Maison joliment décorée, lumineuse et propre et scintillante. Vous vous sentirez "chez vous" dès votre arrivée. Vous passerez beaucoup de temps sur l'immense porche grillagé, qui est toujours confortable et accueillant. Un autre immense porche au deuxième étage à l'arrière de la maison vous offre une intimité calme et vous donne l'impression d'être dans une cabane dans les arbres! La cuisine est très bien garnie au cas où vous voudriez cuisiner (bien qu'il y ait des tonnes de restaurants fabuleux si vous préférez manger dehors!) Une promenade facile à la plage ou en ville (Rehoboth ou Dewey). À seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de Silver Lake, qui est un magnifique lac et permet une observation parfaite des oiseaux. Vous ne manquerez pas de choses à faire, que vous décidiez de passer la journée sur les plages, faire du shopping en ville, faire du shopping dans tous les points de vente, aller au cinéma, marcher sur la promenade, faire une balade à vélo sur le magnifique vélo Sentez-vous, jouez à Funland ou mangez dans les innombrables restaurants. Un lieu de vacances parfait.

We’ve stayed at a handful of properties at RB over the years, and this one is really nice. Modern furnishings, clean, and soooo well stocked. The walk to the beach was 14 minutes and no prob at all. Mary Ellen is a great communicator, too. Highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was super-clean upon arrival and it included everything just as advertised (including being well-stocked with little things like spices, paper products, etc.). Our contact person was extremely responsive and provided a TON of incredibly helpful information in advance about the house, the area, restaurants and other activities, and more. Check in and check out were both a breeze. The house is a solid 10-minute walk to the beach, but it's a lovely walk, along quiet, tree-lined, residential streets, and including a jaunt over a bridge across a lake. And it's a short drive to pretty much anywhere else you could want to go. I really could not have been happier.

My family and I were attending a wedding a mile and half away. We needed a place that would work for 2 families and my 90 year old father in law. Mary Ellen’s home was above our expectations! Everyone in our group said what a fantastic house! My father in law loved drinking his coffee on the screeed in porch. There was so much room for all of us! My New Jersey family fell in love with Rehobeth and wants to come back next year. We will would love to stay in Mary Ellen’s home again.

Very clean house, loved the screened back porch. Comfortable beds & couches. We walked to the beach once but it's a long walk with beach gear. The surrounding area is also very nice. We used the grill & also got excellent takeout from a local restaurant. We appreciated the suggestions from the homeowner, and she responded quickly to emails. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Mary Ellen’s house! We had a group of 4 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean and well equipped. There are lots of games and toys in the den - the kids loved having their own playroom and TV. The kitchen and living area were nicely set up, making it easy for everyone to gather and hang out while someone was cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill. The location is very convenient for walking to the beach and boardwalk/downtown area, and the neighborhood was great for running and walking. It was nice to have the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach! Overall, highly recommend staying in this lovely house.

Mary Ellen was extremely communicative and her detailed information packet included everything we needed to know about the house and the area. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked - I loved the extra bonus of the Sodastream machine! We didn't come with kids but I noticed games and other things for small children that I would have appreciated if they had come along. The house was in great proximity to downtown and we walked to dinner and the boardwalk one night, and we were a short drive away from other amenities. We had a great stay - thanks for everything, Mary Ellen!

We stayed her for the Coastal Running Festival. The pictures don't do it justice, it's absolutely perfect! We loved staying here - everything was top-notch at the house. It was a great location, too, just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We'll be staying there again for sure! Highly recommend!

Amazing property and location!
Not only was Mary Ellen wonderful to deal with, responsive, and very welcoming, but the location was accessible to both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. The house was clean and there was more than enough room for everyone in my family to have their own space. We had an awesome time and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great Weekend Trip
We had a great long weekend getaway in Rehoboth. The house was clean, roomy for 3 adult couples, and close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The Rehoboth beach, boardwalk and restaurants (which were great by the way) are walkable but we found it easier to drive mostly. The owner, Mary Ellen, was very responsive and helpful. 5 Stars all round!

You can walk to the beach and boardwalk from the house, but we found it easier to drive with all our stuff. Parking at the beach in the morning was easy enough to do. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and plenty of space. Hoping to come back next summer!

What a lovely place for a family with teens to escape. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable in a nice, walkable location between Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Hope to return again soon!

This property was very clean. It was very well equipped. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch. We ate most meals out there. The WiFi worked great, which was important as one of us had to work on Friday. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. We were able to walk to the beach, downtown Rehoboth and Dewey. We highly recommend this property.

Week Review ay Dodd’s Adsition
Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations . We vacationed with two couples, a teenager and a child. An extra family member came for two days and stayed in the study which had a comfy fold out couch, bathroom, and closet. The family area was large and opened out to the attached screened- in porch area which was great for being outdoors without the bugs. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outdoor shower kept the sand from the beach outside, great access to the beach (less than 5 minute drive or bike ride.) . Visually beautiful area; loved the 15 mile bike trail the looped through Rehobeth and Lewes.

Family Escape
The house was great! Very clean, well equipped, and a nice fit for our group of 5 adults and 3 little kids. Having to bring or wash your linens was a bit of a hassle but it was truthfully advertised. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, with strollers and wagons, but it was a nice neighborhood to enjoy.

Spacious and well kept
We enjoyed the screened porch and yard. The bathrooms are great and the kitchen well stocked. House is wonderful about 15/20 minute walk to south end of boardwalk. We did beach in Covid Times from 5 to 8 PM and it was not crowded. You can park right by beach at 5:00 without permit. B

Wonderful home!
We enjoyed this house so much - it is a quick walk or bike ride to the beach through beautiful neighborhoods. After a long day in the sun, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the screened in porch or any of the bedrooms. There is ample room to park as well. Kids are already asking about staying here next summer!
