Pool was amazing,

Best condo ever, well equiped with everything, from kitchen to sports equipment, we felt like home from the beginning. Spottless clean. Safe neighbourhood, close to shopping and beaches.

This was my family’s first time to The Big Island and Melissa’s condo was absolutely PERFECT! Check-in and out was easy and the condo itself was super clean and beautiful. It was equipped with all the necessities that you would need while on vacation. We stayed for 2 weeks and had plenty of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, pods for dishwasher, ect…even beach towels). The kitchen and garage are also well equipped, it was so great to be able to use the hosts beach gear and bikes! And everything was very organized. Pool, hiking trails, beaches, and shopping were all nearby. Truly a great place to stay with your family where everyone can relax and unwind and have their own space. And, Melissa was such a great host and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you Melissa for the best vacation rental ever! Mahalo, Jenny

Home has everything you would want. Very nice neighborhood with pool nearby. Close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Lots of beach equipment too. Highly recommended. Stayed for two weeks. Would stay again.

Everything was exactly the way it was listed online. The location was perfect. We were 5 minutes from the Marriott where the conference was located and 5 minutes from the shops, beach, and restaurants. I’ll definitely be returning here next year!

This house is beautiful. We are a large family and its very convient to have a house with so many beach needs already in it. The ice maker is a little slow so I suggest buying a big ice. The owner was awsome in texting detailed instructions of check in. The kitchen has everything you need as well. I hate my feet getting dirty and wish there was an area to brush of sand. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We spent 8 nights here. It was incredibly well equipped. We appreciated that paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap etc was all supplied. We also loved all the beach items in the garage, we had everything we needed! We were a group of 5 and had more than enough room for all of us. It was clean and comfortable.

This condo is close to great beaches and had all of the toys needed for beach fun. The pool and grill area was a win also!!

This was our family's first time staying here and the property was incredible! Fully stocked with pretty much anything you could think of, and the garage was full of beach toys, bikes, tennis gear and golf clubs! The unit itself was nicely decorated and felt very spacious. Bedrooms were a great size, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were easily accessible during the night. Having the half bath on the lower level was a huge convenience too. TVs and WiFi worked great, but honestly, we didn't spend much time inside with all the amazing outdoor space. Pool and tennis courts are located less than a minute away (walking) and the whole Waikoloa area is magnificent and can easily be traveled by the bikes. Lots of walking paths if you're feeling adventurous; we loved walking to the Hilton to see the dolphins and sea turtles (15 min walk) and hiked on the petroglyph trail over by King's Market and really enjoyed it. We would recommend this property to anyone! Hope to come back soon.

Melissa's property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6, which included two grandparents, two parents and two kiddos, ages 6 and 8. The property was clean and the amenities provided were just right. The proximity to the pool, the courts and the beach were unbeatable- the kids rotated between beach, pool and walks almost daily and we could not have asked for a better family vacation. Finally, Melissa was expedient in her responses as we were planning for the trip and on the rare occasion that we needed some info while we were in Waikaloa, she responded in less than 5 minutes- perfect host, perfect property, perfect time! Thank you, Melissa!

Enjoyed this nice and clean property for our family reunion. Lot of supplies from pantry foods to beach equipments. Big washer and dryer are good for a larger group of people. Owner provided detailed info about the property and made the check in be so easy. Will recommend the people who will visit big island.

We loved our week long stay in the Colony Villas, conveniently located a half hour north of the Kona airport. It is situated near plenty of beautiful beaches that offer good snorkeling, white sandy beaches or a gorgeous drive up the coast to ranch lands with epic coastline views. The condo itself was spacious and more than enough room for 3, we could easily have doubled that number comfortably. All the modern conveniences and a garage full of gear for any activity. We would happily rent again from Melissa. It was a fantastic getaway made better by staying at this beautiful property.

The property was superbly located for our needs for a holiday access to the Ironman race route and easy access to Kona for the race day. We love the beaches close by on the Waikoloa report complex and Hapuna beach. The property offered excellent kitchen facilities and a lovely pool and BBQ area for relaxing. A maintenance issue was dealt with promptly by Melissa the owner and her team managing the issue locally. Would highly recommend for family holidays and similar trips.

We stayed in way July 2022 and it was a great stay. Beautiful property and grounds and super clean. Communication with proprietor was easy and she was super responsive, kind and very sweet. Property is also very convenient to restaurants and beaches. Highly, highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay.

wonderful experience. Place was beautiful, clean and quiet. the only negative was the pool closest to us was closed, not our hostess fault at all, she DID notify us--- But I had to drive my elderly parents to the other pool to use. We had a great time and hope to come back soon!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, close to some of the best beaches in Hawaii, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to come back!

The house was just right for four adults and two kids. Slight disappointment that the big/close pool was closed for repairs while we were there, but the kids didn’t notice or care. Everything you could possibly need for beach days in the garage. Melissa was very responsive and helpful. The location was nicely central to everything on the west side of the island, but you do need a car to get anywhere.

Ideally located large and spotless townhome for our family of 6 to enjoy the Big Isle! Everything needed for a wonderful stay: well equipped kitchen, dining tables both inside and outside, large size washer & dryer in addition to snorkeling equipment to borrow! Melissa answered all our questions & was an ideal host.
