Great location and lots of room for many quests!

We had a great time at this property! Didn't need anything and the homeowner was super helpful. Distance to town was perfect!

This house is in a prime location within walking distance of downtown Park City and right across the street from the bus stop taking you directly to the base of Snow Park Lodge DV. The amenities from the hot tub, game tables, movie room and all of the TVs were huge hits with the adults and kids. The kitchen and bar areas were well equipped with everything you could need for entertaining. The bedrooms provided plenty of space and the bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels. Our experience with the management company was great as well. Any time we had a question or issue, they responded quickly and effectively. Overall a great stay, 5 out of 5!

Our group of 6 loved staying at this home just steps from Main Street. The owner was very responsive and made our visit excellent.

This house was perfect for our friends wedding weekend. It slept 10 people and fit our group perfectly. Just know that you’re going to have to walk straight up to get to the master! We had an issue with the steam shower in the master bathroom. Someone was called to come fix it but they couldn’t so we were down to two showers for a group of 10. That was our only complaint - wish they checked if it worked before we got there!

Wonderful place. Plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. Theatre room was a hit. Furniture is very worn. Some things were broke. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this condo very much. Love Park City.

Me and 11 of us - both friends and family - stayed in March 2022. The house was the perfect distance from town and the town lift and had all of the amenities one could wish for. Beds a plenty, a cozy living room and fire place, all of the appliances for cooking, and a hot tub. The wifi was great for those who had to work, with a sonos system linked up for the musically inclined. My only gripe, and I know I'm nitpicking, was that the management company didn't leave sheets for the pull out couches and getting in touch with them was difficult. I had to call twice and email three times before getting a response. It wasn't a huge inhibitor, but I hope they'll be more responsive for the next guest. As you can tell, this was a high class problem and we were thrilled with our stay and hope to return in the future as a group!

Location was absolutely perfect for a weekend ski trip. You are within walking distance to all the shopping & dining on Main Street and a quick bus ride or car ride to Town Lift. Property was perfect for a few families (kids ranging from 9-12). Hot tub was a big hit. Kids enjoyed the theater room and upstairs game room.

Great time at this place. Only thing to note is that the owner does not use Alpine Ski Properties for check-in anymore, so disregard check in instructions on the listing. Host was very easy to get ahold of so not a problem at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Ideal location for a Park City weekend. We walked to town and had short trips to the slopes. Owner and Property Management company were great to work with.

Property was in great condition. Location couldn't be better. Short and easy walk to the main action in Park City. Everything at the property was in perfect working condition. The owner was very thorough in his communication throughout the booking and even called me on the last night to check in to see how things were (an awesome touch as I've never had that happen before at a VRBO). I would highly recommend.

Everything you could need on a ski trip is within walking distance. Cabin was very large and we had no issues. The home audio was also outstanding. Would recommend to any group looking for a good time.

The property was in an excellent location and the setup was very nice but the property itself is severely dark and outdated with many broken and unusable components of the house. The first issue was with the media room which we would have liked to enjoy with our family. Nothing in the room worked. The cable wouldn’t connect, the sound would not play for dvds or anything else that we tried to work. The media system had no hdmi connections to hook up our own system to,not that it would have made a difference because of the sound issue. The system is 15 years out of date, I haven’t seen aux port and composite component video connections in the last decade. I text him about this and a property manager said he would come by but had no idea about the system, he never came anyways. The tv upstairs didn't work by the game loft. The cable downstairs repeatedly disconnected throughout the stay and required unplugging the system to reboot the cable box. All the appliances need updating. The dryer shuts off no matter what setting you have it on after a couple of minutes so you have to keep stalking the dryer to get your cloths to dry pushing the start over and over. The fireplace chimney probably hasn’t been cleaned out in the last decade either as smoke builds up in the house which the property management team should have noticed by the soot building up on the front of the fireplace under the tv. It takes 14 seconds to spray wd40 on a foosball table that barely moves as well all simple things not done by the management team. My favorite issue of the house was that it has 6 total rolls of toilet paper in the 3.5 bathrooms for 7 people. I asked the owner if there was a stock somewhere and said we would have to purchase our own. The cost of this property with no toilet paper is almost comical. Our July stay in Jackson hole had each bathroom fully stocked. Overall this property has such great potential but it is obvious the owner has minimal interest on his maintenance. The overall house appearance is clean where you can see but areas that aren’t trafficked or normally seen are dirty and dusty like under the couch and in corners. It’s pretty easy to remove layers of dust under a couch that easily moves. The location is amazing to everything and the layout of the house is nice for hanging out.

We had a few minor problems that unfortunately didn't get resolved until the last day of our trip. The TV in the family room didn't work. The owner was responsive, but had to schedule an AV company to come over and fix the TV which didn't happen until our last night. The theater room is great but you can't stream from Netflix or Amazon (DVD only and the DVD's provided are all unusable). For the kids this was a bummer as it was more of a TV room vs. theater room for watching movies. A majority of the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The owner had this fixed but again, not until the last day of our stay. Lastly, the wifi wasn't very good. I had to do work and actually had to go to a coffee shop since the wifi was so bad. Again, a good property but given the $$ we spent our expectation was that we wouldn't have the issues with these basic items.

Our stay was great. We arrived in early that morning and our check-in was not until 3PM. We messaged David that day before and he told us we can get into the house as soon as 9AM. By 930 that day we were in the house and were able to get another full day of skiing in thanks to this. The house was walking distance to Town Lift and across the street from the bus stop for free transport to Deer Valley. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!

Group of approx. 10 of us stayed for the weekend; we were all happy with the service provided as well as the actual unit. Easy to communicate with owner and property management. House had full amenities available and location was perfect. Right next to Park City main street. Recommend for people going to Park City for a weekend.
