Le condo est dans une maison victorienne convertie de 125 ans. Les installations comprennent le wifi, une grande télévision, un lave-linge / sèche-linge, 2 grandes chambres et un coin supplémentaire.

They were shingling the roof one morning they woke us up at 7:30. The next morning we were leaving and they were cleaning off the sidewalk with leaf blowers etc. There was a mouse trap in our bedroom so I am guessing they have a problem with mice. The kitchen has a lot of plates etc. but the pans are just a bunch of things that no one wanted. Laundry was amazing and all the essentials for showers etc were appreciated. We would not recommend staying here needs alot of work. They did give us a credit which was. I’ve but still ruined our trip to Cinn. OH

We were in town for the weekend and it was a great place to stay. Owners responded to messages very quickly and gave us check in information ahead of time. The area felt very safe and the place was very clean. We would definitely book again if we are in the area!

This was a great location. Easy to get into downtown or uptown. The house was gorgeous. Only thing maybe I would add is some fans in the bed rooms, the air doesn't move much and another sofa/love seat for the sitting area by the TV. The owners communicated very quickly and professionally. Would def stay here again on my next visit.

This a beautiful house on a quiet street! I will say it is pretty steep to get to the house, so if stairs are a problem, this isn’t the place for you but otherwise not too bad. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful girlfriend trip! Just be prepared to walk up the stairs! Once you make that trek, it's a beautiful gem!!! Will definitely recommend.

Jimmy Buffett at Riverbend
Great place, beautiful home and exactly as advertised. Communication with Preston was easy. The place was perfect for a group of concert goers with plenty of room. Took us about 12 minutes to get to Riverbend... also close to a brewery and restaurants that we stopped in while we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.

Great spot in a great part of the city. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown. The property had everything my family needed and more! Definitely would stay again.

Definitely a great location in a cool historic neighborhood in Cinci with all the amenities..just a few minutes to all downtown attractions and big enough for a group of 8-10..if there’s mobility issues with anyone staying here I wouldn’t recommend it because the stairs to get up to the place are no joke!

Beautiful home!
Just wanted to say that my family and I loved staying here for spring break! The home is beautiful and located close to all the many things in the city and surrounding area. The home was clean, very spacious and well appointed! Thank you Preston for making this trip an enjoyable one!

This was a great location for all of those adventures. Preston was very responsive to all of our “neediness” as we are a group that is needy. The condo was comfortable and clean and Preston is friendly and availability and provided everything we needed. I recommend this as a great place to stay.

The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathrooms. On top of all that, the home has so much character and charm. If we are ever in the Cincinnati area again, we would try to rent with Preston again.

Perfect space for quick Cinci adventure!
We are from Louisville and knew we wanted to go somewhere for fall break. We opted for Cinci because it was close and easy!
The apartment was perfect for our family and my sister and 3yo, who came up for one night. The room with two double/queen beds was perfect and the living and dining rooms were a great size. We all had space and having two bathrooms really helped so we didn’t feel cramped.
We enjoyed our 3 days/2 nights visiting and feel like East Walnut Hills was a great location and central for all activities. Would definitely recommend and come back!

What a wonderful place to stay in Cincinnati. It was clean, close to downtown and very spacious. Preston was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! Preston was quick to answer questions. The flat was stocked with ample linens and was tidy. There was plenty of room for 11 people (we used the air mattress!). If we are ever in the area again we will definitely see if this property is available.

Centrally located
We took a weekend family trip to Cincinnati and decided to stay here! It accommodated 4 adults and 6 kids nicely and was 7-8 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Parking on the street was never a problem either. It was clean and had everything we needed! The owner responded quickly to emails.
