Le canapé en bas a un lit gigogne et pourrait accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. 8-10 personnes. Spa entièrement neuf pour 2017.

Beautiful house. Lots of room and the bottom floor air jockey and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the adults. Would definitely stay again.
The owner was awesome and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Great location between the mountain and old town, easy to walk either way. Very comfy place with a good kitchen for cooking family meals. Really enjoyed our stay!

This house has the perfect location for skiing and access to downtown Park City. The host, Susan and the property manager Chris were both very responsive. The house is in need of some repairs and possible a deep clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Overall, the property was fine and we enjoyed the radiant heating in the floors, especially the garage and drive way.
Since we were traveling and visiting for Thanksgiving, we would have appreciated a better selection of kitchen utensils, even the hand can opener was unfunctional.
Suggestions for property maintenance:
1) Ceiling paint 'bulging' over sink in 2nd floor bathroom located in the master bedroom, potentially indicating water leak from level above
2) French door on the bottom level walkout to hot tub is warped. When fully closed and locked there are noticeable air gaps allowing cold air into basement level.
3) Sonos system not available on house home wifi network - likely needs to be reset to match new modem / wifi network passwords

The house is very nice. It's a walk to the ski slopes - but not too long. It's also a walk into town - but again - not too long and good for burning off the big dinners! Every room has it's own bathroom - which is a huge bonus. Hot tub is great!

The house is unreal. We have 5 of us staying there and each of us had our own bed/bathroom which was great. If you are planning to ski, this is the perfect location. Definitely would stay here again if we ever go back. Susan (owner) and Chris (property Mgr) were both very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!!!

We had two families with 5 kids ranging from 17 to 11 years old. The house fit us all comfortably. We were worried that the kitchen/living area would be too small but we were all able to fit in the space comfortably and enjoy eating and watching the super bowl. The hot tub was hot and ready to go and we even used the grill to cook some steaks. The house is about a ten minute walk to the Park City base which made it easy for us to go back and forth to the mountain. Some of our group also walked to main street for food and shopping. The area is a bit hilly/steep so take that into consideration if you are planning to walk into town. This a great property for a group looking to ski Park City.

Good location, healthy walk after skiing if the snow is not up to par. If renting your equipment from Legacy sports, they have a free overnight check.

Great house. Lots of room. Family loved it. Location is good. If you are skiing, it’s half way between Park City main entrance and Town lift. Good access to buses on Park Ave. Note there are several flights of steps up to the house from Park. It’s a good work out. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again.

Wonderful home and our young adult "kids" especially loved the location and the hot tub :-). Being able to walk to the slopes and also ski "home" at the end of the day was super fun for them and also being so close to all that downtown Park City has to offer. We recommend it!

We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with friends and family. From the minute we walked in until we left we felt at home. All top notch! The hot tub, the air hockey table, the furnishings were all amazing! A short walk to the lift and a few more into town! The communication with the owner was great, our requests were taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will see you again Park City!

We stayed here in Feb 2020. Rooms were spacious and clean, common areas were comfortable, and kitchen was well-equipped. Location was perfect - a short walk to the resort main area and an easy walk to old town. Would definitely recommend!

Skip the town lift, walk right to the mountain. Stairs to main street are a house away. Enjoyable stay.

The home is exactly how described and photos are accurate. The location is incredible with a 5 minute walk to the lifts and slopes and 10 mins to downtown PC.

We had a great time in Susan’s beautiful home! 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suites and a great air hockey table in the basement! Centrally located for us attending Sundance. Loved it!

Great house for multiple families with so many levels and the game room in the basement. The walk to Main Street is down the stairs next to the property, but it is a hike back up. We would definitely stay here again. Thank You Susan!

Susan was a pleasure to work with. Her home is very modern and spacious and the heated floors and driveway were much appreciated. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the Park City mountain resort.

We had a family with 3 couples and 2 kids and this house was perfect. The rooms each had their own bathroom that were very nice! Everything was clean upon arrival and each room was stocked with water bottles and treats. There was even a gift box in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy! Susan was very easy to work with and responded to emails very quickly. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful end of ski season stay at this great home. Susan was so kind, she even gave us free ski tickets to deer valley for one of the days we stayed. Everything worked out great and we would definately stay there again and recommend this home to others. We also really appreciated having a full bathroom connected to each bedroom and the large family room downstairs with the large TV was also nice.

We rented this house for a family vacation. The owner, Susan, was amazing with quick response time to my questions and went above and beyond setting us up. She tracked down baby gear that I asked about so I wouldn't have to travel with it which was a huge help and my son loved all of it. :)
Upon entering the house she had left a phenomenal gift basket loaded with goodies, every bedroom had waters and a candy bowl bedside too. These little touches are such nice welcome treats.
The house had everything we needed too: all kitchen appliances and cooking needs, comfy beds, tvs in all rooms, fun game room toys on bottom floor.
The only con was that there is no bathroom on the main level so you have to go downstairs or upstairs to one of the bedrooms to use a bathroom. Also the top floor room is more like a loft and doesn't have a door to shut. Wasn't a big deal for us since we usually all went to bed close to the same time.
Location was awesome too. Walked to Park City Mountain Resort and into town too. So GREAT!!! Two thumbs up!

This house is in the perfect location for walking down to the lifts or down to main street. Four bedrooms provide plenty of space and each had their own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom also had a lounge area, which was great for the kids. We had two cars and one was able to park in the garage while the other one parked in the driveway. Would definitely recommend it if you want to stay close to main street or the resort.

We spent a long weekend ski trip for guys coming from multiple different places.
The house has a great location. Easy walk into downtown and to Park City Resort. We used the house as a home base and had one day each skiing at Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley. Only one person had a car and it was overall not needed. The house is spacious and clean with a good kitchen and everything that was needed.
We had some difficulties with the internet service (works, but has to be re-set frequently) and the hot tub - had a leak, kept losing water (but the management was great about getting someone to help) - note, this is only a two person hot tub - won't work for a group trying to soak after skiing.
Susan was responsive before and during our stay to make sure that we had a good experience.
Overall, hard to go wrong with this property - I would be happy to stay here again.
