Niché dans Tybee Island, ce attractif copropriété pour 297 € par nuit est un génial option pour votre prochain voyage Notre condo de deux étages est situé près de la fin de l'avenue Butler et est situé dans un quartier plus calme et plus familial qui offre un accès facile à la plage sans route à traverser. Nous pensons que notre emplacement fait de notre maison l'un des meilleurs endroits où séjourner pendant que vous êtes sur l'île. Dans les deux ou trois minutes après avoir franchi la porte d'entrée, vous pouvez plonger vos orteils dans l'océan, explorer le côté marécageux de l'île ou pêcher depuis la jetée de la rivière arrière. Une promenade de cinq minutes vous amènera aux magasins du centre-ville de Tybee, à la jetée ou à l'un des nombreux bars et restaurants situés sur le front de mer et à Tybrisa.

La maison elle-même a 2 étages et est accessible via un ascenseur situé dans le parking sous le bâtiment. Il peut dormir confortablement de 8 à 10 heures et se présente comme suit:
Au premier étage, il y a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains ainsi qu'une cuisine et un coin repas modernes.
• Chambre 1 a un lit Queen avec TV écran plat HD et une salle de bain privée.
• La chambre 2 est une grande chambre pour les enfants et dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et de sa propre télévision à écran plat HD
• La chambre 3 est hors du salon avec un futon queen très confortable.
Le premier étage a également un porche enveloppant qui est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir à la fin d'une longue journée à la plage, ainsi qu'un canapé et un fauteuil confortables pour regarder la télévision.

La suite principale est située au deuxième étage et offre 2 lits queen, une salle de bain complète, une laveuse et une sécheuse et donne également accès à deux ponts avec une vue fantastique sur la rivière arrière. Certainement l'endroit parfait pour une évasion tranquille!

Notre propriété est un condo de deux étages. Notre unité offre un parking couvert pour 2 voitures avec de la place pour 1-2 véhicules supplémentaires. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également disponible.

Rented property with belief there was an elevator. Contacted a few weeks ago that it was out. Not enough time to find another place (booked a year ago). I have severe knee issues. The stairs were a lot. Saw in comments elevator was also down in 2021. Is it ever operational? Many dishes in cupboard and drawers had food on them. . Great location, although saying you’re on the beach in 2-3 min is a stretch. Parking situation is also nice. And you are not far from shops, stores or restaurants. To accommodate 10 people, you need more towels and wash cloths ( only one per bathroom) and 5 hangers for the whole condo is sad. Could use another couch. Minor problems. Overall we really liked it- cute decor, many extras included, great location.

Property location was on point, close walk to everything and far enough away for a restful nights sleep. Property owner was quick to respond to any issues that arose and address them as needed. Only cons: if working remotely internet was subpar. Elevator wasn’t working ( we were notified in advance), 3rd floor was really only an issue when settling in, leaving or when carrying things. We would definitely chose this property again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The proximity to the beach is so convenient - just a short couple of minute walk and don't have to worry about figuring out where to park. The beach was great for kids and there are restaurants close by as well. We also enjoyed taking a boat ride to see dolphins and explore the island. The condo had several helpful conveniences like trash bags, paper towels, etc., cooking utensils and dishes, which was an added bonus.

Our Girl Scout troop had a great time staying at this property. It was well-suited for our needs in terms of beds, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, and spaces for dining and relaxing. It was in a great location on Tybee. We appreciated the opportunity to stay all together and cook meals instead of staying in hotels in Savannah - and be near the beach. Be advised that the parking is quite narrow (2 cars back to back underneath the unit, with only inches to spare on either side of side mirrors). There is a space for one vehicle not under the building, but if you have multiple ones, be aware it is a tight squeeze (we made it without incident other than some tense moments). We would stay here again in a heartbeat as it was perfectly suited to our needs.

When we arrived after a 12 hour drive, the house had not been cleaned. Thank goodness we arrived early enough in the evening to find this out. We were not able to check in until after 8 pm due to the home being cleaned because of a mix-up on the owner's part. Having said that, the owner had no empathy for this situation suggesting that we go out to dinner and when we return the place would be clean. I asked if he would be comping us any for this inconvenience as that seemed like the right thing to do. A later text stated "you want a reimbursement for what might be a 4 - 8 hour delay. And it's not that you can't be there enjoying the balcony and putting away your food. You can probably go ahead and start cooking." He suggested that we use the balcony and start cooking while the cleaners were there. It wasn't until I contacted VRBO and got a case number that he would even entertain anything I was asking and offered an apology for his mix-up. Not a way to do business bud. PRO's - the house is 2 blocks from the beach. CON's - the house needs some pest control. We killed several bugs throughout the week. There is a towel hook in the main floor bathroom that keeps falling down when you hang/remove a towel and it’s not a lightweight hook. There is a missing baluster on the second floor balcony (a child could fit through the opening) so it’s dangerous. Also the bedroom overhead light in the 1st floor bedroom with the queen bed closest to the balcony needs replaced (it does not work/bulb is blown). Wi-Fi is extremely slow so if you plan on doing any remote work, you're out of luck. This is a 3rd floor unit and the elevator is broke (which we found out about 3 weeks before our arrival). I understand this last one is not the owners fault but just an FYI. By the time we found out, it was too late to book another place. I sent this list to the owner on our last day but never heard anything back. Won't be renting from VRBO's again unless it's a last resort.

Location was so convenient. Short walking distance to everything. No parking problems because we didn't need a car. I think that's what I enjoyed the most.
