Cette unité est située dans le sud de Kihei en face de Cove Park, Charley Young Beach, Kamaole 1, 2 et 3, classée parmi les meilleures plages de Maui. If you are a single or couple with plans to be out and around Maui during the day, then this cozy, clean condo is great. It has lanai and kitchen window exposure to the breezes coming off the ocean a few hundred feet away, and the air conditioner cools it down well in just a short time. But the bedroom window faces the interior second-floor access walkway and the courtyard pool, so there was more noise and less privacy than one would dream of for their bedroom. The kitchen was immaculate and perfectly-stocked for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A grocery store is less than a half-mile away; a surf shop with lessons and rentals, and many enticing restaurants and bars are even closer. If your vacation plans are to hang out to catch rays and views, surf and body surf easy waves, read and write, and sip cocktails, then skip the rental car. If you want to get out and around, Kihei is an excellent base camp. The host provided two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, along with a beach mat. All came in handy for day trips to beaches around the island. I would gladly stay here again.

The perfect 1 br escape for my man and me! The apartment complex is just a few blocks from the beach and so many things within walking distance. This was a great 'base' for our Maui adventures. Would definitely stay again if/when we come back!

This condo was super clean, great location off of the main South Kihei road (so didn't hear the traffic) but super close to Charley Young beach where there is great snorkelling, in particular at the south end, we saw so many turtles there! The host was very responsive with communication, and overall the condo was great. We did cook a few meals in the condo, everything you'd need was available, and we used the BBQ a couple of evenings as well; we didn't use the pool but the pool area looked very inviting, in particular for kiddos. Bed was comfortable, both bed and bath towels available, really everything we needed was there (with the exception of a beach cooler, we ended up buying one and bringing it home with us, and no boogie boards either, so I predict the owner will update his listing accordingly). Overall highly recommend!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and bed was comfortable. We took advantage of the beach chairs almost every day. Check in was a breeze and we could not have asked for a better stay. Very affordable for the time of year too. Thank you!

Our condo was close to the beach, equipped with all that is needed (for kitchen, bath, beach trips, bed linens, flash light, lighter, threads for sewing etc.). Washer & Dryer available in ground floor. Power outage for half an hour one morning. We could still prepare coffee & breakfast as our unit had a gas stove. Upon arrival, we were not able to unlock the lock box to access the keys, we called the manager on the phone number provided. Pat Kean came immediately to help us out even though it was around 8:00pm. Lovely food trucks at walking distance. We did not use the BBQ or the pool areas as we were busy with tours. Good job guys! Thank you!

Good location. The appartement is big with a full furnished kitchen (but the ustensiles need some refreshing).
The bedroom is nice with a dressroom, but the windows do not isolate enough.
Overall, it’s great for few days.

We walked in and saw my artwork that I created over 18 years ago when I lived on Maui on the wall over the sofa. What a fun coincidence! Guess it was meant to be. The Maui magic had just begun. We had a great stay and the condo had everything we needed. Great, convenient location too. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything needed to spend time at the beach - chairs, towels, mats, slippers etc. Kitchen was well stocked as well and yhe location is unbeatable. Every Maui attraction was within 30 mts drive from the condo. 4 of us were able to comfortably sleep in the beds. and the balcony view facing the mountains and ocean was gorgeous. Will defenitely stay here again.

The property is located in Kihei and is walking distance to many shops, restaurant and beaches. The pool is pretty well maintained. The room although presentable, needs upgrades on appliances and furnitures.

Affordable and in a great location. Didn't expect there to be left over things like sunscreen, condiments and shampoo, but ended up being useful in a pinch. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards very much. Francois was very helpful and easy to contact.

The manager had the condo well cleaned and well stocked; dishes, toiletries, linens, etc. The additional amenities including beach chairs, cooler bag, beach towels, and umbrella really added to the convenience. We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with Frank was great, the unit is as described, the pool is very nice, and the 5 minute walk (or drive to close parking if you want to pack the provided chairs, umbrella, etc) to an amazing beach was the best part!

I wish communication from the owner was better. We bought meat and burgers to grill outside and halfway into our stay the grills were removed and the pool was closed due to renovation. Owner didn't tell us anything ahead of time. I reached out to the owner about the oven, as I couldn't turn it on (we needed to cook the meat we bought), but unfortunately he didn't reply. Just an FYI, the stove is the old kind, where the pilot needs to be lit manually.
Other than the issue with communication, we really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Getaway for my best friend and myself. Condo had all necessities for cooking and the beach. There was a beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards and beach towels. It was great location 4 minute walk to Charley Young beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. It was clean and air conditioning in the living room was great. It was also really good weather, not so hot considering it was end of July. Bed and pillows were also comfortable. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy Maui again.

Best friends getaway
Enjoyed our stay. Getaway for my best friend and myself. Condo had all necessities for cooking and the beach. There was a beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards and beach towels. It was great location 4 minute walk to Charley Young beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. It was clean and air conditioning in the living room was great. It was also really good weather, not so hot considering it was end of July. Bed and pillows were also comfortable. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy Maui again.

The kalama terrace is the best location to stay in Kihei, and this condo was perfect for a girlfriend and I to stay at. Not too big or too small for the both of us. It was very clean and private. The location is so convenient as you’re in between all the good spots within walking distance. To the south, you get Charley Young beach, the abc store, the cinnamon roll place, Wailea, and a few other good places. To the north, you get food land, the triangle (with great restaurants), and more beaches. It’s overall a great stay for a couple people and even a small family. Would definitely recommend!
