ben-Yehuda pedestrian triangle, Mamila Mall, First Station, many gardens, parks, and walking paths. Though on a main street, the apartment is well sound-proofed. It is beautifully appointed, contemporary and uncluttered, light and airy during the day, cozy in the evenings. There are two beautiful bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed; one has an en-suite bathroom, with shower. The second bathroom is even more spacious, and also includes a washer/dryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. A large supermarket is within easy walking distance, as are many great restaurants.Amir was very friendly and warm, helpful and responsive to any questions. He brought over a bottle of wine on Friday to wish us Shabbat shalom, met us to check in and check out, arranged taxi reservations to the airport on our departure.We were thrilled to have stayed in this apartment in Jerusalem, and hope we can return!
