Notre complexe ne compte que 38 unités par rapport aux autres stations où vous partagez votre front de mer avec plus de 200 unités. Notre maison de ville de deux chambres est située à Sugar Beach. Une magnifique propriété bien entretenue à Navarre Beach. Accueil des belles plages de sable blanc de la Floride, compliments du golfe du Mexique.
La plage et la piscine chauffée sont à quelques pas pour votre confort. Ou si l'intimité est ce dont vous rêvez, vous pouvez profiter d'un barbecue dans votre propre patio privé avec table de patio, chaises et parasol.
À l'intérieur, vous pourrez vous détendre dans notre plan d'étage ouvert, comprenant un canapé-lit, une demi-baignoire et une buanderie en bas. I had an issue with my key access email. I messaged the owners and got an immediate response! There were so many extras like games, floats, chairs and towels. It’s a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Definitely would stay again!

My two sisters and I drove almost 10 hours for a sister trip. We were able to check in right at 2 and hit the beach! The place was clean and comfy. We were a little disappointed in how far we had to walk and carry our cooler and chairs to get to the beach but that was the only issue we had!.

Very happy with the unit we had. With 6 of us staying in one unit and having 2 1/2 baths really was handy. Was pleasantly surprised with having water "toys" available for our children.

This was a great experience. The property was clean and the owners kept in touch. The property had everything needed. I would highly recommend others to use this property. When I reached out with questions the owners immediately responded.

We really enjoyed everything about this unit. Everything about it was very comfortable. Its close to anything you wanna do. We really enjoyed the patio and grill. The fact that it was only steps to the beach was a big +. Ms Julie was AWESOME!!! Looking forward to booking with her again!!

Our first visit to the area and we loved the condo and the beaches. Neighbors got loud the last night but other than that it was a very enjoyable experience.

Best condo, i have had the pleasure at staying at. Super clean, quiet surroundings, and more than enough needed space.
Only thing against is, they seemed to be in the middle of swapping out the dining room light, but the family enjoyed hours of cards and boardgames.
Despite the weeks weather, a great over all stay! Next time in the area will definitely rebook!

This was the perfect place for our group to just relax on the beach for awhile! The unit is beautiful and well stocked. We really enjoyed the grill, beach chairs, beach towels, and super comfy beds!

The townhome was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the beach and had almost everything we needed for the stay. Most the supplies for the house are supplied but I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper and you will need charcoal for the grill, laundry soap if you’re wanting to wash laundry and extra trash bags.

Everything was just right except for the coffee maker. It needs replacement. The Koreg side. The master bedroom mattress is significantly depressed on the left-hand side. A roll of extra toilet paper in the cabinets of each bathroom would be appreciated. Remove the rug closest to door entryway. When bringing in heavy luggage, it is a slip and fall risk. Otherwise, a very nice condo. Decor very nice. Water pressure great! Easy entry.

This was our second time to stay at this property. We liked it very much again and our stay was as great as the first time. I personally was very happy that the decoration of the house did not change - because it is very pretty! We cooked our meals everyday for a week long stay:-)

Loved the proximity to the beach and pier. Condo was clean and we found everything we needed. Thanks for the plethora of items for the beach so we didn’t need to pack and bring them from home!

We cant say enough good things about our stay here. Property exactly as described. Clean, plenty of room and everything you need. There were plenty of pool and sand toys for kiddos but we did add to that collection by leaving ours in storage for the next family to enjoy. The value of this property in regards to proximity to beach is outstanding. I'm talking a 1 minute walk. Groceries a short drive away as well.Check in and out easy process.Thanks for sharing your great place. If you are looking for a little less hustle and bustle than up the road in Pensacola this is the place. We loved it. Don't hesitate to stay here folks.

Everything from booking to the check out was easy. The hosts answered very quick to every inquiry. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed for our week stay. I love the cute little fenced patio area. My grandson loves it outside and I didn't worry about him being out there. We borrowed pool toys/beach toys. We also had a family game night when the rain came as there were several family games there. Thank you so much for having them available for use. The pull-out couch was a bit worn and not so comfy, but those kind of beds usually aren't comfortable anyway. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back sometime soon. Thank you!

Arrived last Sunday and was fortunate to have beautiful weather all week. Not a drop of rain and clear blue skies. Check in was simple. All accommodations were clean and ready for our arrival. Enjoyed the beach and pool everyday and found some great seafood restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely perfect
We enjoyed the townhome so much and loved the area and being right on the beach. It was a perfect family getaway and our youngest first time to the Florida beach! We hope to be back sooner rather than later. Julie was also easy to speak to when I had a question early on to check out! We never had any issues.

Great spot for a quick or long getaway. Swimming pool out the front door and very short walk to the beach. This beach provides less crowds and plenty of things to do. 20 minutes from Pensacola or Destin if you want but great restaurants in Navarre. Enjoyed the condo and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.
