Rose Hill Roost est une cabane authentique spacieuse mais pittoresque restaurée à partir de journaux de plus de 150 ans. Cette cabane est située dans une paisible zone boisée avec une impressionnante vue sur la montagne qui convient aussi bien à Gatlinburg qu'à Pigeon Forge. Sur le pont arrière est un grand spa pour votre plaisir et votre détente après une randonnée en montagne ou une journée de shopping et de prendre nos superbes sites. Le porche comprend des chaises à bascule pour s'asseoir et profiter de votre café du matin tout en admirant la belle vue sur la montagne. De beaux sites de la nature de la mère entourent la cabane de Rose Hill Roost et, à l'occasion, un ours-mère et ses oursons se promènent. En entrant dans la cabine, vous êtes à l'étage principal qui offre la cuisine complète, salon avec cheminée à bois, TV et canapé-lit. Une chambre à la reine vous attend avec une salle de bain complète et une télévision. Le niveau de l'étage offre une chambre King avec cheminée à bois, télévision et salle de bain complète. La deuxième chambre à coucher King a la télé et une salle de bain complète dans la salle. Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez une chambre Queen, une télévision et une salle de bain complète. La salle de jeux est également située au niveau inférieur avec une table de billard et une deuxième cuisine. This cabin was very homey and it served all our needs perfectly. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The view was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.

The cabin was very roomy . Room for two suv to park. Enough things to do as a family . In between pigeon, Forge and Gatlinburg. The host was very nice to help us with questions we had. We would recommend this cabin.

This quaint, rustic, cozy mt. cabin is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We enjoyed the wood burning fire place and hot tub. Everything was great except the beds were very hard. The views were beautiful and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed. This is the perfect place for a mt experience but don’t expect luxury accommodations. It is very high up on a hairpin curved road. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive, especially in winter months.

If you're looking for something close but far, this is it. It's close to either pigeon forge or Gatlinburg strip but it's uphill in the mountains so you have plenty of privacy. The home was big enough to accommodate the different ages of kids and adults. There were 3 different types of balconies so it was spacious for solo time and togetherness. It was really perfect for our family. Please beware the location is literally UPHILL and it is wise to be there before dark when visiting activities.

The drive to the cabin was steep and nerve racking. Glad we had been told to arrive during daylight.
It was a bit more remote than we anticipated but it was surely quiet, peaceful and scenic !
It was also accessible to Pigeon Forge, Smokey National Park and Gatlinburg all of which we frequented . We also went white water rafting which thrilled everyone as did the long hikes in the national park.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for us. We saw a bear the first evening there. Having coffee in the morning on the porch was perfect. God’s beautiful creation at every turn.

The location was great! The drive is very steep, so be cautious. The place was very clean and a perfect setup for relaxing and being with family. My only complaint would be there needed to be more towels for bath and kitchen, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, a broom, garbage bags and other necessities. Otherwise, it was a great place and stay.

We all absolutely loved the cabin! We met our son and family there and were so happy with our choice. The view is amazing, you are at the top of a mountain. We were able to spread out. The hot tub was great after a day at the parks. The porch is a great place to read with a cup of tea in the morning and the other porch below is great place to gather in the evening and listen to the crickets and see fireflies, something I had never seen before as I'm from the Pacific NW, very magical! Location is great, between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again!
I had read other reviews and the drive up to the cabin is windy and sometimes really steep, remember you are on a mountain, but very doable.

Beautiful mountain views explains it all. Could be a difficult property to get to in the winter time, but spring, summer and fall would all be great. We had an issue with the WiFi when we arrived, but the owner had it quickly taken care of by the next day. At night, we could even see Dollywood all lit up. We loved our time here.

Everything was exactly like it was described. Plenty of room for us , our children and grandchildren. Every year I always look for a secluded cabin that is close enough to town that we don't spend all our time driving . Being on the end of the road is ideal and the steep winding road is expected. Hey , we are in the Smokies !!! Thanks for allowing our family to enjoy your beautiful Rose Hill Roost !!

Fantastic location for a family vacation. It was decorated so nice for Christmas. The host was great communicating with. We went during a very cold time… you really need a four-wheel-drive if you are going anywhere near the time that it snows. get all the groceries you need because there are not many restaurants that deliver. I did Instacart through Food City before we arrived and that was awesome.. Hot tub was awesome. The views are amazing. Highly recommend very clean

We’ve been going to Gatlinburg for over 10 years and this view was one of our favorites. The house was perfect, clean and spacious. We even saw a bear our first afternoon walking down the road, which is something that has never happened before. Can’t wait to go back to this property!

We came to ride motorcycles for the weekend. Property was exactly as described. There was an issue with the hot tub and owner had someone out the same day. Friendly neighbors! Would def book again!

Everything about our trip was absolutely amazing. From the cleanliness of the cabin, down to the visit from theama bear and her two cubs. We even saw a 4th bear stroll through the front yard. That made our trip extremely memorable. One thing I will say, you definitely need to come up that mountain in the day time for the first trip. Us city folk were a little nervous driving up and down. The views are breathtaking! Definitely did not disappoint and if we ever go again, we will definitely stay here.

Loves this cabin on the top of the hill!
Just like the pictures! True timber cabin with a heck of a driveway to the top! Kitchen is small but equipped, hot tub was heavenly and bed/bathrooms were as described with everything you need. Rain on the porch tin roof was lovely!

Spectacular Views!!!
The setting of the cabin is SPECTACULAR and the view is AMAZING! We also enjoyed the quiet and privacy the location offered. The sunsets are fabulous, we got some wonderful family pictures!
The cabin is literally on the top of the mountain, the last stretch up to the cabin turns into a single-lane road, definitely arrive before dark the first time up.
With 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 6 and under) having 3 levels provided ample space to spread out, privacy, and with TVs providing Netflix and Disney+ in each room, the cabin was very kid/family-friendly. The basement and one of the bedrooms have private balconies. Also, the bathrooms are amply stocked with plenty of towels.
The location is perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

A couple cons, the water leaks through the top floor very easily, and the sound carries through the floors/walls so you can hear everything said in neighboring rooms.
We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, did a lot of cooking, and enjoying the sunsets.

The drive up was also a great adventure - easily had by the second trip up! - We found this cabin to be convenient to all of the area’s attractions and also a great retreat from the crowds.
We would def. stay again (and hope to!) and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice and quiet getaway with their friends and family.

Beautiful view
Loved the cabin. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Close to everything. Owner was quick in responding to no towels in main floor bath. Towels where there within a few hours. Definitely a steep incline to get to cabin so get there before dark. Will definitely be returning.

Lost internet on Wednesday night never came back on. Possible problem something was chewing on wire coming from pole. Some ants on main floor. Beautiful views and nice and peaceful. Had a great time.
