Loved our stay in Dawsonville. The house was even better than described, very comfortable with all the amenities. Close to restaurants and shops. 40 min drive to Helen and 20 min to Dahlonega. Will look to stay here in the summer as the double decker boat ramp looked inviting.

Had a family memorial on the 1 yr passing of my wife of 55yrs & stayed here 4 wonderful days. Dorothy was extremely sensitive to our ceremony by providing additional leeway in areas not normally given - check in & check out.Very responsive to any questions. The home is stocked with EVERYTHING you’d find in any normal home, it has a real comfortable & relaxing feel to it both indoors, the outdoor fire pit area & the double decker boat dock.All type of instructions are available as to using electronics etc etc. plus everything works as they should. We enjoyed this property very much and would definitely rent here again! This house was equipped with everything we needed and has plenty of space for a family The brand new boat dock was perfect for our boat and we enjoyed floating around in the cove and kayaking!

After several months of unrelenting challenges and transitions, our famiky was blessed to spend a long weekend at this property. The abundant trees surrounding the house gave us a feeling of seclusion, but we loved being so close to stores and shopping. Having lake access and the use of kayaks allowed all of us to spend time in and on the water, and we enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom each evening. Dorothy made the check in process seamless and communicated clearly. The only things to be aware of are a tricky front door knob, steep steps downstairs to the master bedroom, and quite a few stairs to the lake with an older ladder off the dock. We felt rested and relaxed after our weekend here!

Everything was wonderful and if that alone wasn’t enough, add to that the owner Dorothy, was so sweet and helpful and accommodating. After very busy graduation festivities, we retired to the lake house in Dawsonville. The house was very comfortable for my husband and myself. My daughter, son in law and most of their family joined us for meals. They live 2 doors away in a much smaller house. The weather was beautiful for the weekend so all was perfect!

Our weekend was very close to perfect. The only thing that would have made it better was more time in this beautiful home! We were out of town for baseball and the way the games fell didn't leave us enough time there!

We had a really nice time on Lake Lanier, with easy access to the North Georgia Mountains for hiking and kayaking on the lake.

Perfect spring break rental. We enjoyed everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was exactly as described and we had more than enough space for the 4 of us. I especially appreciate how well stocked the house was. Location was ideal for shopping, hiking, fishing, or whatever we were in the mood for that day. Owner was great

We had an amazing weekend at your lake house. Plenty of room for our family and everything was provided just as described. The house was beautifully decorated for fall. Convenient location for visiting Dahlonega and the wineries. We had a great time.

The rental process was a breeze! Property manager was a great communicator of door codes, alarms, wi-do etc. Super generous with letting us come early and stay later. The fire pits, kayaks, decks… all a perfect combination for three couples to connect, compete (kayak, cannonballs from the deck.. you name it), and refresh.

Visited for a quick getaway. House is in a perfect location. Quick drive to Dahlonega, Elijah, and Amicalola Falls . Great views of Lake Lanier. Kids loved the kayaks and fishing off the dock.

Location is nice. Appreciate the nice deck and walkway to the boat slip. The patio was really nice as well for lounging. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Beds are comfy. Some opportunities for improvement… wifi did not work for us, which caused challenges for people with poor service or needed to work. TV remotes need batteries. There were three remotes and none seemed to work. Would’ve used the Roku app, but couldn’t get on the wifi. Make it slightly clearer where the trash is located too.

cleanliness was not up to our standard. Older home very cluttered and crowded with furniture and stuff. Lake access and location saved this stay from being a very bad experience.

Loved the dock, the kayaks and my favorite outside deck for our late family card games. My husband went fishing off dock and caught many BASS And catfish. We got 2 jetskis sad we could not dock them on dock but still did not stop our great stay. Owners are awesome communication is great.
