I liked the property it was nice

It didn’t have a broomstick or dust pan

We chose this property because of the proximity to the beach and that didn’t disappoint at all! A 2-3 minute walk and you’re at the beach! The apt was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely prompt at reaching back to me if any questions occurred. I definitely would stay here again if I’m the area.

My only complaint was the tub - it was yellowing.

Location was excellent, steps from the Hollywood boardwalk and beautiful beach, yet surprisingly quiet. The small, simple space was bright and newly and tastefully redone. No carpet which is a HUGE plus in a South Florida rental. Near Nick's bar and a short walk to the Margaritaville resort. We loved it!

The outdoor "courtyard" could use an upgrade. Screens etc. in the unit were damaged. There really was nothing to dislike but in addition to the above I would suggest the following: more hooks a shoe basket etc. to hang up/store items closet is very tiny, more /better quality towels especially for the beach and finally maybe provide a soft cooler or bag for the beach.

Location was great. Amenities were good and sufficient. I could cook and keep food. Bed sheets were very clean and nice.

Had to wait a while for water to get warm in the shower. The AC in the bedroom was too loud - not convenient for sleeping. The bed had a soft cushion under the bed sheet that made you sweat.

Recently updated 1 bedroom. The location is just right, there are no views of the water but you are literally steps from the beach. Check in was easy, an email was sent the day before with codes for the doors. It was also really nice to have your own dedicated parking spot in that area because on street parking is very hard to find. They have a washer and dryer for your use with detergent. There is A/C in the bedroom and one in the living area which are a must during August in South Florida. Would stay here again.

Maybe a few more spots to hang wet items and a rug to wipe your feet as you walk in.

I love this property, it’s well maintained, clean, comfortable and great location. I will stay here again. Very pleased.
