Absolutely everything about this condo and the Estancia resort are top notch. Our family of 5 (2 adults + 2 teens + 1 younger) had an unforgettable week in Cabo. Joe's condo was immaculate and fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. If you think the pictures are beautiful, wait until you walk in the door and see the condo for yourself. Truly amazing.
The views are spectacular from the top floor. The evening breezes and sounds of the ocean could easily keep you on the patio all night long.
All the prior 5-star reviews of this condo are spot-on. Cleanliness, space, comfort, accessibility to town, activities, an entire resort service team who treats you like family, I could go on and on. Words can't describe how happy we were with this experience.
Note: There are multiple safes available in the condo. When using the one in the master bathroom closet, be sure to reset the code or you will accidentally lock up your stuff like we did and need to call for help. The reset button is hidden on the inside back of the door near the hinge side. Hold the button in until the beep and smiley face appear on the front display. You can then enter your new code. I suggest testing with nothing in the safe first to be sure you got it right. :)
Joe (the VRBO owner) and resort management were able to quickly resolve the problem for us. Other than this small self-inflicted problem, we had absolutely ZERO problems. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa 1807. The view was beautiful, the place was very clean and beds were so comfortable. You could hear the waves at night and sitting on the beautiful balcony was a favorite.
Getting into town was easy. It was an inexpensive cab ride or about a half hour walk along the beach.
There was a small glitch upon check in. When we pulled up to the guard gate, they did not have a record of our stay, neither did the resort concierge. After checking with the owner it appears there was just a issue with notification. We did not meet Ernesto however I did email him with a question and he replied quickly.
I have stayed in rentals through VRBO and others for years. This stay was one of the best. I recommend without hesitation.

We found this gem of a place and fell in love with it upon arrival. The views from the balcony, the amenities on site, the close proximity to town, all made this the very best location for our vacation. The food at every place we went did not disappoint. We will definitely book this location again when we return to Cabo San Lucas!

What a fabulous way to enjoy Spring Break! We were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous villa with a spectacular view of the ocean & resort. The villa/resort was everything we hoped for and honestly exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly communicative, helpful and generous. We felt very taken care of during our entire stay and were so pleased with the constant assistance navigating Cabo by both the host & staff We highly recommend this the Host & Villa - you won't regret booking a getaway!

This is a perfect unit for a family, everyone has their own space and there’s great indoor and balcony space for the family to hang out. We had several other families staying in other units at La Estancia and everyone agreed this place is great. The welcome “in room” margaritas and guacamole & salsa were such a nice surprise after we checked in and were hungry & thirsty after a travel day. The only caution would be to skip the “all inclusive” (we did not do this) but many of our friends did. It doesn’t not include alcohol and there are so many great restaurants around Cabo it would be silly to only stay in one place to eat.

The unit was perfect for our family and overall the property offered much more than we expected! The welcome with guacamole, chips, salsa and margaritas from Oscar and his team was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Joe was responsive to our needs and the unit had plenty for us to use for preparing and cooking meals. We were especially happy with the juicer! We would highly recommend this unit with the beautiful views, ideal space and helpful owner!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was exactly as described on the website. Top floor, very spacious, very clean with excellent customer service. The resort was meticulously maintained and had a quieter feel than other noisy resorts that we have been to. The beach was immediately off property and easy to access and very well-maintained. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. It was easy and safe to walk to and from town or take taxis/Uber but it was not close enough to the loud Cabo scene to feel its impact at all. We had three teenagers, one child and two adults and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the best pico and guacamole we’ve ever had upon arrival! I Hasta la proxima vez!

We had such an amazing stay at Joe's place at the Villa la Estancia! The accommodations were exactly as described and the welcome margs and chips were a wonderful treat. The view was INCREDIBLE and we spent many mornings sitting out on the loungers in the patio enjoying the view. Our group had plenty of space and we loved how large the living room area was! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to travel to Cabo and we will definitely be returning!

This is our third time staying at this resort and this unit is just like the others but a top floor location which is nicer than most. Everything was clean, worked and check in check out went great.

Wonderful experience renting this villa. Our family of 4 had an amazing week in Cabo and this property was perfection. We are already planning a return trip! Anything we needed was a phone call away, could not have asked for a better experience.

Except for the vendors on the beach in which we had 74 of them come and try to sell us stuff in a 90 minute period, the rest of the vacation was simply relaxing and enjoyable. The kids loved the jet skiis and you can skip the Wild Water park, it's for toddlers.

This property/condo was just amazing. We were greeted in our condo by Oscar with guacamole, pico, and made from scratch margarita’s. A perfect welcoming after a long day of travel. The condo came as advertised….BEAUTIFUL!!! We will definitely book Baja Joe’s condo again!

We rented this condo to take our college graduate and his friends on a relaxing trip. The moment we walked on the property we were mesmerized by the beauty of the property. The check in process was easy and didn’t even skip a beat when we arrived 3 hours before check in! Every employee we encountered at this resort was extremely nice and helpful! Oscar welcomed us inside our Villa with margaritas, chips and pico. He started our vacay off right and didn’t disappoint the entire time. He even offered to go to the store for us!
The Villa 1807 is more beautiful in person tban the pictures show! Everything was remarkably clean and the beds were very comfy! I can honestly say not one thing went wrong during the stay here and we will definitely book this Villa again in the future! There’s no need to shop around when you find the best!
This resort is close to the city and you can walk right out in the beach to find Paco with “3 Brothers” helping everyone find excursions that leave literally right there on the beach at the resort! They literally remember your names when you walk out there! Everyone was so welcoming and made our graduation trip a rememberable one. This is the sixth time staying at Villa la Estancia and we still love it! Great, food, service, and resort, 5 starts in my mind all the way through. This is the first time we stayed in the unit, which has a great 8th story view, and the price was great; highly recommended!
