Loved the house, it was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great and very easy to get in touch with! The beds in the house where great best mattress I have ever sleep on!

Worked wonderful for what we needed. We had some church meetings that we were attending and everything worked out well.

House has a lot of charm, super clean, towels and sheets smelled terrific, plus all the amenities you need!!!! Nestled in a great location close to everything, yet very quiet. Great spot!!!!

Upon arrival the upstairs room had an overwhelming odor and required airing in order to be used. The kitchen was dirty: fridge needed a thorough cleaning, oven and glass stove top were dirty and created a burning smell when cooking, Toaster had so many crumbs it smelled burned, coffeee pot was grungy, silverware holder was filthy, the Teflon was coming off of the pans and there was rust on many of the serving utensils. During our stay the curtain and weather stripping came off of the back door and the shower curtain fell. The front porch swing is barely usable because half of the slats are broken. Take pictures upon arrival of the chips in the sink and tub and even the VT coasters on the coffee table so you don’t get charged. The owner has charged us $300 for scratching of the dining room table that we are certain we are not responsible for. We believe this is part of a scam. Renters beware if you take out any of the insurance on VRBO. Take pictures upon arrival so you have proof to dispute owner’s claims of damage.

Charming bungalow close to the historic Cambria train depot in Christiansburg. The beds were comfortable with clean bedding which was wonderful. Easy access in and out, and overall a nice stay for our long weekend.

This house was perfect for our family. We were here to celebrate Radford Alumni weekend. House had everything we needed to cook a few meals too. We were a little worried about only 1 bathroom, but it wasn’t a problem at all. We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this precious home while moving our daughter into Virginia Tech! It was so conveniently located getting back and forth to campus. It was quiet and very relaxing and had everything we needed!! Mary was an absolute joy to work with! I hope we can stay here every time we come visit!!

This was our first visit to the area. We were scheduled to showcase our baseball team at VT on Sunday. Christiansburg/Blacksburg is adorable and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a more accommodating host! This home sat in a very peaceful neighborhood right down the street from the General Store (also amazing) and an antique store. We visited both! We also visited a couple of breweries recommended by the host. The house was very clean. The beds were super comfy, better than the one I have at home. Plenty of towels and wash clothes were provided. This was the perfect stay! We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone who has plans to visit the area! Only 8-9 minutes from VT. Thank you so much! I found my earrings!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate Christmas! Communication with the host was fantastic. Location in a neighborhood was nice, yet still close to everything we needed. Highly recommend Mary’s place.

This house is an adorable gem and was perfect for our long weekend in town to watch Hokies football! The host was very accommodating and communicative and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. Everything was very clean, fresh, and clearly well cared for. The house has been perfectly prepared to make guests feel cozy and at home. Also, the beds were ridiculously comfortable!! Every single person in our group of 8 commented on the coziness of the beds. The house is also less than 15 minutes from campus and downtown Blacksburg. You have the convenience without the noise or expense of being right in town. We will definitely be back for more fun filled weekends!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Great place to spend a fall weekend enjoying Hokies football! The owner took great care of us and was prompt on communications. We hope to come back next season.

This is my second time staying at this home - it is PERFECT! SO much better than a hotel - highly recommend! It is only 15 mins from Virginia Tech, but about 5 minutes from anything else you might need - Target, Kroger, CVS, restaurants. It is very comfortable, cozy, and Mary is amazing! Very quick to respond to any messaging and extended our stay by one day when I asked without issue! It has all kitchen items you might need - we cooked the entire time, and beds are very comfortable! Highly recommend!

This is a great house. It's clean and has an updated look and feel. The owner has done a lot of work to make the space welcoming and attractive. The place is also perfect for folks looking to stay near Virginia Tech. People staying here should take a little time to explore the neighborhood known as Cambria. The old train depot is the highlight but there are also lots of interesting houses and other buildings. I'd also recommend checking out the Italian restaurant Amelia's which is only a block away from the house. It ain't fine dining, but it's great comfort good and a relaxing place to hang out and bring children.
