The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. The Ridge is a perfect location to rent several condos for family and friends for weddings or reunions or just a great vacation. I highly recommend this condo!

The kitchen was well equipped. The place was very clean and tidy. With three bedrooms and three baths it fitted our party of 5 really well.

We stayed in the Elkhorn property for a family Sun Valley ski trip. The layout worked great with the bedrooms on the lower level and a spacious gathering area on the upper level. It’s nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom.
The location is good with restaurants and shops close by in Ketchum. Ron was responsive to my questions and we didn’t have any problems. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Highlights for our group of five adults included the overall spaciousness of the condo, the well-stocked kitchen, the hot tub, and the great communication from Ron. We were also able to check in early which was very appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was perfect for us for the ski week. Large living room, comfortable bedrooms, good location. Ron was very attentive to the one minor problem we had. Nice to have an owner to call rather than waiting on hold with property management.

This was a very comfortable 3BR condo, with a great location and all amenities we were needing. The rental process was very easy and the owner was a pleasure to work with.

We came to ski and enjoy family time. very comfortable beds! 3bdrm and 3 baths made it very nice for us to blend families - spacious living and dining. We ate in mostly. Plenty of kitchen amenities for that. I do recommend the Ketchum dining experience, but make reservations ahead as they do book up! There are many to choose from. Sun Valley is a delightful place to vacation. There is a hot tub at the club house a few blocks away which is outside. Quite a treat under the full moon!

Perfect, practical spot for families who are in SV to really just ski. Plenty of space for families - especially with younger kids. 5 minutes from Dollar Mt, 10 minutes from Baldy Base. Ron (owner/mgr) is exceptional, made everything really, really easy.

Fall Family Fun
The property was great for our family gathering! Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were away from the living area so sleepers were not disturbed. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed. Ron was accommodating to our request to check in early which was very much appreciated! Good time!

This condo was perfect for our summer stay in Sun Valley mostly because of it’s central location in Elkhorn—it’s about a four minute drive to Sun Valley, a seven to ten minute drive to most anywhere in Ketchum, and just two to six minutes to the various amenities (swimming, tennis, etc.) in Elkhorn. Ron also made the check-in process really easy and everything in the condo was clean and in working order. I’d definitely look for this place again for our next trip to the area.

Fun in the sun
We visited Sun Valley for their summer figure skating. The condo was very close to the lodge/rink. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a very hot week in the 90's but it was cool inside. We took advantage of the pool and thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Great property, excellent hosts!
Thank you for a lovely visit to Sun Valley. The condo was bright and comfortable. Easy access to the mountain (by car or by bus), great skiing, great week. Our flight was delayed and so our check-in was delayed and Ron was incredibly helpful. We appreciated his effort. The condo was well outfitted with amenities. Thank you!

Family Getaway
We enjoyed staying at the condo. Had everything we need to relax and cook. It is close to the ski lifts. The railing was a little worrisome for little ones. Overall, great place to stay.

We enjoyed the condo, very conveniently located and close to everything we wanted to do. We were walking distance to Dollar Mountain for skiing or snowboarding. The house was well equipped with everything we needed.
