Vous avez deux places de parking réservées juste devant votre porte et un joli patio tranquille pour profiter de la brise de la côte du Golfe.
Dès votre arrivée, vous adorerez la cuisine ouverte, le coin repas et le salon qui vous permettront de passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Le décor côtier confortable vous donnera le sentiment d'avoir échappé à la réalité pour une destination trop lointaine, mais cette escapade côtière est dotée d'équipements modernes, dont un grand téléviseur HD à écran plat, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, une télévision dans chaque chambre , laveuse et sécheuse et plus.
La propriété est bien aménagée avec une chambre à l'étage qui vient avec deux lits queen size et une salle de bain privée. Great experience! Very nice accommodations. The fridge needed wiping out, the towels and wash cloths could use replacing, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. The location so close to the beach access is great. I would definitely rent here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental property was clean and nicely furnished. Great location near the pool and where we parked but tucked away in a corner unit so it was very convenient but also private. One area for improvement would be the patio. It needs a good power washing and cleaning.

This rental has a great floor plan and was just right for our small family. It would even work for a larger family as the sofa bed and hidden bed could certainly accommodate 4 more. The location was perfect, the Village by the Beach complex and unit itself were very clean. The place overall is very accommodating and we were able to bring our dog! I highly recommend this rental.

We rented this condo for a short stay at the beach with our dog. We'd stayed in a adjacent property last year, and this one is just as convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property was very clean and well stocked. (No foods or even spices, but this is standard in beach rentals.) Living area, kitchen, and master were all on the ground floor, so it was easy for people and dog to get around. I give Padre Escapes highest marks for a property management company. We have stayed at one of their properties before and their communication, friendliness, and professionalism are the best and most consistent I've seen. Would definitely stay at this property (or another Padre Escapes property) again.

Huge birthday celebration at pool held us from using community pool. Loud and rude people. We thought that was not allowed...we will not stay here again. Place also was not clean as floor needed swept and counters wiped down...beds were uncomfortable.

Checkin was super easy. Our condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything was labeled from light switches to the shelves for plates, bowls, extra linens etc. which makes settling into a vacation rental simple. The location is perfect! Close to the pool, close to parking spot and walking distance to the beach! We give this unit 5 out of 5 stars!!

Excellent condo - exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Good location. Nice pool. Great beach nearby - beautiful, clean. Only complaints are (1) the pool can get quite loud with revelers who broke the posted rules a lot (bringing in alcohol, food, playing loud music), (2) check-in was slated for 4pm but the condo was not ready for us till almost 5, during which time all we could do was wait. But those are relatively small complaints compared to how nice this place is.

Excellent condo - exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Good location. Nice pool. Great beach nearby - beautiful, clean. Only complaints are (1) the pool can get quite loud with revelers who broke the posted rules a lot (bringing in alcohol, food, playing loud music), (2) check-in was slated for 4pm but the condo was not ready for us till almost 5, during which time all we could do was wait. But those are relatively small complaints compared to how nice this place is.

Had a fabulous time in Village by the Beach property. The rooms were all clean and amenities were all in good working order. Check in an check out were easy and everyone was impressed with the pool, ease to the beach and the property itself. Plan to book another visit again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Two families with three young children were able to stay very comfortably with all the necessary towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
There were a few negatives worth noting. There was a strange musty smell when we arrived. It eventually went away, but an air freshener or candle might be a nice touch. Also, the temperature of the condo was automatically turned up in the middle of the night before we were scheduled to leave. It became very warm around 8 AM and there was no way to adjust this. That is a big negative for me. If I'm paying to stay in a condo I want to remain cool and comfortable until I leave. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would recommend if the AC issue can be adjusted.

This was a perfect stay for us. My family (including my teens) loved this place and had a great time!! Loved the pool and the layout of the house. It was a close stay to home on the beach for us. This unit was conveniently located near the pool and still not a bad walk to the beach. The images and description was on point with the actual place. All the info needed was in the app they sent to download. Everyone was super helpful and professional. We look forward to staying again!

There were ants on the counter by the sink and I killed most of them, the water pressure downstairs was bad and every morning the lawn people were out and blowing dirt all over the patio furniture so we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the morning. Overall we did like the place and would go there again. The interior was well maintained.

Close to the beach, a lot of activities close by, good restaurants, & stores, etc. The property was beautiful & spacious, a good fit for four people & two dogs. Only two minor hiccups the whole time, the garbage disposal did not work the entire time we were there, & we could not figure out the Keurig coffee machine, even though my mother has a similar one for years, & we tried the directions on the coffeemaker & looking them up online. Otherwise, it was a near perfect stay! Thank you very much, Padre Escapes!!
