Cette belle maison-loin-de-maison dispose d'une vue majestueuse sur le marais et le son. Cette charmante maison comprend un bain à 6 personnes chaude, douche extérieure, des comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, planchers de bois franc, combinée avec une belle décoration harmonieuse de vous séduire dans ce cadre de l'île sereine. Vous pouvez lancer votre kayak, paddle board ou tout simplement s'asseoir sur le quai et profiter des chenaux de marée à Topsail dans cet endroit parfaitement niché dans ce très convoité quartier de Surf City.
Vous trouverez la cuisine à l'étage principal avec le salon qui ouvre sur une terrasse donnant sur le son. Il est envelopper sièges autour amorti et table à manger avec une balançoire hamac pour profiter de la brise sans fin de la voie navigable. Également à cet étage est une chambre et salle de bain complète.
Le dernier étage dispose de 2 chambres, on a une vue sur l'océan et la deuxième chambre est le maître avec une terrasse privée avec une belle, pleine taille hamac balançoire. Perfect location while attending the annual Ocean City Jazz Festival in July with my best friends and spouses. The townhouse was impeccable in all ways and including everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. The owners were accessible and available to make sure our stay was great. If you’re planning a visit to Topsail Island, NC, this is the place, except for the weekend of the Ocean City Jazz Festival, it might be taken☺️

Both the hosts and property are very welcoming. Many amenities and location make this property very convenient. Short walk to beach was not a problem especially when using the cart provided. Ending each day watching gorgeous sunsets over the sound from the properties many balconies. Was a favorite for everyone. Along with kayaking and exploring the sound before or after a fun day at the beach.

Place and location were perfect. Many amenities the others do not have. Bikes and Kayaks were a great touch. In all honesty, sitting on the porch overlooking the marsh and Intercoastal was worth every dime to me. Thanks for hosting!!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. The home is so light and airy and beautifully appointed. The views of the Sound are stunning and worthy of a look anytime of day. Proximity to the beach is great, and the location is in a really convenient part of Surf City. Don’t pass on this one!

Missy and Joe were amazing hosts — the property was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Clean and tidy, had beach chairs etc for us to use as needed, and both were super responsive when we reached out with small questions. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again someday!

My 2 girlfriends and I took a long weekend away from the kids and our husbands to Surf City and this awesome townhouse! It had all the necessary amenities and had a great view of the bay and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We got massages, enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. A beautiful townhouse in a beautiful place. I highly recommend!

This property was amazing! The property owners were very attentive and quick to respond when I had questions and the girls loved it! The view of the bay was absolutely amazing and we were able to sit out and enjoy our night!

This property is excellent, roomy, clean and peaceful. You can relax on the decks while watching all the egrets, heron and other water fowl. If you want beach time, it is within easy walking distance. Our three generation family highly recommend this beautiful townhouse. We will be back.

The place is very clean, in a very quiet private area with great neighbors especially Paul, who was very nice and fun to chat with and very helpful with any questions we had about the area. The owners of the place are super helpful also and fast to answer any questions you may have. My family had a blast. Beautiful views of the sound with the setting sun. We will definitely be back here if it's available when we book again.

A Glorious, Relaxing, Rejuvenating Vacation
Missy and Joe were lovely. They were able to accommodate an early luggage drop off so we could fit groceries in our car; they were very communicative and responded within 1-2 hours when we reached out to them. They were generous with their time and their home. The home itself is accurately described and depicted in the pictures with the exception of the first level porch. In our opinion, they’ve upgraded their outdoor furniture from the couch to 4 rocking/swiveling chairs (with cushions) and a table. We loved them. 😉
The house is close to a ton of shopping, door, bars, the beach, outdoor sporting rental companies and the surf city bridge.
We would recommend this home to EVERYone and if we ever get the opportunity to come back, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Feeling at home while on vacation
Great family vacation made easy. The property was perfect for our group. While on the bay, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. All questions answered instantly by owner. Made our stay wonderful and carefree.

Review
Do not stay here if you are on the island for a wedding. We rented it for our own wedding and had the groomsman go to the house to have a few pictures taken outside beforehand. The neighbor (who must live there full time) came outside yelling using profanity that cars were parked illegally and they weren't allowed to be taking pictures outside. He actually called the HOA on the photographers car who was there only 20 min if that. Other than that the house itself was great and very updated. But unfortunately when you have terrible neighbors it makes me not want to stay there again or recommend it.

My husband and I found this great little condo to stay for New Years. The condo was in a great location, a short walk to the beach. It was really clean and beautifully decorated. The views from all of the balconies are lovely! And the town itself is great, so many beautiful beaches to explore. Thanks so much for a wonderful spot to quietly celebrate the new year!

First time to the Topsail/Surf City. My husband and I, my mother (79 years young), along with my oldest daughter and her husband enjoyed the accommodations. The THREE balcony views of the Sound were amazing (stunning sunsets), and it worked out perfectly that each of the three clean and comfortable bedrooms afforded our own bathrooms as well. The decor was perfection. There was no fee to park at public beach accesses since we came in the fall, following 10/15 (we used public beach access "2"). Sincere thanks to our hosts, would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we would like to suggest is that there was no trash bags or kitchen dish detergent as well as just a couple rolls of toilet paper. We feel that should be part of the stay. We had to run to get these items and then only used enough for a couple days. Also, we did not use kiaks because the dock said private property for future can we get instructions on where we can put the kiaks in the water.

The location, while not on the beach, is just steps from the public beach access. I walked to the beach every morning before sunrise. The views from the back decks are beautiful and peaceful. For us. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all, and the easy Kayak access to the back of the island was very convenient and made for perfect sunsets. The locals in the neighborhood made us feel welcomed.
