The place is nice, dated, but clean and comfortable. The master bed was great. Really the only complaint we had is that there is only a very old table with wobbly chairs out on the top balcony and 2 extra moldy chairs and no furniture on the downstairs balcony. This unit has one of the best views of Lake Hamilton, so you want to sit outside to enjoy it. But it wasn't very inviting and if we had had more people it wouldn't have accommodated them. Overall we would consider staying again.

This is my second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first time. The view is amazing, the property is gated, and the neighborhood has plenty of things to do. Will stay again.

The condo was BIG! Plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Lovely view of the lake. Pools were good. Not really any lake swimming from this condo. Plenty of towels, supplies, and everything was in working order. A knife sharpener would be great. Knives were dull.

Love this area. Grew up close to this area and needed a place to stay to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Condo was great. Such a great way to wake up in the mornings with the lake out your back door. Thank you.

The condo is well kept, spacious, and beautiful! It has everything you would need! Beds are super comfortable! The view is beautiful and the property manager was very attentive to our needs. Perfect place to get away!

As pictured and we really enjoyed the location and how peaceful the area was. A quick weekend trip was all the time we had there but will definitely do again!

Wonder lake view and beautiful condo
We felt right at home in this very spacious condo. It had everything we needed and more. Easy on the lake to the dock and close to all that Hot Springs has to offer and explore! And the view of the lake and mountains were great from the private balconies.

Beautiful View
We loved our stay at Southshore 212! This was our first time in the area and it did not disappoint. The condo itself was large, clean, beautiful views, and the grounds were neat and clean as well.
Our only issue was that we found a mouse in the condo the last night of our stay. When we contacted maintenance, we were told there was nothing they could do at that time. I expected them to come and at least set up some traps. I don't think that was the best way to handle that situation. Other than apologize, the owners did not attempt to rectify the situation in any way.
Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the Hot Springs area.
